A throwback to the 60s. Great service, prices and stock. I found an HVAC capacitor that was cheaper than Amazon (which was out of stock) that was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Was tipped off to by Lowes employee when searching there.

I had ordered a capacitor for my ac that was down and they messed up my order. Tried Wallmart, Lowes..none stocked..got referred to McCalls and walked out in 5 minutes with part cheaper than online..great service.

Guy on the right was a complete jerk. I hate that I had to take him away from his busy schedule just to help me out. I cant imagine how hard it must be to sit behind a desk all day and be bombarded by simpletons trying to buy the products that actually in turn pay your salary. In a state where hundreds of thousands of people are out of work I cannot believe that there wasnt just one person besides this emotionless drone to work a counter and sell HVAC parts? Even if he had all of the knowledge in the cosmos stuffed under that goofy want-to-be country boy ball cap what good would it be to the company if when a paying customer asks a question he then just shrugs his shoulders and gives a look of utter disgust? Hey just a thought.I know one thing that I will not have to contemplate next time I need a part and thats where to go get it. Because the answer is anywhere but Mcalls Supply.
