Got a decent haircut. Id recommend to make an appointment as some folks left due to lack of one but expecting to get a haircut right then. Earliest appointments were available in an hour or two for them. In this COVID-19 pandemic environment, youd better make an appointment for personal service for sure. Or, perhaps you can expect to wait for a couple of hours.

Got the worst ever hair cut by one of the ladies there. The lady appeared to be in a hurry and was more concerned about her Friday night plans. She was exactly done in 3 minutes and didn’t even bother to take my inputs.Linda seems to be the only professional there. Will not prefer getting a haircut done from anyone other than Linda there.

The studio was both clean and warm/welcoming. I received a great haircut from Autumn. Autumn and Tori are such a great staff. I enjoyed talking with both of them. They are such pleasant people. The choice in music is excellent. The atmosphere can easily make you forget about anything going on and enjoy a nice conversation while getting a great haircut.

They guy are very unprofessional, those ladies work there very rude, worst hair cut I received from there just waste of my money, I kindly requesting people plsss never ever go that place, that worst place I hve been there, i realty wanted give them 00 star coz they deserve it

I had just moved from New Jersey to King of Prussia. I loved the person who cut my hair there for 5 years, but she moved and only cut at the Jersey Shore. I walked into Super Cuts because I had waited too long to get my hair cut and was worried that I wouldnt find another great stylist. I made an appointment for the next day. I met Tory. She was fantastic. Just immediately understood the look I wanted. Second time around it was just as great, and she began talking to me and that was fantastic too. Great welcoming shop. I have a great stylist person in Tory!

Autumn and Linda are amazing! Their Covid mitigation efforts are spot on. Mask, physical distancing, hand sanitizing stations all in place. ALL the staff encouraged everyone to follow the posted Covid requirements. Not to mention... FABULOUS haircut!

Worst experience I had with this center. They are not strictly following Covid precautions other than using the mask. I don’t recommend this place if your the one worried with COVID. hair cut is not good at all.

Linda should be given a bonus from Super Cuts since she is the only employee willing to work right now on a Saturday at this location. She is keeping the place spotless and sanitized while making us all still look great!!! You go girl!!!!

Loved it! Even though it took a long time, I still loved it! My hair wasn’t too short, or too long after I got a haircut. The two ladies were super gentle and friendly too! Great for bringing anyone here!

Great staff. The regular lady who I see was off for a sick day. The area leader was covering from Lehigh Valley. Way over charged me. If you go in for a cut call ahead to make sure you regular person is working that day.

Needed a haircut quickly and at the last minute for a wedding. Called over at lunchtime. They told me to come on over. I got Linda who was a sweetheart and did a great job. Will be using again. Great job.

It was YEARS since I got my hair cut at a Super Cuts... mainly because of a horrible experience at a different one... but i went to Melissa at the at the Trooper location this past Friday and got the best hair cut. She conditioned my hair really good after I bleached my hair out to go lighter for the summer, cut my hair, and did the best layers I have gotten in years and gave me a blowout. My hair looked and felt wonderful!! Thanks Melissa!! You are officially my new and forever stylist! I would recommend her to anyone in the area. They also have some other very talented people there too. My one years old got his second haircut there and the woman did an excellent job. If I remembered her name I would include it...

I mistakenly thought my hair appointment was at 11:00 walked in 15 minutes late, salon had No clients and my hair dresser informed me that I was late with an attitude, lucky for her I was in a good mood and apologized for my tardiness. I was re scheduled but Hello she could have easily gave me a shape up instead of sending me away bc she had a client scheduled 11:30.What ever, Maddie must not want a decent tip!!! I want Felicia back sweetest gal and did an amazing job always!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hair salon. She did not cut my hair as I requested and when asked about it, she answered in a rude way. I’ve been to supercuts in various other locations, but by far this is the worst. I’m never going back!

Definitely not going back here, the haircut took exactly 6 minutes and i didnt even had a chance to look at my hair until almost everything was done and i just said good and I left cause didnt want her to ruin my hair more than she did. I have been going to this Supercuts for a year seeing the same stylist. I like her and always got a good haircut and beard trim, I think I am a generous tipper - $5.00 tip per visit. I made an appointed for last Monday, 13 Aug 18, and when I got there the credit card machine was down and I was a few dollars short of cash for the haircut and beard trim. The stylists response was sorry hon. I left there very disappointed and vowed never to go back. There are a couple of ways this could have been handled better. First when I made the appointment they took my phone number and could have called me and I would have made sure I had sufficient cash. Second the stylist could have just charged me for the haircut and thrown in the beard trim as a token of customer goodwill, I dont know if the terms of her employment allowed her to do this. Seems a shame that they lost a customer for the price of a beard trim. Goodbye Supercuts hello Hair Cuttery.

Visited twice this place. Once by checking online, and second time just walked in. Both times the single member staff said they are too busy and cant take new appointments.Never going here again. Great clips is much better.

I have gone here 3 times, first two times were not bad. Third time my hair cut was so bad I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. They hairdresser barley said anything the whole time and my hair was cut very uneven. When I went to another salon to get it fixed they instantly said how uneven my cut was and didn’t understand how they let me leave like that. Won’t go back

Went there on the way to work. I sat there five minutes or more before another girl came out told me it would be 45 minute wait because a mother and daughter were coming in. I had a very bad experience here. The lady who was assign to me for hair cut, I doubt she knows what hair cut it. She just took 1 min to cut my hair, and says its done. Duh!! Are you serious. You are not even checking whether its cut properly. I showed her that, see the hair is not proportionate. Its longer on the left side and shorter on the right side. This is not how someone should cut ones hair. And, when I complaint about it, she was very arrogant and says You are not a hair stylist, you dont know how to cut hair . I have never seen this kind of hair cuting and attitude anywhere.I am giving just 1 star. If this permits, I could give less than this.

Nice girl, but the worst haircut I have ever gotten. She didnt touch my bangs, didnt clean up my neck, side burns, or around any edges, and made the whole thing uneven. Long patches here and there. Very unsatisfied. It looks as if she snipped random spots and said ok thats good. Didnt even get the hot towel. Waste of money. I will not be going back to this Supercuts

They have the rudest staff you could possibly imagine. Attitude is a huge part of the experience, and these people disappointed through and through. They all have a serious attitude problem, and should probably learn some manners.

So I normally dont review places like this but I have to say this was probably the worst haircut Ive ever had. the girl (Felicia) didnt seem to know what she was doing. not only that she jabbed me in my scalp multiple times with the clippers. She didnt know how to trim up a beard. The hair cut took almost two hours. I was going to ask her to do my eyebrows but I was afraid to because Im not sure if they will grow back. The first thing I said was I dont like lines so I wanted my neck faded up. The worst part was she had to task how much I wanted to top I dost want to give her anything but I still have her 3 I usually tip much more but at one point I felt nervious for my life. Lol anyway dont go and if you have to do take Felicha
