Engler Heating & Air Conditioning did a major installation for me earlier this year. It took the technicians 1-2 days which i thought was very quick. The technician were so nice and professional. Then when they were done they cleaned absolutely everything up. I was very impressed.

Where do I start? I have gone to Engler Heating & Air Conditioning for years now. And there is a reason why I keep going back. Between the hard, and quality work, the on time service, or excellent staff, it just cannot be beat, in fact I am not sure why all my service businesses I work with arent as up to par like these guys. Ive been using Engler for years - heck, probably since I moved to the area. They are the best. I had a new boiler installed in the last year and I was very pleased. The work was top notch, they are a quality company.

I got a referral to Engler to have one last look and see if they can locate the leak. Engler sent a tech out. He spent 1 1/4 hrs tearing the system apart. I thought the call would cost $98. He couldnt locate the leak. His boss, Brad Engler, called me and said he would look at it himself. He came out 20 minutes later, looked around and suggested that the cost would be too high and to just replace the system. I thought here is another sales guy trying to take a bite at me. He went through the pieces, why it should be replaced and he looked at the issue of the different temperatures between floors and how to handle it. Being a former engineer and construction guy, Brad was straight up and to the point. No BS with this guy.He quoted replacing the entire system with equipment that he himself uses at his home. At about 64% of the other guys. Luxaire is the equipment quoted and so I did some research. It is a good brand.When asked how quickly he can get the job done and how long it would take, he said he would switch some projects around be at the house at 9 am the next day and that the job would take about 9 hours. They showed up, were professionals, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. The system runs beautifully. It has only been one day and the temperature has dropped outside, but the A/C is smooth, has a strong blower and is quiet. Brad supervised the start of the job himself and was the one to come and get me when the job was done. They went as far as to replace the wiring buried in my backyard which was starting to corrode and that wasnt even in his quote.Engler handles installations, service calls, repairs and they also do other mechanical systems. While he was there yesterday, I had him look at my water heater (which is probably the next thing on the death-list) and he does those as well.Anyway, I like to do what I can to support people who are honest and do good work at a great price. Engler did great and really came through at a low cost and quickly for us. We all need these guys at one point or another, so having a referral is much better than not having one.I suggest you always get work quoted first, but make sure that Engler is on your list of providers of people to call.

I had a problem with my attic fan. I called the Engler Company and they came right over and their technician climbed through a small access panel on my second story and determined that my attic fan motor burned out. They got the correct motor and replaced it the next day. My wife and I thought it was great service at a fair price.

Excellent punctual very professional .

Several years ago I built an addition with a new HVAC system installed. Shortly thereafter I received a notice that the plastic flue pipe installed was dangerous and was suspected as the cause of several deaths. The installer was no longer in business. The notice listed the names of several HVAC companies that would replace the pipe free of charge. The only one who returned my call was Brad Engler. He explained that the Government would only pay about $100 for the replacement and most companies did not want the work. Brad told me that it was a matter of safety and he came out and did the job at no cost to me.A few years later on a cold late Friday afternoon my elderly neighbor call me because her heat went out. I called Engler and Brad and an assistant responded right way to diagnose the problem. As it was after hours they did not have the needed part on the truck. They provided her with space heaters and promised to return Saturday morning. They did and fixed the problem.I have been using Engler HVAC for 30 years for all my HVAC needs. They respond promptly and charge fair prices. For my family...they are the Best!

Not a good experience. Called them the first time and said the refrigerant is the issue and paid them. After a week AC broken again, called them, can’t fix the issue and was charged again. They cannot guarantee their work.
