Glad I’m not a patient here. My family member has been calling her clinician since Monday for a refill, not one person answers the phones or calls back!! This is not the place for people with mental health issues. Lazy staff!

Welp need to find a new care provider to get my meds from cuz I called to reschedule and they told me Im not a patient anymore cuz I missed my appointment when they never called to remind me of it like the normally do until after I had already missed the appointment EVEN THO THE GIRL CALLED AND TOLD ME TO RESCHEDULE WHEN I MISSED IT. So because I didnt show up they kicked me off as a patient when Ive been going there for over 15 years and this is the first time its ever happened.dr howland was a good man but this place is a joke now that he is retired DO NOT GO HERE IF U ACTUALLY NEED HELP ANYMORE

Dropped a client that was on high doses of psychiatric medicine with no medicine to get to see another provider. Also did not give client another doctor to contact. Just dropped client with no notice. Client would have went into horrible withdrawals without this medicine. Carol became distant over the last year and started to see like she wasnt paying attention. This is unethical to do to someone with mental health.

Dr.Howland has been my doctor for almost 9 years now. He has Been with me thru the ups and downs with ease and is always there and picks up the phone when I need him! Very grateful ❤️

These Drs. take the time to help you think.... They want you to learn coping skills so you know that you can get through the dark hard times and that you can come out on the other side of betterment. Im thankful everyday for them.

Utilize this provider as your very last option. Transitioning from NY as I purchased a house in Clarksburg, MA. Called and received a quick voicemail from an office manager, stating no availability try elsewhere in the 15 second message I received. I re contacted them and inquired more, they are not taking anyone at this time. Receptionist mentions a wait list and I ask to be put on it when she retracts her statement and says there is no such list. My solution from them was call back in October to see if we have openings. Sounds like a money hungry tactic as opposed to person centered approach. People who need services dont have the time to call and play russian roulette with their health, they employed that game here it seems. Be ready when you call to be told to look elsewhere - add insult to injury, only provider I ever talked to that didnt give additional options for treatment when they couldnt accept new patients. Good luck, try elsewhere was the jist of what I received from the office manager.

They couldnt even schedule an appt without the office manager, who was out. They never told me she would be out for days. Thanks for nothing. I wonder if your counselors know thats how this works. Plus the receptionist has attitude and didnt seem to care one way or another.
