Last week made an evening appointment. Was told my iPhone needed to stay overnight for the repair because it was late. Rescheduled the appointment for next week 10am. Was told the phone will have to stay overnight again because they are too busy. Terrible communication and I will not return. Wasted 3 weeks. Apple here I come.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and MANAGEMENT we will never spend another dollar thanks to manager EDWIN who refused to help us and denied he was the manager so he wouldnt have to resolve our problem and had us waiting for half an hour 👎

I had the utmost respect for the Geek Squad. I believe Best Buy is ruining their biggest selling point: their tech service. The arrogance is now palpable. Forget you are a customer, you are a thorn in their profitability. Ive spent over 10 K at Best Buy. Im not a geek, so where do I turn?

I had to write this.I’ve seen a lot of pretty terrible reviews and I cannot believe any of them.Mo (the manager) and his colleague(I don’t know his name unfortunately) but they were outstanding.Not only did I receive good service but they went above and beyond for me.And that is an understatement. I really appreciate the good customer service that was given to me today. And I hope that the person who has given such extraordinary service read this.Thank you again,I couldn’t be happier with the service.You truly made my day.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.-Megan

I have yet to find any evidence that it is possible to call this store and speak with a real person. I have tried multiple times, I have tried every path through the prompts just to get any human, and the phone just keeps ringing indefinitely without an answer. Is this how you prevent me from using my Geek Squad product replacement that I paid for?

Declined remote start installation, which I purchased directly from them because geek squad manager said its not compatible with my car. My friend install this remote start on exact same car month ago in best buy. Worst experience. Use different geek squad location and best buy to make things done.

Honestly I just needed a screen reolaced on a camera. The screen costs $20 and to replace it is just 10 minutes. They told me they cant fix it JUST BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE SOME MANUFACTURE THING. Honestly all you need is a screwdriver to fix a camera. DO NOT COME HERE. Youre better off at a High Schools IT club which by the way ACTUALLY OFFERED TO HELP REPAIR THE SCREEN.

Absolutely DO NOT use these guys. Brought my laptop in because I was having charging issues. They told me it was unfixable and I should just buy a new laptop instead. Then immediately proceeded to try and sell me one. They looked at mine for less then five minutes and determined it wasnt fixable. Took it home and solved the issue myself within 20 minutes after some extensive googling. Didnt even need to purchase replacement parts. These guys are a total scam.
