This company is sooooo unreliable. We called, texted the company to make sure that the hygienist that we need for Saturday will be coming in. And they did confirmed. I texted them again the day before to make sure because its our first time to use them. And they texted back and made sure that the hygienist will be in our office tomorrow. Came Saturday, 30 minutes before we start our day in the office the hygienist called us and said that she cannot work and cannot drive in this kind of weather. (We had snow 2 days ago- the snow melted already-hello) And this agency never knew that the hygienist that they assigned to our office cancelled. We called them and they said they are not aware and that they will call us again. UNTIL OUR DAY WAS DONE, NOBODY HAD CALLED US FROM THEIR OFFICE!!!!! Talking about professionalism! NEVER again we will be using this company!!!!!!
