I took my laptop in on Tuesday ... got it back on Thursday ... with a complete diagnosis ... and with a printout and part # of where to buy a part to save myself some money! This company helped me save my computer. After I downloaded the free Windows 10 upgrade, my laptop crashed. I took it to them and they worked around the clock to get the data out of the hard drive that Windows 10 destroyed and managed to extract all the files I needed. They had the computer up and running in three days and even managed to get some MS software back into operation which the crash nearly destroyed. Did i mention that the free Windows 10 upgrade destroyed my hard drive? They were consummate professionals all the way and did every thing and more that I asked them to do.Just make sure you get the price straight in the beginning with them....
