I called my insurance company roadside assistance and waited for over 2 hours for a tow that never showed. I cancelled, went on Google, found Pats and called them. My car was picked up and towed to the dealership all within a half hour. Professional and fast service. The driver Rob was amazing. I have never experienced such an easy, fast, and efficient tow in my life. I will definitely recommend.

I’ve called this company at least ten times in the last year, and they have never shown once to tow. I manage and supervise an apartment complex, and we’re now considering a new company because of our experience. Absolutely do not recommend.

My car broke down in norristown called to get it towed, Called for a tow because this “company” came recommended! Unprofessional phone call and very unhelpful! Told me they didn’t go to the area I was at! I was on airy street and Swede!

Excellent and reliable

I accidentally parked in an illegal spot overnight (my fault). Obviously was towed but the driver I was in contact with got me my car back within 30 minutes the next morning and let me use my card. Pretty easy experience.

Called to get a tow, they replied with let me check our coverage and we’ll call you back as soon as possible. Then proceeded to ghost me. If you say you will be open on Sundays, actually be open on Sunday’s.

Towed my car in a spot that Ive been parking in for over 2 years. Mind you that it is illegal in the state of PA to tow a car on a private property in a spot without a warning sign unless its a public property or Im in a reserved spot, neither of which applied to me. Anyway, I to go to his office and was immediately greeted by a kid and he didnt show up for 20 minutes. How professional. When we got to the lot, he clearly had trouble coming up with an excuse as to why he towed the car, charged $180, didnt give a receipt, and doesnt even ask for proof of ownershipBy the way, its only cash.

Excellent service & communication. Fast towing and reasonable prices. The weather was horrible and I felt so bad when the driver had to freeze his butt off & get soaked in the pouring rain while hooking up my vehicle.. but he was very friendly & really nice about it (he put me at ease which was nice since I was really stressed out about my vehicle). Highly recommend! Thank you for making my life a bit easier on a really stressful day..(hopefully I wont need to, but if I do.. I will definitely be calling you again)

Fast,efficient and affordable

Car wouldnt start when I got out of work. I called my Roadside assistance to send a tow truck and they ordered one from 2 hours away. I cancelled them and called Pats. Very quick and efficient. Nice guy. Took good care of my car and got me to a garage. Note they are CASH ONLY but he ran me over to A CVS so I could use the ATM. Great experience for my first time needing a tow.

Got stranded in 90° heat and needed a tow so I called these guys and they said it would take 1 hour. Over an hour and a half later I call back to see whats up and they said they were on their way. No biggie, everyone can be late from time to time. Over 2 hours goes by and I call back but the office isnt open. If you cant give me a tow just tell me outright, dont make me bake in the summer sun without water for 2 hours for me to have to call another tow company. Piss pour service.

My son, his friend and his friends girlfriend pulled into the BP/McDonalds parking lot in Norristown. The boys go into McDonalds, the girl into a business across the street. As soon as the boys walk into McDonalds their car gets towed. The driver says the owner of the business pays them to sit in the parking lot and tow cars. Have fun with the lawsuit now Pats!

Horrible and unreliable. They never come when you need them. The review before mine said they even tried to tow his car with his child/daughter in it. The driver claimed he didnt see her. Sounds like they are just irresponsible and careless if you ask me. They should be reported for endangering a child. Disgusting.

They tried to tow my car with my daughter in it today. Guy said he didn’t realize she was in there. Lol. I’ll almost had to fight him. These guys are the worst and will steal your car for no reason then expect you to pay. They need to be put out of business for illegal activity. I also heard rumors of drugs being dealt out of the yard. To the guy who tried towing my car with my child in it. Do it again. I dare you.

They towed my car and when I called to get it the guy spoke so quietly I couldn’t hear him and then he said that he had my car quickly said the address and when I asked how much he said hold on what was your car again. Then he told me the price and I asked if he accepted card and he replied back “cash” and then hung up. Frustrated because they towed my car because my apartment complex had a mix up with my plates...

Called to get my car towed and they came quickly. They were helpful and professional.

This Towing company held my car hostage and demanded cash money. When I tried to pay with credit the driver cursed at me and said no. Myself and another driver called the police. We were at a sanctioned sporting event and were told to park where we did, the event organizers said we had permission. When the tow truck showed up, we were called to our car were we encountered a driver who had both cars on lock down and was demanding $150 in cash. When he started cursing and not excepting our credit payment we called the police and the event organizers. When the police showed up, suddenly the driver would accept credit and the event organizers paid for the fine. This company had a scam going on with the business where we were parked, literally waiting for people to park in their pot so they could do the same scam.

Had a misunderstanding with parking permits for a parking lot my company shares with an adjacent business. The car was accidentally towed for not showing the proper parking permit.I called Pats and they worked with me to get my car back quickly.

The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. This guy Jason who apparently is the manager (a total joke that this clown is given a managerial position, but I digress) was so beyond disrespectful on the phone and even hung up on me several times after talking to me in a condescending tone. My car was towed from my apartment where I have a legitimate parking space with my lease all because I had a rental car and not my usual car parked in the lot (because it is currently being repaired). Pats Towing did not care that they wrongfully towed my car and still demanded that I pay in cash, or would otherwise hold my car hostage, despite the fact that I have a newborn 3 week old daughter whose carseats are in my car that they towed. And to top it off he told us, if you dont like the way we do business, go ahead a call the cops when we asked for leniency. I feel I was just extorted for $200 for a parking spot I already pay for with me lease. Absurd. Jason sucks.

These people are so unprofessional. I had to call the cops. They scratch my car up. They charged me 155.00 when it says 150.00 and they stole out of my car. The guy who came to bring me to my car told me they do not take credit only cash when I asked for them to wait for someone to bring me the cash they said that they charge by the min that they wait. It is 4th of July no one answered any of the phones. They state that they will call you back in 15 min after you leave a message it’s a lie. The company address is someone Home and they park the cars in the storage lot. These people are scammers and Lynwood garden needs to hire another tow company for their services !
