Jimmy (the owner) was a an easy going guy, we used same truck 3 weekends in a row without issue - id recommend them if you need Uhaul in the area

My truck was in the shop. Needed a pickup especially since it had snowed the night before, In order to make it to a bunch of different Dr Visits since I just got out of surgery the night before. Reserved it using that U-Haul Cell-Phone method. It was all l so confusing though. then the girl on at the main U-haul office is telling me the U-Haul App works better on I-Phones and that my Android was the problem. Well thanks to Jimmy and his staff that was there at the time of my pickup they were able to switch it to the good old Human method. I wound up needing it for a whole week and Jimmy was happy to help me. Even gave me a day free (on him). His Trucks are brand new. Kept in great shape and I will do business with him again one day Im sure. I recommend North Arlington U-haul highly to anyone who requires a U-haul in this area. The worst uhaul ever... i rent the truck online to receive it from the dealer he wasnt there and then he called me and said that i made a phone pickup which is not true .. second he added the auto coverage for me which i didnt ask for and i have a screenshot for my booking.. and i called him he said that i made that online .. so if anyone want to go overthere make sure that you take a screenshot for every thing because they will steal your money ..

Great U-Haul location. Clean truck and maintained. No lights no braking issues. Easy access and not in a place where it is hard to park. Ordered with online service and it was easy and simple to use.

Jim went above and beyond to ensure I had my equipment ready for my long trip. Great service and very helpful, would definitely recommend!!

This review is based on the self pick up service that they have. So basically when I went to pick the truck (memorial day) the system said that I was late so my reservation was expired(I arrived at 10.06am, the reservation was at 10.00am). I tried calling the number that appear 3 times and nothing. After 4 minutes the woman called and very rudely she said that she fixed it because I was late. The worst part is that I was charged with that insurance thing eventhough I specifically said I did not want it but at the point where I was with the app did not know if I was able to reserve it again if I canceled it. So my advice, go to other uhaul since it looks like this is kind of the usual way or they practice business.

Highly recommended. I had issues with renting online. Even tho jimmy had nothing to do with the rental, he got involved and had a refund for me the next day. His rentals are new and clean. Not much more I can ask for.

Nothing to complain about here. The truck was ready when I arrived, brand new and clean, with a full tank of gas. I was in and out quickly and returning was a breeze!

I would give no stars if it allowed. DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM ANY LOCATION!!!!! Reserved my truck over a month in advance and was called at 7:30pm the night before my move and was told my truck was not available. How can a company get away with doing this to people and leaving them in a huge bind with no time to book anywhere else knowing that businesses are closed at that late hour. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!!! Save yourself the aggravation and do not ever use uhaul

I was orginally supposed to move on Friday May 27 2016. I called on Monday May 23rd and He changed my day with no issue to May 24th. I showed up 8:30am, truck was clean and ready to go with my utility dolly I rented already in the truck. I was out of there by 8:38 and on the road. I recommend this place to anyone moving. He worked with me on miles to.And if anyone thinks this a bogus review email me I dont know this guy from a can of paint and he took care of me. Straight Business
