I have been going to Swan Nails for over 10 years. Linda is my go-to next up is Christine. This is a relaxing clean space. My friends go here as well. Their non chip manicures and pedicures are the absolute best. I also utilize their waxing services. I am a regular customer and I will never go elsewhere. I love and recommend everyone to Swan Nails!

I am a regular customer. I love the way Chara does my nails, and shes super gentle. In the past, I went to several places and never got the treatment I got at Swan Nails.

A great place to go to get a pedicure very low price. All the all the employees treating me with the most respect and professionalism.

Today I went inside to get a fill in and pedi with my friend. I got an older lady to do my services who was different from the person i usuallyget it done from (the lady whos always sitting in the first station as you walk in) .The pedi was uncomfortable because she kept poking and scraping around my toes removing the no chip i previously had which hurted and it shouldnt have been like that. The hot towel she used for my legs was so rough and scratchy, my skin felt irritated and not soothing at all.As the lady was filing my nails i asked her to keep the shape i previously had on before (coffin) and she didnt do nothing, not even remotely similar to my previous shape and on top of that, it was crooked and dull. I asked her to fix a certain nail and she did. But when i looked at the rest. Most of them looked crooked. I was about to ask her if she could file the top of my nail flat (because coffin isnt round) and before i got to fully ask the question, she interrupted me saying, yeah, yeah, yeah not giving her full attention of what i wanted and she didnt even know what i was going to fully ask yet. That annoyed me . Very rude of her.As soon she was about to be finished she puts lotion on one of my hands, then we realised I had a hair tie on my wrist. She didnt even remove it to massage my arm. She rolls it more up my arm, making it more uncomfortable. I told her she could remove it and responded, I dont care.. OK but I do.I didnt bother to tip her because I had a lot of discomfort, my nails werent shaped coffin, not sbaped nicely either and she was rude. I paid my mani and pedi and that was it. My friend mentioned she gave a dirty look because she didnt get tipped. If I dont tip, its not because im selfish. Its because i was not satisfied with my service.

I’ve come to Swan Nails for 1.5 years now (on and off) but I’ve come back each and every time. The owner/manager of the business is always so kind and my nails are always flawless! Highly recommend this place.

Ive been coming to Swan Nails for over a year. The ladies are so friendly they make you feel like an old friend instead of just a customer. Professional, great quality and clean. They beat any salon in the area.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, loved that they put in the plastic screens in between the nail tech and myself. It really shows the cleanliness of this place! My nails came out impeccable, will definitely be returning.

My two favorite are Christine(the owner) and Lilly but all the other ladies are as good as them at what they do. Im their costumer for the past 3 years,dont plan to change that and I highly recommend this place!

I like to go there. The ladies are very helpful with me. I am handicapped and they all try to help me by holding the chair to stand up !They do an excellent job with my nails. I like them very short and they do as I said. Linda is very nice !!!!

I’m really unsatisfied with the gel fill in plus no chip I did this Sunday. On Tuesday my nails were looking awful- the no chip started peeling. Last time I did my nails there in Christine - she was great, this time I did my nails in the lady who sits on the 3d chair, and I will never go to her again, probably I’ll not visit this spa anymore.Also, I would like to point out - I’m going there today to redo my nails, and people be careful there- they charge you for gel extensions, but in fact they are doing acrylic - that is much cheaper!!!!

Well, this place is amazing. They had the best service that I have ever experience. To be honest, nail service at this place was much better than many locations in the area. They made me a perfect full set acrylic. So love it. Moreover, the salon was super nice with great chairs. They looked brand new and smell good. Definitely, I rate this one as a five stars salon.

These ladies here are just amazing and they are so great with their hands! Tam was very friendly and made a nice conversation with me! Very warm and welcoming feeling in their salon! As well as, affordable price! Love them recommend

Ive been going to Swan consistently now for about a year. Excellent service! Chara never disappoints. I see her every 3 weeks with a new latest n greatest request from Ombre to Cats Eye to Glitter Ombre to a French. Whatever the occasion..Chara delivers! Excellent service, clean surroundings and quick turn-around. I highly recommend Swan Nails!

I adore this place! All the ladies are very warm and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience here and refuse to go to any other nail salon.

Nice and clean salon, but I do wish that my nail tech was a little more friendly.

First time there today, they werent like the other places were its always loud. They were focused on the customers and I noticed my lady today double checked multiple times if my nails were even and filed correctly. I love my nails, I recommend this place 100%. Everyone was sweet.

Are usually get gel nails at this place for the last 15 years and just recently I actually stumbled on a few articles and a few other nail places that claimed that the gel nails I thought I was getting were actually acrylic nails because they were getting powder and liquid. I ask the owner about this when I was getting my nails done and she brought out some plastic container that had some writing on it and she claimed It isgel I have been paying extra for acrylic for 15 years that I’ve been going there. Also I have experienced firsthand the nail technician using some sort of a liquid to put into the no chip nail polish to make additional polish instead of opening up a new one

Really dirty place and not so professional techinician

Never have I gone to a nail salon where they make you wait 30 minutes and take somebody who came after you before you... not good service.

Usually go to Nail Bliss in Des Plaines, but I decided to try a place closer. Small place with little parking. Lots of regulars. The lady up front was really sweet, but the technician was a disappointment. Asked for a no chip, she cut my nails so deep that my skin started bleeding. They were so short so I did acrylics. Asked for minimal buffing, yet she kept going. She didnt listen to anything that I wanted and completely sped up the process. Not to mention while she was doing my nails she got a phone call and was talking on the phone for about 10 minutes. The service was definitely overpriced for how I was treated.

I should have listened to the other reviewer who wrote Service was fine but the nail work for acrylics was terrible. Because it is true. Ladies are nice and quick, but shotty work. It has taken 3 months for my nails to recover from them. Wont go back.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL TO ANYONE first off the minute I walked in and had told them what I wanted I waited over an hr just to get my nails done bc supposedly the ppl that had came had “appointments” but was just their usuals they are too focused on their usuals and like to gossip with them and put them first priority just because they tip good. After waiting I finally getting my nails done and instead of her focusing on my nails mind you the lady doing my nails is the “manager” and while she’s doing my nails she is still too focused on her usual that just walked in instead of taking care of me. After she’s done shaping she starts to put the acrylic on which she does a terrible job at and then the worst part the color she’s so worried about getting to her usual that’s shes rushing on painting my nails and the paint job is terrible half of my nails are crooked just all in all DO NOT COME HERE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! And I proceeded to call and complain and ask to redo the service I had paid for and she is rude telling me that it’s out of your control like if she was so called the manager she would be like ok come in and I’ll fix for you she couldn’t do anything for me and I would like to point out that they are very money hungry so if your not rich or white you could go home because your not gonna get good service DO NOT COME HERE

The customer service was nice at first. I got my nails and my 2 sisters nails done. They got no chip manicures -just for the no chip to chip 3 days later and the edges of my nails were not filed properly and a nail broke. When I went back to get my nail and my sisters nail fixed,it was like pulling teeth and the excuse of it being normal for NO CHIP NAIL, to chip was ridiculous.I have been getting my nails done for 10 yrs. Its now 4days total since I left the nail shop and another nail broke. Maybe it was just my sister and me but this shop does not meet the standard for quality nails

No chip only lasted 5 days... Went back in.and she said I must be hard on my nails. Explained I have been getting no chip for a year and never a problem... She agreed to fix the 5 nails that were chipping but said they only guarantee no chip for two days. She fixed the nails by just painting the chipped area and two later same problem. A lot of money for something that didnt last....

Worst experience ever. Paid for a full pedicure and only sat in the seat for 15 minutes. Then, when I ask for them to do something they say no. I tell the girl that my nails are crooked, I feel that your rushing the job I dont want a no chip anymore. I get charged for practically still getting one.

I went to nail shop at hip mall and my nails looked fat and thick! Swan Nails saved the day!

The worst place! Dont be fooled by non chip color! They add their own solution to nail pulisher so they can have more use out of them but client is hurt like me because the color will be chipped the next day!Remember non chip at real honest place should stay beautifuly for 10 days at least!I notified the owners about their cheating scandal! If they will practice cheating clients I will make sure to call the authorities to ivestigate their place!Stay away from dishonest people like them!

Got my legs waxed here and it was pretty good.

I went with 2 other ladies for pedicures. We made an appointment for 6:30 for all three of us. We each had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. We saw many customers get taken before us that came in after or had later appointments. I didnt even get put in a chair until after 7:30. On top of that the chair was broken. When I mentioned this to the nail tech she said Oh? And continued filling it with water without ever making eye contact with me. She talked to the other nail techs the entire time and never made eye contact with me until toward the end when she asked if I wanted a manicure too. Hell no. The nail tech giving my friend a pedicure made her bleed twice. My toe is still sore 4 days later from whatever my nail tech did to me. Im lucky I didnt get an infection from the sketchy looking tools. We did not receive a single apology from anyone. I would never go back there. There are so many other nail salons in the area.

The best place ever!

I got “no chip”, and a pedicure 3 days ago. I called asking if they can fix it and they said no. They can only fix if it chips the day of. Then why pay for no chip?

The service is lousy I went to do the pedicure and manicure I returned to get my fingernails fixed but the feet are not terrible work here I leave the photos
