Molly Miss was incredible to work with! Excellent staff that was knowledgeable and polite. The apartment was cleaned to look just like new! I even had messes in the fridge that were cleaned! Pricing is incredibly reasonable! Highly recommend!

Molly Maid performed their initial clean the other day, and I was happy. The team arrived within the window I was promised. My only issue was that I had told the estimator that my window closes at 3pm because of kids coming home from school. Thankfully, it was not an issue when they came. My only other issue was that they did not clean the kitchen trashcans and put liners in, but I already discussed this with someone in the office. I would like to say it was nice that I received a follow-up call about the service to see if I was happy. My hope is that this quality of service continues. Often I see the quality of service drop after you become a regular customer.

Team 2 did a great job cleaning our place! They were very professional, courteous and wore masks throughout the process. It took about 3 hours to clean our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Our microwave is cleaner than when we moved in! The bathrooms are also squeaky clean! Would highly recommend this business.

A team of two Silvia and Paty came out to my house on last minute notice and did such a fine job of cleaning everything I needed to have done. Everything was shiny and bright when they were done. My husband was very hesitant to hire a cleaning service because he felt they wouldnt do any better job cleaning the house than we do and that it wasnt worth the money. When my husband and I walked around the house after they finished cleaning my husband looked at me and said our house hasnt looked this clean since we first moved in! My wife and I were serviced by Team 3 (Laura, Ingrid and Paty). All 3 of these women were not just thorough in their clean but extremely professional. I work out of our first floor and they worked from the 3rd floor down as to not disrupt my work day - not that it would have bothered me anyway - but the kindness and thoughtfulness was noticed. Our house looks like we just moved in again and did the job we wish we could have done ourselves but we slowly realized is just not going to ever be as clean as when Team 3 comes and does it themselves. If you look around your house and see little areas that are forgotten about when cleaning, these ladies get every single one without even needing to point them out. This was my first time working with Molly Maid and the experience was great. The consultation was very informative and clear of whats expected. The cleaning professionals were nice and got straight to the point! I was a little worried because I heard a lot of banging and things falling. I wasnt sure if it was my belongings or theirs. (nothing was broken) The cleaning products were very strong and gave me a headache. I have children in the home and that worried me. That would be the reason I took 1 star away. But overall my home was clean and organized! I

New Home - Same Great Service! I used Molly Maid for a move-out clean and was impressed with their service so I decided to use them ongoing - every two weeks and its been a real pleasure. The guy that came to my house to do the estimate was great and thorough. The ladies that clean my home, Tanya and Beatriz, are AWESOME!!! They really know how to make my house sparkle. Its a joy to come home to clean fresh smelling house and even better - I dont have to do it myself. Ive used several cleaners over the years from a lady that cleaned by herself and stopped showing up to other local companies that had a hard time being flexible with my work and travel schedule. Tanya and Albania, team #1, arrived at our house on 3/11/20. This was the deep clean before we move to recurring biweekly cleaning. It was perfection! I love that Molly Maid changes sheets/makes beds and takes out trash. Other cleaning companies do not do that. They also did a fantastic job wiping down everything, such as bedroom furniture, and honestly its been awhile since Ive done that, and they did a great job. I also really like that they vacuum furniture that has pet fur. Awesome! They also wipe all counters, move counter appliances and wipe underneath, clean the stove top, wipe all cabinet fronts, dust, vacuum, mop floors, do the bathrooms and the list goes on. I am so glad they do our cleaning!

We tried another company at first and after making an appointment, they cancelled and we needed a cleaning during the remainder of THAT week. We then tried Molly Maids. Scheduling was easy. and a detail cleaning price was reasonable.Abania and Sonia arrived on time brining all their own cleaners and vacuums and did a GREAT job. They did a 2 br apartment over 1,000 sq.ft. in 90 minutes. I left a few test areas to see if they would clean them (dirt on a baseboard, mark on a door, stain on a floor, etc.) and they did.My only issue was that on departure, as this was our first time, they didnt go over what they had done as I tried to stay out of their way. I advised dispatch of that need. Otherwise we have scheduled TWO subsequent cleanings and I recommend them to you.
