OMG!!! Thank you Tim! you’re a life saver!!! My alternator belt came off and i was stuck under the overpass of 520…well I called Big Tow and they came to my rescue..they did just that. Within 15 minutes Tim was there (who does that?!)got me loaded and ready to go to a shop they trust (mind you I have know clue about Augusta), but as he was hooking up my vehicle, His professional demeanor put me at ease as he thoroughly did his job. He also made me feel better by explaining that the shop would be closed but not to worry because they are top notch. I’ll tell you this (i’ve got them on lock) you can’t ask for a better towing service. wish they were in the area i live because if I need towing it would be from them. end of story….

Big Tow was not the first service listed on Google, but after the receptionist said that she had NOBODY who could help me, Im glad I reached Cody. My recovery was a boat and trailer stuck near an easement. After hearing this Cody said hed be there in 3 mins..... And he was! I took longer explaining the situation than it took for him to reach me. After a little problem solving, having to rig his wrecker to accommodate, I was unstuck and back on the road. Professional, courteous, & reasonably priced. This guy is the real deal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 💯

You cant go wrong with Big Tow! Truly professional and courteous. My son was stranded with dead vehicle that has had various troubles lately. As a parent 250 miles away it is hard to assist. I was trying to coordinate the vehicle being towed to an auto shop nearby. Big Tow was recommended and I am glad I called. Cody was very quick to respond and very helpful. He didnt have to tow vehicle but solved the issue quickly. A faulty wire. He wasnt trying to make a buck off of towing but provided a quick fix. It is hard to find honest, reliable and responsible folks these days but we did. I would use Big Tow again if ever needed.

I called Big Tow for my neighbor who is hearing impaired. Needed assistance retrieving her car keys and cell phone from inside her vehicle. Dont remember the gentlemans name that came out to unlock her car, however he did call me in advance and gave me his ETA. He was very punctual, polite, and worked quickly. Our family is new to South Carolina and if we ever find ourselves in need of a wrecker we will call Big Tow.

Be very careful with this company because they will promise you a job well done and a flat rate of 350 dollars that comes with insurance just in case something happens to your stuff. They were not prepared for the job at hand and assured that there will be no problem with hauling my item wooden fence was broken on one side. Because they were more worried with there trucks then the job at hand. And after everything still charged for 2 and half hours that we were waiting for a second tow truck to come and help move it. The hard cover was destroyed in half. They went to lunch on my time that Im paying for not caring that Im paying them for the hour. Counted the money in front of the driver. He walk off with the other driver then comes back when Im cleaning the mess they left .and said I was 40 dollars short after sitting in the truck with the other driver. The worst experience ever i had in my 6 years of being in Georgia. I would not recommend them. After everything they say its just business.

Im not normally someone who writes reviews, but I felt compelled this time. The driver, Cody, arrived literally 15 minutes after I called, was very professional and seemed to know his stuff. Even though my truck sustained some damage due to a broken front axle while driving, he retrieved it with care and proficiency and was very pleasant during the whole thing. I had just been in an accident and was so upset and stressed out. Cody the wrecker driver arrived at the sean very quickly. He calmed me down and assured me everything would be okay.
