I had called on a Sunday and asked for someone to come out and please do an expection. The lady I spoke to was very nice and she assures me I was in good hands. She told me her soonest availability would be Thursday. I was feeling so relieved because my children were getting bit but I didn’t know why. So it made me a little calmer knowing someone was going to find out what the problem was. So on Wednesday night I get a call saying they had to change the time that the technician was going to come out. It changed from 12pm to 2pm or 3pm. That also was ok no problem so I call her to let her know that the time change was fine. Well then she hits me with the technician had called out cause he got sick. So I am thinking she is going to say but we can schedule you for the next day. She had told me that I should call someone in Jersey to come out instead. That they were from Pennsylvania. I told her well since he is sick can you just schedule me for a different day and she pretty much was telling me that she didn’t want my business and to call a place in NJ. when I scheduled the inspection I knew the company was PA and they also knew I lived in New Jersey. This was very unprofessional because this whole time while I was waiting for themI could have called another company so they could come and do it for me. Possibly sooner but I figured because I already had a company I would not need another inspection. Then the day they were supposed to come out she tells me that I should call another company. I would have not even cared about this had she just said it’s to far and we can’t come there. Instead she strings me along till hours before the appointment to just tell me contact a different company. I am so upset that this happen. I could have had the whole situation in the process of getting started but instead I have to stay back at square one. I wouldn’t recommend someone who can’t just be honest and let the customers know. Thanks anyway ROBIN. I think you are very unprofessional.

Certified company who employs professional technicians who are punctual, cordial and work diligently to satisfy the customer(s). I personally appreciate the company’s service plan because it is efficient for my budget.

I have been using PCT for about 5 years. The ants come marching every season. Because I’m on the quarterly service plan PCT schedules a clean professional technical to come to my house and service indoors and outdoors. The technicians are neighborhood folks and they are flexible and friendly. Thanks PCT for keeping me ant free.

Started using PCT last summer when I had a bee issue. They came out right away and the bees were taken care of. A few months later I realized I had an ant infestation. I have a contract to have them come out whenever I need them to. The ants seem to have gone. I am happy with their services.

Twice I’ve had issues with technicians saying they performed my quarterly pest service and they actually had not. Both times I’ve caught them on video NOT doing the work. The first time the van just drove on by and never stopped but I got billed. When I called they sent the guy back who denied it ever happened even when I showed him video of the van driving past the house. The second time (recently) the technician left a note saying service was performed yet not on any of the 3 cameras was he seen spraying anything around the property. I called again and they sent the same guy 2 days later. When $ confronted him about it he just said “Yea, ok.” When I asked him to please spray around the property he refused!! I never had any issues with them until November 2020. I will likely be looking for another company to service my home. If I pay I expect the service to actually be completed.

Pest Control technicians have been treating outside my house for rodents and carpenter bee infestation. I have foind their technicians to be very accommodating and eager to be sure our needs were being met.

Summary: I was scammed by this company and talked into purchasing a comprehensive, long term service. Most of of the services promised were not preformed. The fraction of the services which actually were preformed were not as described. After canceling, the suddenly started billing me, claimed I did not cancel, and informed me that the remainder of my contract is being sent to collections after i insisted that I did.Details:I had a representative out to my home regarding a rat living in the walls and a small ant problem. I was told there would be an outside and inside inspection, they would look at the roof for entry points. I was also told the service technician would treat the inside and outside of my home for insects with a pet and child safe chemical. I agreed to a very expensive 2 year plan with them.The technician came out, installed three wooden rat traps, threw an unknown poison randomly around in my attic, then sprinkled more poison all over by patio and in front of my house. Those poisons came out of unlabeled ziplock bags. Only after I asked about the ant treatment, did he give me 6 homemade ant baits and told me to put them where I want. There was no exterior or interior inspection. There was interior treatment of any kind have an unknown poison strewn throughout my attic.After calling the office, the service manager called back and offered to send a different technician the next day to complete the service as described. The next day the same technician showed up, and placed two more rat traps next to the other 3. He again preformed no inspections inside or out. When I asked about about insect treatment, he told me could not treat anywhere that my dog or child can access. This after I was told by the salesman that all chemicals would be child and pet safe.At this point I called the office of Pest Control Technicians to can cancel the service. The woman who answered said she was sorry to hear I wanted to cancel and she would take care of it.Fast forward 3 months, my card is charged a monthly fee all of a sudden. When I contact PCT to remind them that I canceled, the response was you did not cancel and cannot cancel. When replied with an insistence that I did indeed cancel, I was abruptly told that my account is being sent to collections.

Tech arrived and addressed issue in 10 minutes.

Forget about Orkin and call PCT! We had yellow jackets in our attic that started showing up in the house. One hit me in the eye while I was brushing my teeth! EEEEK!!!! I called Orkin first (first name that came to mind thanks to commercials) on Friday. They could not have a tech out until the following Wednesday! HELLO!!!! There are bees IN - MY - HOUSE!!!! I did a little Google search and found PCT! What a life saver! They had a tech out to our home within a few hours! And they were HALF the price of Orkin and had a guarantee of services for twice the length of time Orkin was willing to guarantee. The technician was very professional and respectful of our home. We cannot recommend their services enough! (Im off to sweep up the dead bees in the attic)
