My family has been going to SNS(Sam) for 14 years. Sam has serviced all of our cars, new and old. His pricing is always fair and much lower than the dealer. He is honest and tells us if we need a repair immediately or if it is something that can wait awhile. Sam has adjusted items on our cars for no charge. We never have a problem getting an appointment. We have been so pleased with the work that he has done on our vehicles that my son’s fiancé, who lives in Maryland, waits to have her car serviced at SNS, instead of the dealership in Maryland. Sam has done body work, oil changes, inspections, engine work, tire installation and so much more during the past 14 years on our vehicles. We have never had a complaint about the work that he’s done. We will continue to trust him with our cars. It is very difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust and is honest with you. SNS service is great and the prices are very reasonable. They’ll never pressure you into fixing something that’s coming up, but they’ll certainly give you a heads up. They’re very honest and they do what needs to be done to get the car running great.

My family had been going to Sam for about 5 years and they looked at him as family. I recently purchased a Hyundai from him and he lied about everything he robbed me for my money and said everything was good with the car now my inspection will be up in 2 months and my car will not pass because of his lying about the car. Also my mother purchased a car from him he never changed her breaks and he kept putting inspection stickers on her cars and never did the work come to find out my mothers car was Done and she actually could have DIED driving the car that’s how bad it was. Sam does terrible business and in time will reap what he sows I hope nobody ever buys or takes their car there because I would hate for the work to not be done on your car right and someone can end up dead all because this mechanic says he does the work but in reality does nothing. Please be mindful and careful when dealing with this so called mechanic.

The mechanic is rude, just one person operation, overpriced, opens a little late, but above all the guy is rude verbally.

Sam was my mechanic for 9 years until my daughter bought a 2007 hyundai elantra from him in October of 2018. I was there when my daughter got her car and he told her nothing was wrong with it. Being our family mechanic I had no reason not to trust him. Due to her hectic work schedule she had to take her car to another mechanic that could work around her hours. She took her car to get looked at for an oil change and discovered that the car has leaks everywhere and the cost to do the repairs would be more than she paid for the car. I bought a 2007 silver Nissan sentra 2yrs ago from Sam and took it to another mechanic as it was due for inspection this month and discovered that the entire bottom frame of the car was rusted out!! Bad struts!! Bad balljoints!! Bad bushings!! Everything was bad!! and the car would never pass inspection so 3 days ago my husband and I junked the car. We then took our 2010 to the new mechanic to be looked at and discovered that the breaks that we had paid Sam twice to replace were never done. They had been shaved or something to stop them from squeaking. The new mechanic put new front and back breaks, rotors on the car and tires and a new caliber. He showed my husband and I the breaks and the rotors and advised that they havent been changed in over a year. One of us could have died driving that car!!! The break pads look like charcoal!! I dont know where Sam went left but BUYER BEWARE!!! when dealing with him, always get a second opinion b4 giving him any $$$. He will never touch any of my vehicles ever again.
