Very friendly and quick response time. However I think they paid too much attention to my history and not the problem I was having. I’m still having issues but I do have a follow up so they are keeping an eye on me.

I went to two appointments there. The first one I was so excited when I got there, rushed to be able to be on time and took them 40 min to see me. Fine, I understand that sometimes take long seeing a patient. Then I go in, asked me few questions of the reason of my visit. Doctor or practitioner comes in, kinda check my scalp ( I went for hair loss) I told her I can’t feel a part of my scalp, she says that’s weird, and then gives me a lab order. Tells the assistant to take photos of my scalp, and leaves the room. All of that in 5 min, and assistant did not take any photos. I kinda was expecting that the first thing they had to do was lab work, maybe like she said, it’s prob something easy to fix. But didn’t ask me about my background or for how long I’ve experienced hair loss for. A week later they called me to tell me my vitamin D was low and I should probably take vitamin D, get the gummies they say, 4000 a day. I didn’t even get a copy or email with my lab results. Pay the consult and later I get another very high bill. I was already disappointed but went again to give it a second chance and get a copy of my labs. Again waited 45 min and I she told me again what they already did by phone and ask me “ idk what you want to do? Do you want to continue take the vitamin D or get a biopsy?” I was like are you asking ME? really? You are the professional and I came here for your advice and dx. I think she noticed I was upset and told her that I wanted to avoid the biopsy if possible and she says “ yeah, you’re prob right...”. I told her that they didn’t even take photos on my scalp and wondered how they analyzed my problem and she only say “yeah, we forgot”. Again paid over $100 for that. I’m sorry, not coming back. I didn’t feel they even cared.And btw, I took my labs results to a different doctor, an actual doctor, and I’m not only low in vitamin D, but also my iron is below the normal range and folic acid and low too, dx little anemic. I thought that it’s something obvious to see and important to keep on check.

Doctor Sarah is very nice and gentle person, and I and my daughter bother like her.

I’ve been a patient with Advanced Dermatology for several years and been very satisfied, had only one issue with a receiptionist about a payment in which I never owed for. Other than that I love Dr. Sarah, she’s been so helpful in my treatment plans, and I’m very happy with my experience.

I had an apt on a Friday, and received the confirmation text the night before. When I got to the apt I waited in line to be checked into the building. When it was my turn the gentleman at the front desk told me the office was closed today and that I wasn’t the only one who wasn’t contacted and showed up. It wasted a few hours of my day to sit on hold and end up getting nowhere. Really unprofessional, I won’t be making another appointment here.

I was looking for a dermatologist in the Plymouth Meeting area. I have a skin condition that hasnt improved. I called Advanced Dermatology on Thursday and they set an appt for Monday. Unheard of! Usually takes a month or more. I made an 8:30 appt & was seen right away. No 30 minute wait reading old magazines or sitting in my car. I saw Sonja Julian. She is friendly, patient & knowledgeable. After a brief consultation Sonja let me know the best course of action, covered entirely by my insurance. For the first time, in 2 years, I have hope and soon a boost to my self esteem! I picked up my prescriptions an hour after appt and can already see improvement. I have a follow-up appt in a month & gone is the anxiety of walking into a new doctors office during Covid. I feel very comfortable with Sonja and the entire Advance Dermatology team.

I gave my blind friend a ride to her Derm appointment. We did not have to wait more than a few minutes. The staff were very friendly. She was diagnosed and treated by the practitioner and we were on our way. Good experience!

Oh my goodness!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I live up in the mountains about two hours away, and took the plunge to see Dr. Hamburgar.... I am so happy I did! I was seeing another dermatologist near me up here for 4 years and one day got treated horribly. Dr. Hamburger made sure I felt comfortable and I got my needs met! Been going here for Botox for about two years was just there today and had some botox they raised the price from 12 dollars a unit to 15.50 a unit mind you when I made this appointment I ask the woman on the phone if the price was still 12 dollars a unit she said yes it is. Today the woman as the desk told me the price went up in June well I made the appointment a month ago AUGUST.. Needless to say I like the doctor but I will not be going back there. You should call your patients to let them know the price went up or at least have it hanging in the office so one can have a heads up mayb even walkout .

If I could rate lower I would. They are a billing rip off. They dont verify insurance and then charge you too much. When you catch them they dont refund your money. I called both the Doctor directly and theyre billing office, neither have returned calls. I have opened a complaint with the Attorneys General office for both Pennsylvania and Florida (where billing office resides). I informed both offices of action and still no return call. Avoid this practice.

Finally found the best! Amy Smith, PA, cannot be beat. She listens, cares about your concerns and diligently works toward the right prescription. Amazing with teens, my two are in great hands.

Dr. Sarah cured my adult acne that I struggled with for years. My adult acne has gone away after less than a year, and my confidence has been restored. She is one of the best doctors that I have ever been to, and I highly recommend her to everyone. I wish I came to this practice years ago, and intend to continue going every few months to have microdermabrasion.

I scheduled an appointment with Nicole to get prescribed for accutane to take care of my breakouts. I am aware of all of the side effects and warning involved with the drug. When I showed up they were very rushing and didn’t explain anything about the drug to me, the only thing they mentioned was dryness. I had to call multiple times back just for them to do their job and finish the Ipledge confirmation. Horrible, I am very dissatisfied and frustrated as I was told prescription was ready and when I get to pharmacy they tell me the doctor hadn’t finished their part on ipledge!! The doctor was also giving attitude on a voicemail left over phone, claiming they had said and mentioned things they never even spoke a word about. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Got a pretty big growth on my nose after living out West a few years, went to Dr. Milstein, braced for the worst, and he walked in, looked at it and basically said, Meh. Is that it? ... Good news aside, he removed it right there in the office, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Its 7 weeks later and Im surprised (and delighted!) at how clean and precise the cut was b/c it looks great. Im 100% satisfied and highly recommend Dr. Milstein.

I would be at a loss if I did not have Dr. Milstein as my dermatologist. He is very professional and caring. The wealth of experience and knowledge is one in a million. Thank you Dr. Milstein for keeping me looking good and healthy over all these years!

Sara Humberger is wonderful. The Wait is terrible most days. Seems like she has 6 to 9 patients every 15 minutes. Impossible to keep up with. Several times I left after waiting 45 minutes. If it weren’t for Sara I would find another practice. I can’t spend 2 plus hours every time I have an appointment. Very dissatisfied with the scheduling practices!

Wonderful experience, the assistants, one in perticular are very attractive .. The day I was there, there was student doctors observing the blond was an 11 out of 10..ATLEAST. I got a little blood on my collar from something someone did and she came back to get it out before it stained, Alone...I didnt want that visit to end, best ever. I think the dr. Took a little spot off, tanning takes a toll. Im sure I can find another spot on me somewhere. I need another visit..amazing.

Had growth on nose removed several months ago...or did I? When I got home, I noticed that there was a rim that was not removed. A few weeks later, new growth that needs to be removed. Fool that I am, I go back to the same place, but request different person. The physicians assistant (PA) literally said nothing, removed I dont know what, and told the assistant not to bother to send for a biopsy. ... There were no aftercare instructions, no ointments, no further words. She seemed annoyed to have to even be there.The entire visit was woefully neglectful and just all around ridiculous. I still havent gotten any information back from my first visit.Heres the rub : There are spots that VISIBLY were missed.. so I will be making an appointment with another office entirely. Not sure if theyre incompetent or deliberately milking insurance for every penny by requiring follow ups. Whatever the case may be, thumbs down. - Im actually the review from Coyote Mom raving about Dr. Milstein. From 5-stars to zero stars...

Dr batta stayed in the room with me for maybe 3 mns if that. She was rushing me, talking down to me as if I were uneducated and a child. She was extremely condescending. I left feeling like I was back to square one. She did not help me with my problem at all and became impatient with me when I asked a question more then once. It was an awful experience. I came to see her for help regarding a concern and left with zero answers. She literally told me and I quote, you might have had a problem on your skin but since I cant really see anything now I cannot help you. She didnt ask me any further details and would not answer any of my questions because since my rash had already greatly diminished there was nothing she could do for me. That is absolutely unacceptable. She didnt even go as far as giving me any advice what so ever. I will never go back to see her.

Drs care and listen to what you say. This location is out of the way for me and will return to the one in Roxborough. Still a great practice.

Fast, accommodating, super friendly!

Nice doctor but I had a weird feeling when I left because I felt like she was trying to rush me out. After 2 minutes being in the room, she said she wanted to get me on accutane. I know how many bad side effects are caused by accutane so I left and later got a 2nd opinion elsewhere and they couldnt believe it bc they didnt feel my skin was even that bad. I started a more natural regimen without having to pop pills regulated by the government and my skin is already clearing up.

The visit went well. Dr. Humbarger was very knowlegable and the results of my appointment were very positive!

I am a ne ptw/ hopes that my skin will clear 100% after 5 years of non treatment & misdiagnoses...I walked in & out w/ prescription meds and a follow up appt thanks to google and M.Batta Derm staff...

Called and they accepted my insurance information over the phone. Took off work and drove 45 minutes to have the receptionist tell me that they stopped accepting my insurance a month ago and told me to pay out of pocket. Complete incompetence.

Dr. Milstein is very thorough, expedient, but efficient in tending to what has to be done during your visit.
