Nice people and good experience, the prices are a little too high for the auction block in my opinion. They are low retain on most, but not all. I did see a few good deals roll through

There a joke time and time people get stuck with junk cars they open to the public certain days then all the dealers bring there cars with hidden problems and push them off

Office Staff are not thoroughly trained on the purchasing process of vehicles. I purchased a vehicle and was told before I left the lot it had to be insured.None of the staff were sure and were on a chat with someone online to ask.. If this was something I needed to have this was something that should have been told to me before my chip was read...This is something I have never heard of. Especially when you receive the title it wont be in your name anyway. So normally you only have a BILL OF SALE from the auction stating you brought the vehicle until you receive the title to insure the vehicle. I had to have charges reversed on my card and was told money would return immediately. Then when I asked why my funds hadnt returned to my card I was told it would be 3 business days.

Big waste of time and 25 dollars 26 dollars if you use your card its not a auction its a place where the dealers have set the price on vehicles they couldnt sale on there lots if you dont meet the price they want its a no sale a actual auction is where you take your chances its a RIP off might as well go to the dealerships and do the same thing Id be happy to get my money back on that tag that last a year cause I dont ever see me going back there agsin

Fast paste. They dont high anything about their cars. I do hate that the Dealers Auction is the day before the Open Auction that is for the regular public. They get to pick through the really good cars.

Dont bother. Gotta pay $25.00 just to get in to see the autos for sale and then most cars have a minimum bid which is well over book value
