After having a horrible experience at another Ups store, I went to this location. The staff was pleasant, professional and was very patient with me as a customer. The store was clean, had air conditioning and the staff was very helpful!
Awful- I took a package here on the 3rd to send off and the employee generated a shipping label as well as gave me a receipt at the end of the transaction. Since then, the tracking only shows pre-shipment information. I went back to the store today for assistance to see if they had any further records and to see if the package I dropped off to them even left the store and the employees had no clue. Really?
Its very convenient for me to drop my returns off that go back to Amazon however I dont know how much I would use them unless I was in a serious pinch because they are very overpriced
After waiting 25 minutes 15 of them outside, he wanted to charge me for tape?!?! How dare you nickel and dime someone you made wait that long??? For one price of tape.
Weve dropped UPS boxes many times over the last 10 years. The last few times, the owner reminded us that they also accept USPS packages. Today we tried to drop our UPS and USPS and were very rudely told that they dont accept that many packages and refused all of our USPS packages. What kind of business does not take care of a good customer??
Friendly but always VERY slow here. No sense of urgency. There is always a line that doesn’t move very fast.
The staff was very nice and they were great with helping me pack my items. I will come here anytime I need to ship something.

Terrible Phone service! I had a Question for some Middle Eastern speaking male. He stopped me Mid-sentence, and start rambling about hours of operation on Saturday, and immediately put me on hold without any acknowledgement. I have no past experiences with this store. The representative neither reflects badly on the company, nor this location, but it does need to be address.11/18/2017Update:I called the store again, and had the same experience, so Ive come to the conclusion that this location and its staff arent worthy of the communities business.When I called, an East India sounding man with little to no experience speaking English, very rude, unprofessional, lacking thereof any customer service and boarder line disrespectful answered the phone.What he doesnt realize is that, the people who frequent this store, is why he has a job.but far too often, in this new era, Customer Service.He is Quoted as saying, Do what you have to do! after I informed him that I often Google Review/ Yelp.The problem is that he has too much confidence that he has no obligation to the community he servicesthat same community doesnt require him to respect the merchant anymore, because we patronize these companies without demanding they give back to those very communities.
The young guy working here was SO rude to me!!! 0 customer service skills. Then UPS was supposed to package my item and label it for return to Amazon. they stuck a label on a box that already had MY original label on it and shipped it back to me instead of using the new label. It was their responsibility to package the item. It’s not my fault they decided to use my own box. Sigh.
Had to get fingerprinted. Easy, quick, and the staff definitely knew what he was doing. Another employee was helping a customer tape up his large box. Clean friendly location! Highly recommended!
Great customer service is hard to fine! I came into the store for a rush job. I needed 300 color, folded copies by the end of the day. The cost was $700 less then their nerby competitor. I was skeptical of the quality since the price point was so different.Craig,the General Manager, printed one copy to ensure I was satisfied. The quality not only went beyond my expectations the paper was better then the local competitor. Not to mention the competitor told me that type of paper did not exist.If you are looking for exceptional service and quality product that will not disappoint visit this UPS store!
Improperly handled amazon returns. Bar code returns were supposed to be walk in with no box and label and then scan pack and ship it for the customer.This is the way amazon qr code returns work and we have done with several other UPS’sWe had instructions from amazon which we showed. They still refused.Parking lot was also crowded and dangerous with cars going way too fast.

The people who run this store are a very friendly and down to earth couple. Usually getting fingerprints done for clearances is an awkward moment where someone silently rolls your fingers across an electronic pad. Very friendly people.
