Issues are always solved promptly, even when I didnt know H&R was working on an issue of mine, they were, and that feels good!

It took two days to complete my taxes and the when I picked up my tax preparation they gave me the wrong persons envelop. I had to go all the back to return it. It took me three trips to there office to complete my taxes. And for over 250 dollars I thought it would have been handled better.

Incredibly poor communication, every question was answered with I dont know or hard to say. Our Tax refund was significantly higher with Turbo tax and when we asked why, Not sure, hard to say. You can pay at the front.

I went to the King of Prussia office. With BarryHe got paid and did not file my taxes untill a week later delaying my refund by a week.

Walked in and listened to the receptionist talk on her phone about her plans for the upcoming weekend. Never acknowledged me. I left

The people who worked with me were very professional and tripled my return from last year even though not much had changed.

We will never use h&r block again. Our return is a simple as it gets and this location has screwed it up 2 years in a row. We will use an actual pro for now on. At places like this you never know who you will be dealing with.
