Awful. i paid for my package to be delivered and they said they couldn’t deliver it and the at i had to pick it up. they have done this to me and so many people. they are lazy and it’s very simple.

Over 6 months of having my mail misdelivered, not delivered, or delivered 3 weeks after the post mark. They will say they tried to deliver when one mailman pulled up in the rain and not even get out of the truck. Neighbors bringing me my mail. Mailman gave my prescription meds to my neighbor whom delivered it to me in front of the mailman. Packages being marked unable to deliver or delivered when not delivered and had to call the North Adams post office to find the package. I have given tracking numbers and opened claim after claim and now I have to pick up my packages at the post office(Their solution). Ive seen which driver is making majority of mistakes and They keep saying they cant narrow the problem down. Im working with the postal consumers affair people hoping they do something. IF you are having issues with the North Adams USPS please file a complaint so someone will start to fix the problems. Many of my neighbors have had problems as well but unless you open a case nothing will happen Thank you

In and out pretty fast... Just wish they were open earlier on Saturdays...

One of the women down there is very rude & sarcastic. She’s overcharged me twice & always has an attitude.

Got a package that was due to be delivered and then got notification that it was attempted but couldnt gain access to residence. Not the first time, the delivery person picks and chooses when they want to deliver because there was no reason they couldnt deliver and instead they simply never showed up!

Received my package in the morning at the post office but they decided not to deliver it. Didnt bother to call either since I would gotten it. I am going to request Amazon stops sending my packages to USPS moving forward. UPS and FedEx are more reliable anyways.

The people who work here always go above and beyond to help me, they are always on top of things especially a good man named Corey also another man named Wayne i believe they do alot to help it keep running smoothly and i greatly appreciate it. If they got that old mean lady out of there i will find out her name, it would be 5 stars but everyone else is amazing and a pleasure to work with

This is about North Adams, Ma location. They claim that they stopped all week and couldn’t find anyone to drop off delivery. Total lie! We all know that they stop by when they want to. The man only phone started yelling at me, he said he was the manager when I asked to talk to a manager. They are extremely rude, no customer service at all. No wonder they are about to claim bankruptcy, they need to understand that consistency and customer service is the key to be successful! Both are beyond horrible!

Lost items and mail, package will show at the location and should be delivered that day. Doesn’t show up till a week later. Always late or they are “losing” the items.

First, lets all recognize and agree that the post office, ups, fedex, any and all mail/packing services are over worked, backed up and have been highly affected by COVID. Im sure people are stressed and dealing with nasty people demanding, wondering where their mail articles are and what have you. Treat people how you want to be treated, you would think? The lady was very rude when I had inquired about my package, she refused to even look it up or help in anyway. Told me to just keep waiting for it to be delivered. Not once was I rude to her and instead of standing there arguing or trying to pry to get a little more info on where it could be or if I should file a lost claim, I walked away and said have a good day. I have only gone into the post office there a few times and the same lady always seemed rude, curt and not pleasant to deal with.

People are friendly and helpful! It is a beautiful facility. We are lucky to have it!

Seems like anytime I order something and pay for shipping mind you, my package never shows on time. Carrier says delivery location inaccessible when clearly thats not the case. Then I have some how call the local post office which is an ordeal on its own and locate my package dealing with the same rude lady on the other end. Eventually having to go down and be told its not there but insisting they go look an low and behold package is at the post office not even trying to be delivered. Seems to be a reoccurring scenario with this place. Happend probably 8 times already.

I order all of my things offline to a friends house because I am there 90% of the time. The mail lady decided she didn’t want to bring it there and now isn’t delivering my packages there. For one it is my choice where my packages go and for two I should be contacted other wise. Do your job🤣 I have ordered many things here and have never had a problem before. Why would I order something to a specific address if I didnt want it to go there? Common sense people.

We get mail notifications sent to our email and we still don’t receive our mail. Going on day 5 without mail, they don’t call back and the supervisor needs to be replaced.

I love the USPS. But the local post office has really gone downhill. Our regular carrier is awesome but whenever we have a fill in we either get no service or its left in an inappropriate spot.Repeat complaints to postmaster have either gotten 0 response or a Ill talk to the carrier which obviously didnt workKeep it up guys and the Cheeto in charge will finally get enough support to end the USPS.Edit:Mailman was out for 4 days and we got no mail for 4 days

We get a different mail person everyday or so. Then we never get our mail the Neighbors get ours and we get theirs. Packages get left on the porch where nobody lives. Come on now, and the newest thing is they just stopped my mail. Decided I dont live at my address anymore. Very very rude and no Customer service 😠😡

I mean I always receive my packages on time and about the same time everyday!The postal worker scheduled for my delivery run is very friendly and even drops them off on the porch if there’s a lot of mail!Doesn’t get much better than that!Thank for all that you do for the north Adams community!

When there is an issue with package delivery, I dont appreciate being hung up on. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Horrible! i have 20 letters waiting to be picked up and mailed today. mail carrier walked right by, I called the office to ask why they did not stop. was told very rudely and yelled at by the Manny who answered the phone that they dont have to pick up outgoing mail if you dont have any incoming mail period!unreal! so rude and unprofessional! I did talk rudely back to him as I told him he was being an ass and they wonder why the postal service is going under!

Theyve lost 3 of 3 letters Ive tried to send, and its hindered my business. I shouldnt have to pay to certify every piece of mail just to ensure it reaches its destination-- I expect that to happen when I use a forever stamp.

Saturdays are the worst for our route the mailman dont get here till super late or really never shows until monday
