Went for a car wash. Paid with card. The car wash is a machine by the way, there’s nobody washing your car. Drove out and realized I didn’t have cash only my card. Waved at the attendants saying no thank you to them drying it and one of them basically jumped in front of my car and started padding my car down. I would like to say that I always tip a server, or anyone who’s job is completely based on tips. I know for a fact these guys get paid an hourly wage. The moment they were done drying my car I was literally harassed by a the man telling me to “tip me now” and blocking my car in. I ended up giving the man my debit card and gave them 5 dollars. Which to be honest they didn’t deserve for the sheer lack of customer service and harassing attitude they had. I called the gas station across the street to inquire about the owners info so I could tell him the behavior his employees gave to me. The woman said no, and was covering for the their behavior refusing to tell me who I could talk to. Based all of these reviews, the owner must be just as bad. Lived in Norridge for 30 years, will never be going back. Fullers car wash on foster less than a mile away is a lot better with better service

The water seems to be good quality for the manual washers didnt seem to leave hard water marks. However the card was charged 10$? This is pending if course. Ill bump to four stars if it actually charges me 2.50.updated 5/18/2021So it does hold a 10$ charge but only actually charges 2.50 however the water quality consistency was terrible my second time around so im keeping it 3 stars

Air pump to blow out 🎄 branches stuck in wipers. Vacuuming on it ASAP 😃. My baby ❤️ has roasted sap and toasted bird debris for a diy and a drive thru carwash for whatever I missed, they will get within 1 minutes to towel dry. Very, very busy. I dont like the feeling of killing people just to see how beautiful ❤️ cleaning up my auto can feel. Btw, due to lack of rain, theres no pinching pennies standing in the drought heat cleaning your 🚗. Dont forget to tip the towel boy. Ill be there.

The manual wash is fine as long as you pay with coins. The automatic is not so good. The way how two dudes used towels to wipe down my car from excess water was a pure joke. They missed many spots and after 45-50 seconds of work, both looked at me like they were expecting a tip. Yeah, right? For what? Kids at elementary school put more effort into their work when doing car wash. If Ill be back there, its only to use the manual wash. Automatic never again!

Employee in charge or owners is rude. The vacuum i used had almost no power. I went to find the employee (or owner) and told him if the situation and all he did was angrily shrug his shoulders and said something like “so what?”. I didn’t bother washing my car, left after that

Solid and quick automatic car wash with an even better manual wash if you want to put in the time. I will be using this place to vacuum my car out as well.

This place can accommodate tall vehicles, like work vans. Otherwise nothing remarkable, less than average.

One of the last car washes in a city like this it would have gotten five stars if they charge you the right price I mean dont swipe your card cuz I put a $10 hold on it if Im spending 2.50 for a cycle its just like 2.50

If you use the debit or credit card its gonna charge you a min of $10 not what is shown on the screen for example $2.50 (that if you wash your car by yourself)

Self wash is very expensive! Cost me $12.50 to wash my car.

Unfortunately one of the places that if you lock your keys inside the car police will not come to help you out

They send me to cross of street in gas station.Uf. I can’t us there automatically wash, because my model car don’t move in lane
