Ive been dealing with Sadowski Auto Care since they moved to No. Arlington. From the minute you walk through the front door you see smiling faces from the two young ladies that normally make the appointments. The shop is immaculate. All my service needs have always been met. I feel that I have been treated very fairly and would highly recommend their shop for any of your auto needs. Tomasz has been the mechanic and he brings any and all issues to my attention and I have always been completely satisfied.

Mechanics are always a hairy thing in terms of trust. But Ive never felt that Sadowski told me I needed work that I didnt, or was up-sold with pressure, etc. They do good work at a fair price. Ill trust them with my vehicle as long as Im near where they operate.What I most appreciate is that when they find the issue you brought the car in for theyll call and explain whats going on and wait for your OK on the service after telling you the cost - dont expect a bill you never saw coming.

I would stay clear of these guys. A few years ago I brought my jeep in for an engine job. They kept it for four days and insisted that they took the engine completely apart to find the problem. Well they charged over 1000$ just to hand me my key and tell me there’s nothing they could do. Didn’t look like they even took it apart. They said I needed a new engine. So a week later I brought it to jeep. I had a bad lifter. If these guys had actually taken the engine apart like they said they would have seen this. But instead they pulled a con job

I was very happy with the service for my motor vehicle inspection and I am also impressed that your service did not try to get me to have any unnecessary work done! I took a chance on this place after my regular mechanic abruptly closed shop. I read the positive reviews about Sadowski’s and decided I would take the chance.I have to say I was very impressed. They communicated with me the entire time sending me updates on where they were with the diagnostics and the repairs. And they even gave me a full report of recommended repairs but without the hassling.When it was time to pick up my car, I road tested it and found the repairs to be on point as well as the cost. They even went as far as to place the plastic covers on the steering wheel and the driver seat. That was a nice touch. My only feedback about that - I found a couple of noticeable grease spots on the passenger seat and the driver door which should have been cleaned up but not a big deal. I was able to wipe it off with no stains.A couple weeks later I received a card in the mail with a handwritten message from the owner of the shop thanking me for my business along with a dollar scratch off. I mean who does that?! Even the dealerships that I bought and serviced my cars never did anything like this. I am truly impressed and thankful that I was able to find another reliable mechanic. The car lost power and started making noise. We brought the car to Sadowski Auto Care. They diagnosed the problem which was a transmission fluid leak and made the needed repairs. The car was done the next day. I have been a customer for over 30 years and several different vehicles and will continue to do business with them. I recommend them highly.

I went to them for my 50k inspection and I was delighted at the service. They were efficient in scheduling my appointment, the handoff was easy and after a few hours they sent me a text with a link detailing all of the work that needed to be done, the work that would have to be soon soon-ish and everything that was still good under the hood (all with pictures attached.)Soon after I received a phone call asking what I wanted to do that day. The conversation that followed was honest, informative and it didnt make me feel pressured at all! One of the only mechanics where it didnt feel like they were trying to upsell me.They did the work relatively quickly and for a reasonable price. The next day I received a text from them making sure the car was doing well and asking if I was satisfied with the work. Shortly after I received an email from the owner welcoming me to the family. And a week later I received a thank you letter in the mail! This been incredible customer service and a wonderful experience overall. If youre in the north jersey area- I dont think youll find a better mechanic than Sadownski.

Found this place completely by luck! My car started bucking and sputtering after a long drive to New Jersey. The engine light came on. I just happened to see this place and stopped in to see if they could help. The people at the front desk were welcoming and open to trying to help. Phew! And then their mechanic Tomas found the problem quickly and ordered the part and assured me he would fix it that day. Wow excellent customer service and I was able to drive my car home the same day. Just got finished with my first experience with the company. What an unbelievable experience! I went in to get my muffler done, tire work, and an oil change. Due to the holiday weekend, they told me it might not get done until after the weekend. I said that was fine. Within 24 hours my car was done and ready to be picked up. Great prices, honest staff. Hopefully I dont have to go back soon but if I do, I know I will be going to the right place. Thanks again!

I have been using Sadowski Auto care for a few years now, I was referred to him by someone else. I appreciate how honest they are and I never feel they are trying to upsell me which is an issue I have had in the past.They have always taken my car in within a day, provide me a quote quickly and fix the car the day it was brought in or by early the next day.During COVID-19, they covered my seat and steering wheel in plastic which I easily removed before driving away.The entire staff is great, honestly there arent enough nice things to say about this team.

Great place! I dont do many reviews unless its really good or really bad. This ones really good. Heard about Sadowskis through word of mouth from a friend. Checked them out online for pics(place is immaculate) and reviews. All green lights, so I gave them a try. First, the place is exceptionally clean. Really clean, and that is importantant to me. The girl at the desk was very polite and professional. They took my Jeep in the morning and a couple hours later sent me a link of an extensive vehicle check list with descriptions, pictures, and seriousness of the issues. Tom then called and explained everything and we decided on a plan and it was done that day. Decent price, good parts, and no bs. When I went to pick it up I see they used covers for inside the vehicle and left it just as clean as I had it. I met Tom and he was very polite, professional, and respectful. You dont see too many shops run like that anymore. Very happy I went there. Hope to be a long time customer.

I believe I was overcharged for services, and I am not very happy. If brakes were free, and I only needed them in the back why was I chaged over 500.00? I dont understand. I paid and left because I am nonconfrontational. But I am not happy.

Ill start by saying that I have found my new service shop. I went in today for vehicle inspection and an oil change. The service tech went over my car from front to back and let me know the state of things he found. Thankfully there werent many items needing to be addressed, but he explained what issues there were and after I approved, the fixes were promptly applied at a very reasonable cost. Ive seen others stating it was a slightly longer wait than they thought it would be, but there is clearly a reason for this. I feel much better about the overall safety of my vehicle after such a thorough check. Personally I dont think one hour is too long for the work I had done and some of that time was due to me asking questions (which were all answered fully in a way I could understand), so I am not complaining at all. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is approachable and friendly. The owner is up front and honest. The prices were on par with or better than most places Ive been to. I have confidence in the work done and in the competence of the technician. What more do you want from a service center? The result of my visit was positive and I will be sure to recommend Sadowski Auto Care to friends and family.

I was thoroughly impressed from the second I first walked in the door. I went in mid week to get my state inspection and they fit me in right away so I wouldnt have to come back. About a week later I got a card in the mail thanking me for my visit that included a scratch off lottery ticket. A neighborhood staple for many decades and I can see why.

I went to Sadowski for a full car diagnostic and left the door open for them to suggest any repairs. In addition, my car was experiencing a bad vibration problem that I suspected was the motor mount. Sadowskis came back and informed me that my motor mount was indeed busted, worked quickly to find me OEM parts and immediately installed it.What I love about Sadowski is they dont take advantage of their customers, they have honest pricing (the repair was over 50% less than what a dealer had quoted me for the same service), they are quick and the staff is extremely friendly.I have never had such a positive experience at a mechanic than what I had at Sadowskis. I highly reccomend!

Ive been to a few different shops in the area but these guys were the best without question. My car was having consistent exhaust issues which seems like a difficult thing to fix based on my experience going to a few other places. I decided to bring my car here and they were able to isolate the exact problem which was causing my car to lose power and fix it to perfection. When I got the car back it was running like a brand new ride. The only problem I had afterward as that the car had so much power I didnt know how to contain myself but I can live with that problem lol.

They did great work replacing my drivers side mirror but it is a little pricey. The owner is very nice, and hell really work with youre schedule for your drop-off and pick-up.One thing. I asked about then doing my NJ inspection, but they charge $80+ for it! Id rather wait at the MVC and get it done for free.

These guys are great. I have lived in the area about 2 years now and I always go to them. Once (on the Friday before Easter, when everyone was closing down) my mom was visiting from out of town and had some car troubles. Although they couldnt fix her transmission in a day, they did squeeze her in and helped her out with at a test drive and some advice.
