Just got a remote start installed on my BMW earlier this week and they did an amazing job! Couldnt be more happy with how it came out. I highly recommend them to anybody. They also came directly to me and picked up my car which was super convenient. Will most definitely be using them in the future!

Mark had put a remote start in my last car years ago and it worked until I disposed of the car. He just put a 10 inch screen radio, remote start, and xenon bulbs for my headlights in my new car and all I can say is...WOW! Its sounds phenomenal! The screen makes it so much easier to see my navigation app along with others. The installation looks flawless. You can expect nothing less from Mark and Heather. They didnt push or upsell me on anything. My budget was limited and they presented me with options that fell within the budget. I know that I will have years of enjoyment with this system. Ill eventually get a sub woof and new speakers and Mark will get my business then also.The service was just great. Mark finished the install on time so that I can go on my road trip to Texas next week.Pickup and delivery from door to door made the whole process so easy....a really nice touch.I just cant wait to get on the road with this system!

Had a remote starter with car link installed on my truck. Mark and Heather were great, answered all my questions, gave me an accurate quote upfront (very reasonable price for a pro install), showed up when they said they would and did the install right in my driveway, everything works exactly like it should and the install was super clean, I could not ask for more. Will certainly use ASAP for any future needs.

I WILL NOT DELETE THIS Review because when I was there it was ASAP!!! Do NOT trick people please. I have pictures of my car and your signs so I got the service from you.Horrible! I will never go back again. You need a blackbox or stay there to watch your car. Do Not trust them. They will tell you one thing and say another thing after. Even if you do Not want service they will touch it any way and tell you to pay for it. EVEN IF THEY TELL YOU THEY CAN FIX THE CAR DO NOT TRUST THEM. Also they will drive your car around when you just leave your car there to get service.

I had a seamless experience with Heather and Mark for my stereo Installation in my camper van. My back-up camera was able to be integrated as was my Sync for talking on Bluetooth. Heather was very knowledgeable on the phone and helped me pick the perfect stereo for my Ford Transit. They have it all, clear communication and detailed service with fair pricing. They take pride in making customers happy and even worked late to deliver my van in time for my trip the next day. I would not hesitate to send my pickiest of friends to them, because I know they will be well taken care of.

Mark and Heather were awesome to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were extremely knowledgeable about all aftermarket brands and made my decisions very easy. They came to my house to install an LED tailgate light and bedcover on my 2019 Ram. A few weeks later they installed a 3.5 lift kit and 35 tires. The pickup and return was super easy and everything turned out exactly how I wanted. Mark and Heather are true professionals and great to work with. I would definitely recommend!

I cant speak more highly of ASP! We were introduced to them last year via a Groupon and had a remote starter installed on our Honda Accord Sport. It worked beautifully.This year, when we bought our Honda Odyssey, we knew we had to go back to ASP to get a remote starter installed. We live in the city, so a trek out to Norristown isnt convenient, but we trusted them and didnt even research other companies that were closer to us. There was no question.This time they came out to our house and performed the installation within an hour right here. It could not have been more convenient and the starter works perfectly.HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been a customer of ASP for several years and have purchased the Remote start and install for every car we own. Recently purchased one for my son for a Christmas gift. He said it was his best gift! Install was prompt and done correctly. The price was satisfactory and the customer service- terrific! Will continue to use. In addition- I have ordered several Weathertech products from them- they are very helpful in assisting me to chose the right mats for the cars I bought them for. They are true professionals. Recommend without reservation! I will continue to use for future car purchases. I cant live without the automatic starter.

I recently had a automatic starter put into my wheelchair access van. I had the pleasure of working with Heather and Mark. Not only were they totally professional, but they were very kind. They went out of their way to make installation very easy for me. They granted me a Hugh favor and picked up my van and delivered it after installation because I did not have a ride home and the job took half the day. I took my 1997 Dodge Conversion Van to ASAP for an equipment upgrade and they gave me exactly what I wanted, and gave me terrific recommendations for things I didnt even know existed. They finished on time, and under budget. Despite have a garage full of cars worth far more money, they treated my van with the same care and intricate detail as the higher ends. So I found this group on and said I to myself I always wanted one of those, and since I had just purchased a car a few months ago I said excellent. So I called made the appointment, and today was the day!!I have to say I am overjoyed at this new toy - remote starter. My sister has one in her van, and I always wanted one in my car. So I dropped off the car last night the owner was still there,it was almost 9pm! I gave him my keys and the group on and we said our see you tomorrow.Well, I just picked up the car. Guess who is the happiest woman alive.. thats right me!! The service, the experience, the awesome attitude of the people who work there, and the whole experience was excellent.Yes I paid extra for the group on, but my lights flash when i turn on the car, they the car beeps to let me know its on, the lifetime service of the remote starter, and having my car back the same day was totally worth it to me.All in all I rate you 5 stars! Thank you for taking care of my baby and making me a very happy owner.

Sorry I expressed an opinion you didnt like, no need to personally bash me.Tried to use them to get a remote starter installed on my car, but apparently since I already have keyless entry they cant do that? That makes no sense, as Ive had it done to other cars in the past. Person I spoke to was very short and rude as well.

Dont believe the negative comments about this place. I got a remote starter put in today and it works perfectly. The service was great! Heather was so nice and helpful with answering all my questions. As long as you ask questions you will never get surprised by charges when you purchase something. My appointment was for 12pm but I got there early around 11:15a. They took my car in when I got there and it was finished by 1:30p. I will definitely recommend ASAP to my friends in the future!

Once again I am a happy camper. I have been dealing with Mark for over 20+ years going all the way back when he was on Germantown Pike. He has been nothing but professional in his dealing and the work he does is awesome. Today it was a remote start on my new car. As I was checking the reviews last night I could not believe some of the negative reviews I read. It must have been people with problems or didnt ask questions. I have recommended family and friends there. When he was in Conshohocken he installed another remote starter on my car and put in a device so that I could talk hands free on my phone. At that time my car was a 2004 Chrysler Sebring LX. That car just died a few weeks ago with 179,900+ miles on her. I got my monies worth on that car and the remote start that was installed by ASAP still worked!!! This man is dedicated and will go out of his way to help. When I was working in Montgomeryville my car wouldnt start. We had it towed to the dealer. My car sat on the lot for two days and was even pushed to the back. It was my birthday weekend and it was raining like hell the day I called Mark to ask what could be the problem. Mark took the time to come up to Montgomeryville to check the car. The problem was minor. It was a fuse that went that the starter was on. The mechanics were dumbfounded. And here I am some 16 plus years later with another new car. I checked to see where ASAP was. When I called the number I still had Marks phone number in my phone after all those years. I met Heather this morning and she was very pleasant. I gave her the history on my cars that Mark had worked on. I cant say enough about Heather and Marks professionalism and ASAP. I highly recommend their services. For all the negatives I seen I will vouch that Mark, Heather and their company, ASAP had and will continue to have my business for life. Thank you Mark and Heather. My brother took me to ASAP, to have auto start installed into my 2008 Toyota. We were there approximately 2hrs. Heather was very professional, and pleasant. She explained everything to me before and after installation. She also told us if there was ANY PROBLEMS, please give her a call immediately. The gentleman that did the work was pleasant as well. I have not had work done YET but I can say that they are nice people. Answered my questions without getting snarky with me or seeming bothered to answer the questions I had. I think the other reviews about the remote start them people are complete idiots! Felt the need to review this place it was my first time in and cant say anything bad about it. If people are dropping Porches and Mercedes to them without question than you can be rest assured to drop your vehicle off and be satisfied with the work.

I used this business recently for both of my cars before it started cooling down this fall. I previously used this place for my last car and the installation and quality were great.For those using the groupon or living social who are expecting to pay only the advertised price, it is reasonable that the price is going to increase based on the complexity of the install. The most recent install for my car required bypassing the push button start feature. This took longer and was more expensive than the usual install for my wifes vehicle that was turn key.The installation comes with a lifetime warranty and the folks at ASAP are more than willing to help out if there you have a question or have any issues.Heather and her crew were great to my wife and I. They took the time to show us how to operate the starters and answered all of our questions. They were honest and realistic with their scheduling and when the work would be completed.

In 2006 I had an remote starter installed in my 05 f-150 still works fine. 12/7/16 they installed a remote starter installed on my wifes 2012 escape. There were no surprises they delivered exactly what they promised.

So I decided to try this establishment out because they were the only ones that said they would have no problem doing my car. I too came across the Groupon deal. I have a Volvo and with so many places telling they might be able to do it, it made me nervous. So I made an appointment and spent extra money on the parts and extra time required for my car. No biggie for me since its in my car and working great. I read some of the negative reviews on a couple sites and noticed they pretty much were about the same thing, extra money needed over the $119.00. Some people spent A LOT of time forming an opinion and never even went in for the service or said they went in and everything works fine but was upset with the extra charges. Well I dont know much of anything being free so with that said I think these people should spend that negative time maybe working a little later or getting a job so they can actually afford the service. The only thing I noticed is that they seem to need a much larger space and it was a little difficult to find. Heather it was great chatting with you and I will see you guys again when I need something.

Okay lets be real for a moment people.... This place is not your cookie cutter, read it from a book install place. This is what they do, all day, every day!! They just did a stereo install, with back up camera and proximity senors on my wifes car and the job was top notch!! They even stayed late to get it done and make my wife and I very happy!! So whether your driving a Subaru or Lamborghini (Oh and yes they work on Lambos too), they are going to do beyond an excellent job. Just remember you get what you pay for when it comes to installs!! So if you want to go to a cookie cutter place that only knows the basics or only what they were taught online, then dont come to A.S.A.P.. But if your looking to get top notch service and installations, then go see my peoples down at A.S.A.P.. Thank you again, yall did an excellent job and you have my business for life!!

Clearly Max had a bad day and is taking it out on the FABULOUS staff at ASAP. After my unproductive visit to a corporate giant a few blocks away, I took the advice of a co-worker and stopped into ASAP for a quote on a remote start. What girl wants to run out in the freezing rain to warm her car up ruining fresh make up and flat ironed locks? As if!The lovely young lady at the counter was knowledgeable and professional, and the owner even fit me in to have the installation complete the next day (I dropped it off on my lunch break and it was done before 5pm). There were no hiccups with the install and they explained in detail how to use my new remote for the rainy week ahead. I have since referred several friends and family members who all had successful experiences. I plan on going back for a radio upgrade as well.

I had a remote starter installed in my 2011 Highlander last fall. I dont know why I ever waited, I love thing! As the cooler temps came back this fall my remote starter was working intermittently. Came in for a remote start on my TDI. I scheduled the remote start installation and when I arrived, I saw they could add smartphone functionality. I asked if they could do this along with the remote start right then and there and they agreed. They took me right on time, had a comfortable waiting area with television, and when the job was complete, they walked me through signing up for the product, activating the unit, and warranty, and instructed me on how to use it. You would never know it is installed! There are no wires or boxes to be seen anywhere. They system functions as described and starts the car every time. The work was completed quicker than they had advised and I am very happy with the result. I would use them again for an alarm or remote start installation on my next car and happily recommend them to anyone wanting excellent and professional installation. Thanks!

They installed a remote start on my Lincoln MKT. It worked fine, good range, but failed below freezing (The car got the signal, but the fob didnt work) . They re-installed an alternate system for no charge that worked well. They are a good source for auto aftermarket equipment and will work with you until your satisfied. I got a automatic car starter installed in my C300 Mercedes Benz and I dont know how I ever managed without it to begin with! I love it!!!!!! The crew at Automotive Sound & Protection was awesome and very accomodating! A week after I got it installed I wanted the automatic car started app for my iphone installed as well. I took my car over during my lunch break and Heather kindly brought me back to work! Now I can start my car ANYWHERE! When I went to pick it up that night the guys showed me how it works and walked me through every step! LOVE having a warm seat when I get in. I would definitely recommend their services!!!!!

These guys sucksOnce Ive been there for my sub-woofer have checked ( it went off all off sudden). These guys behaved so unprofessionally, they made me check the fuse by myself and finally they said I need a new amp ( they dint even check it). From there, straight away Ive drove to other stereo shop and that guy fixed my problem and it was a screw issue(very minor)These positive comments for this guys must be from friends and family. Do not go there and waste your hard earned bucks.

Dropped my car off to get a head unit installed specifically telling them that there is a problem with the memory in the car. Sat on the lot for 2 days after it was done only to find out that the Newley installed 500 dollar head unit that they put in still retains no memory. The tech had no idea that was a issue even though ASAP specifically said it was noted. Also had to wait over a week just to get my car in the door. Now the problem is noticed they want to take care of it now, but still I am outside waiting for a tech. He is working on another car still finishing up. Awful customer service.

Got a remote start installed through Groupon. Very nice staff. I knew it cost more than the $119 groupon. I called and found out before I made the appointmentFor everybody complaining about this....READ THE FINE PRINT. It is clearly stated that installs might have additional fees and that they should be called BEFORE you purchase a groupon.Remote start works great and in is nice to get into a truck that is warm and no frost on the windows anymore.

I own a classic 1972 CJ 5 JEEP. If you know anything about CJs, there are no two alike. Especially the intermediate years between 1972-1975. I asked for an audio system to be installed. What we thought would be simple turned into a 100% custom job due to fitment issues. (millions of parts for 1976 and up, but try earlier). Mark, Raphael, and Heather were calm through the whole process taking measurements, ordering parts, and saving me where they could. They custom designed boxes, my middle console and then made it as theft proof as possible. These guys are true craftsmen and did an excellent install. They even installed a receiver trailer hitch harness for free. Remember in 1972 jeeps didnt come with radios, so this was completely from ground up and it looks as clean as if it rolled off the showroom floor. Thanks guys for the excellent work. Ill be doing business with them in the future. This is no different than my previous experience with them getting a remote starter installed in a girlfriends car. I dropped the car off and that afternoon I had a new remote starter. It was an excellent Valentines day gift. I recommend these guys to anyone.

I have had 4 Cars brought to Mark and his crew all for Remote starters and radio upgrades. When I read the negative reviews I cant believe we are talking about the same place. I would not have come back all those times if i did not like the outcome. I had a few issues over the years and they have resolved them at no charge and normally on the spot. I guess because I am a good customer, but still great service here. Sometimes the wife can be less then accomidating, but shes nice to look at, hehe Keep up the good work Mark!

Here is an honest review. I saw the groupon and said I am doing it. Before I bought it I called and asked about my car. Yes, she said what most people are saying that it wouldnt be 119 but another 150 for whatever reason. I had a starter before and it cost about 300. Long story short, I said tell me your best deal with all fees included. She told me the amount and I called the other groupon starter deal and was told the same thing with the cost an addition. I then did my research on the model. I went with ASAP. Everything went smooth with the cost. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is the customer service on returning my calls and answering specific questions was just below what I expect. I dropped my car off overnight and was told it would be done by noon. I ran errands near location and at noon they said 2 more hours when I called for an update. The problem was I had a schedule that day which made me upset. I understand setbacks but either call me or plan on saying later than expected. The starter works fine and no issues with that. You wont find a deal for 120 and expect a great starter. Safe to say 250-300 is fair for a starter anywhere.

I had a remote start put in my car which works fine but I, like many people on here, bought a Groupon. If you have any car newer then 1990 be prepared to be charged an additional 200-250 dollars. This company is dishonest. I inquired about the additional changes and told them I thought it was unfair. All the receptionist said was, it says there could be additional charges in the fine print. Any company that does this is very dishonest and I do not support them. I would definitely not recommend them to any one just because of how they conducted there business.

I had a remote starter put in my 07 Accord a few years ago...yup a few years ago & after the 1st yr, I started to have some issues w/ my vehicle. I did a few repairs (I take really good care of my car so I replaced the battery, alternator, etc) & still had a few issues. I would start the car using the remote starter & some days it’d start w/out an issue. Other days the lights would be lit up & when I got outside—dash on, radio on but engine would not be running. I called ASAP a few times & explained my issues...the woman there always questioned me about the car maintenance instead of offering to have the car looked at. I mean its a lifetime guarantee right?? Well, a month ago I called & she offered to get an guy come in (who only does appointments) to check the electrical system but it would cost me. Uuumm ok..no Im not paying for something done at your location. Well finally the car stalled out on me 3x on 202 at of course the busiest times of the day! After the same headache over & over I decided to take it somewhere else to get the car looked at. Hhmm—here the harnest of the wiring from the remote starter was NOT plugged in all the way. It was getting just enough connection..so Im guessing as I hit bumps here & there, it became looser & looser. Anyway...not dogging ASAP but seriously...its simple customer service. Just saying. I already paid for the initial service. It took this guy 30 mins to check my car & get back to me. I am thinking of having the system replaced.

2 weeks ago, I bought an audio/video system for my 2012 Honda Ridgeline. The owner showed me the options and he recommended a Panasonic system with bluetooth capability. Initially, I thought the price was high but after doing some research about the material cost, I felt comfortable moving forward with the process. I have to say, I love my new car audio system! I immediately signed up with Sirius Radio and also love the fact that I no longer have to use the ear piece to talk on the phone! The DVD option is nice for my 4 year old but likely wont use it too much. The service was great as I was in and out within 1.5 hrs. I highly recommend Auto Sound and Protection for anyone looking to upgrade their factory system, add satellite radio, HD radio, DVD option and/or phone capability.

This place is completely unprofessional. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior to get a remote car installed. I dropped the car of at 930am and told them Id be back around 6 to pick it up. They said no problem and I was on my marry way. I came back at 630 to find they hadnt even started on my car. Almost 2 hours of sitting later I was out the door. Completely Unproffesional. Dont come here unless you have some time to kill. Not to mention the Groupon is a complete ripoff. Its going to cost you $250-$400 no matter what type of deal you find on the internet. Go elsewhere!

Feeling cheated! We bought a LivingSocial coupon for remote auto start for our car. When I called up to schedule an appointment the sweet voice receptionist told me to get all the keys for the car. She mentioned the valet key gets salvaged. She never spoke about any additional charges. Absolutely did not mention there will be additional $155 charge for the service. When we went to pick up the car she came up with a bill of additional $155.We were absolutely surprised ! The receptionist started using abusive language and when my husband said let me record this and post it on you tube- this is how you behave with your customer. She kept quiet. After verbal arguments we called the police. We were given two choices1. Pay for it tonight and take the matter to civil court.2. Leave the car and they will take the auto restart system off at their CONVENIENCE!The fine print says- cars with push start, keyless entry (where key is in your pocket and as you go near the car it unlocks the doors), chipped keys or any addition security system that they need to bypass in order to install auto start kit, will cost additional charges. I didnot have any of those features.Any how They should have told us the additional cost UPFRONT while I scheduled the appointment.I was told it is one hour job and was given appointment accordingly.Then the day before appointment I was asked to drop off the car previous night or by 9AM. after much inconvenience I did drop it off. Never heard back from them till 6PM and finally I called them. It was still not done. Received a call around 7 PM to pick up the car. One hour job took 9AM-7 PM!!!!This is our first bad experience with living social deal. Now I see so many bad reviews about ASAP. We might just move on leaving this behind but I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I bought my car stereo at Best buy and the guyz there had no clue on how to fit this in my car. But ASAP knew what to do and did a great job replacing the Bose receiver in my Nissan Altima with a Poineer one. Good workmanship.The only suggestion I have is, when you deliver the car, please take some time to show the new setup to the owner of the car so that they know where things are and how they work. Not everyone knows everything when it comes to car audio and some people may need additional help figuring out their new system.The technician who worked on my car was not too welcoming to answer my questions. He looked kind of annoyed with the questions. I guess he was just in a hurry to get out as it was a Saturday. I am not going to hold it against the great job he did on my car, but it does matter to some people. thats why one less star.

I called several times with many many questions, and she answered each of them straight forward. I am sick of calling places and people acting like you owe them business. This was NOT one of those places. I am sure my questions would of annoyed other shops, and in fact I called around to many places, and my questions were met with sketchy answers like I cant give you a price for sure, we gotta see what it is all about or some other nonsense. ASAP gave me the EXACT price including taxes right over the phone. I dropped it off on a Friday night around closing time, got a call at around 10am the next day saying it was ready. Due to shopping didnt get to the shop to pick it up till around closing time again, she still came out in the cold to show my girlfriend how to work the remote starter. I will be getting my 4 runner done here as well as soon as I can arrange to drop it off. *Just a note to other reviews that I saw that made me almost not go here.....1. Car starters are not cheap! If you see a Groupon or some other offer for 5 dollars....I mean come on... we all know its not going to be the price they quote, thats how they get you... do your research like an adult should.2. Blaming asap because the price is different based on your car is not there fault.. its yours. Call before you go.3. Look into other places and see how they compare...parts, labor, warranty......you get what you pay for!!I did my girlfriends 2007 Yaris it ended up being around $300 all in with 2 smaller sized remotes.Only 2 very small negatives..1. The guy working the desk when I dropped car off was not the most pleasant guy in the world (Pauly D-ish) the kind of guy I am used to though- being that I am from Brooklyn NY, so didnt bother me. Sure he is a decent guy, just comes off miserable.2. The receiver on the car is mounted just under the rear view mirror in the middle of the windshield. It was much bulkier (half the size of like an ez pass thingy thank god its black not white) than I thought....was wondering why it could not be mounted somewhere else. Doesnt bother my girlfriend so is not a problem....

Thank you again very much ASAP for taking care of my wifes car starter. I too had to deal with the very busy schedule this store is having. I was rescheduled once and had no problem with it since I tried to get it done with in two weeks of calling and I too own my business. I get it when things are busy and there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done. Heather called me and asked me to review about my expierence so I gladly am. Heather you dont need customers like Larry or Anna trust me. Ive been in business now for almost 50 years and I know the type. People like that are likely to be very problematic over the entire relationship. Hence, you couldnt find someones keys and are not trusted to put an air freshner in someones car even though you never even serviced this customer. Or when you try and accommodate a customer who clearly did many things wrong including not showing up for there correct appointment. Reviewers who complain about non sense that has nothing to do with your actual service are a waste of time. Get past the bad customers and keep taking care of all the ones who appreciate you guys! Of course my starter works and yes my wife and I are very happy.

I purchased for my sister a remote starter from Automotive Sound And Protection in Norristown for Christmas. I scheduled an install appointment for Saturday February 7th and my sister had the car there when they opened at 9am. I had stopped by during the previous week to verify everything and I then paid $ 250.94 extra in cash to also have a key-less entry installed. I was told that everything was good for Saturday and that my sister would be well taken care of. They kept her car for the entire day and never touched it. They never called her and when she called they gave her a run around. She had to return Sunday morning at 10:20 AM to meet with Heather to pick-up her car. The keys were missing and she had to search high and low to find them. My sister had been informed that her car would be secured in the shop overnight yet when she got there it was in the lot exactly where she had left it. Furthermore a bank statement that had been left in the armrest was found up in the visor. Heather issued my sister a full refund for the cash extra that I had paid and I recieved a refund for the cost of the original Groupon voucher totaling $ 105.00. This is my 1st bad experience involving Groupon and I would like to put it behind me and move on. As for Automotive Sound And Protection, I wouldnt trust them to install a air freshener!!!!

Went there with a Groupon Coupon-I expected to pay $119.00 as that was what the Groupon was for. I go to pay and Im told that they wanted $249.00!! When I questioned as to why, I was told that the one installed had a lifetime warranty. I complained and was finally charged $185.00, still more than the Groupon. When I finally get home, I read the Groupon and right there on the Groupon, it says, lifetime warranty!! Also, right on the booklet they gave me, it states, 2 transmitters. I was given 1. Filed a report with the BBB and also disputing the charge on my credit card. Biggest bait and switch EVER..of course, when I called, they told me to come back and they would put the $119.00 one in!! Yea, like I would trust these people to touch my car again!! Had they put in the correct one to begin with, none of this would have occurred... NO company has the right to put in something the customer NEVER requested..NEVER was given a second remote and you KNOW IT--yes, I did miss my Monday appointment and you took me Tuesday but I waited 4 hours which is not uncommon because the 2 people in the waitting room with me were there just as long--Funny how you respond to every negative review but calling us liars. Says a lot about you and your company. You people are the biggest scam artists EVER and you are the LIAR--..What a shady business you people run..and there was no miscommunication on my part-I went there for a 119.00 Groupon and you overcharged me for something that may or may not have been put in my car. I was very pleased with this company and their service. I wanted to use a Groupon for a remote starter. I read the fine print, called ahead to make determine if my car had any special requirements, then purchased the Groupon. I made an appointment for the installation and they did a very professional job.Some reviewers have complained about the Groupon deal, saying that every car has special requirements so that you always end up paying more. I didnt find this to be true. My car (an 07 Suzuki Forenza) had no alarm, no remote unlock, and no chip in key. It didnt require anything special and they installed the basic remote starter as advertised on the Groupon. The Groupon ad clearly stated Additional charge may apply if car is equipped with keyless entry, push-to-start, passlock anti-theft, or chipped keys. It makes sense to call ahead if that applies to your car to see if youre going to be paying extra. If you dont, thats not really the merchants fault.I recommend this company.

I wasnt sure where to go to get a new stereo system put in for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I read several reviews for places in Philly, Conshy, Montgomeryville, and other montco / bucks places. I read some not too savory reviews on yelp for ASAP, but after reading enough of them, i decided to give it a shot because 1) it was close by, and 2) the bad reviews were mostly groupon related, and the good reviews were high end stereo related. I grilled Mark pretty extensively on the reveiws, their service levels, my expectations and his. Mark, one of the owners, was very knowledgable on all things car audio, and helped me decide which components to buy.I had a car stereo system for my last jeep from Best Buy, and i thought it was awesome at the time. It was bulky though, i had two 10 subs in a sealed box taking up the whole rear space, and the amps were in the spare tire area making it somewhat difficult to access the spare. There was some rattling and evidence of custom cutting.Marks biggest selling point was the stealth look of the install, cleanliness, and the attention to detail of the install. It didnt hurt that the products at ASAP are high end compared to anything at Best Buy. The Focal KRX2s sell themselves. He even went as far as to hook up a sub that wasnt currently on display just so i could hear it.The install took a bit longer than i expected, or was told it would take. I believe this was due to my orignal quote at speakers as phase one, and subs and amps as phase two... I decided to do both at once, so obviously the install took more time. During that time, they were so kind as to pick me up from my house and drop me off during the install.The finished product was amazing, you can see the car on their website, its the grey jeep. Its plenty loud, but the sound quality that the MS8 processor and the KRX2 speakers combine to create is like nothing ive heard before.The only reccomendation i would make is that if you are buying a high end sound system, do a lot of research before hand. I was doing research on the fly and found that the combinations are endless. Mark will do his best to give you what you want, but the hard part is deciding what you want. Sound quality comes at a price, no, not that price, the price of manual tinkering to find that sound that works exactly for you.All in all i reccomend ASAP, they are all friendly, knowledgable people, that will help you with your system. I even went back a few times and they helped me change the tuning at no cost, in and out...

Recently started taking things off my car that were originally installed by this shop and noticed a lot of wiring issues. Now its making it harder to sell parts because of these shortcuts/mistakes.
