Great prices friendly staff always have great stock selection

Our salesperson was really nice and helpful. We went to 5 different flooring stores and decided to go with lumber liquidators and are really pleased with our choice.

We were very happy with the service we received here. We walked in and Thomas greeted us right away and asked us what we were looking for. He gave us time to make a decision among all the samples and afterward, when we were picking up the flooring out back, the other young man (didnt get his name) was very helpful loading it for us because my husband is limited after having surgery on both wrists.Our floors look great! We actually bought two boxes too many, and returned them for a refund. No problems with that either.Highly recommend this place!

The people here were amazing. Very helpful and great prices. The install people were super nice, but my baseboards were removed and replaced and they were damaged. If I could do it again, Id just do that part myself.

They rushed us to pick what we liked so they could give us a sample then insisted on getting our contact info. I them my address and email and they said they needed my phone number as well in order to create an account in the computer. I reluctantly gave them my real number only after very seriously telling them to reach me via email and that I do not want any calls. Within days while taking a nap between my day job and night job they call to ask how Im liking my samples. We were interested until then, now I think they are commission-based and pay little attention to what you say and are only interested in getting your money.

Jacob Walker and team did the installation and they were awesome.They communicated with me about when they would arrive, very clean,very orderly, and extremely courteous. The best was the floor looks beyond fabulous.

Awesome customer service, perfect mixture of professional and personal. Jonathan helped us get the best prices on my favorite vinyl flooring over Black Friday weekend. This is my first floor remodel in my first house of my own, and he made the process so easy. Thanks to the other staff who also helped each time I came in!

The store told me they would have someone call me to repair the creaking noise in the floor. I called 5 times. They never called and then I had health issues. now I am about 6 months past the warranty and they refuse to fix it and they of course have no record of me calling the store because the store doesnt keep those records Karen assured me that no one including her manager help me. I spent $5000. I wont be a return customer.

Great products if you know what your looking for. We purchased over 1,500 sqft of luxury vinyl in Old Dominion Walnut and then came back and purchase a hundred feet of a different luxury vinyl for an upstairs bathroom for my kids. The only problem is they never have enough in stock at this location and both times we had to drive to the Reno location in OKC. Prices are good and they can work a deal if your buying in bulk. Good transitions, they even take back unused boxes if you bought more than you need, just need to keep it in stock or at least have it transferred from another store instead of driving to OKC to pick it up everytime.

This is the first time I visited the store. I dont know much about the products so I was hoping someone would help me as I wanted to replace the flooring in my sitting room, bedroom and dinning room. The gentleman I talked to seemed like he is very unwilling to depart the information. I felt like he has no time for us. He was talking to me halfway then before I had finished he walked away to another customer. . After serving the couple he sat down at the desk so I had to approached him again. He continue to sit down and after getting sample we left. I called back later and wanted to check on the price of instilation. I understand you cannot give out price over the phone and you needed someone to come out to the house to measure the rooms before quoting the price. But this gentleman seems very rude and sounded angry over the phone. He said I told you I cannot give you the price over the phone etc etc etc. I feel like he does not have to be so rude . His name is rocks. He gives a bad name to the company. I heard a lot of good things about lumbar liquidator but he is giving a bad rap to the company. I am sure he must be the same guy who served me at the store

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! after a month of remodel we get to the flooring and they gave us the wrong floor!! Wont come get it! Lost our flooring people and have cost us time and money!! Glad we didnt pay the $200 they wanted to delive the WRONG FLOORING

WORST. EVER. This company will not stand behind their documented poor workmanship because the complaint came in 3 days after their deadline. The crew that installed my mothers floor was fired for poor work after L.L. had to replace several floors they had installed. The companys investigator saw himself that the workers used almost no glue, allowing moisture to seep into the floor and ruin it. However none of this matters because of their deadline. While they may be within their legal rights, they provide the absolute worst customer service, and they dont care whether their customers are happy or not. Once they have your money youre basically screwed. With so many other choices out there just do yourself a favor and avoid any Lumber Liquidators store altogether.

If you get the feeling that this company is shady and run by scam artists please trust your instincts. I had to find out the hard way. Paid for flooring in norman store for pick up in OKC store. when i arrived flooring was wrong size and in horrible condition, but since i was in a rush to finish i reluctantly accepted it. more than 50% of the panels had damage so we had to spend about 30 minutes selecting the usable ones before loading. When I started to install them i noticed they were not milled correctly and had a 1/8 size difference on the surface which took considerable effort to be sanded out. A day or so later I called the store in Norman to ask about their return policy and I was told that as long as they were uncut and back within 30 days it would be no problem, but when I returned with the material the next day I was basically given the run around by someone claiming to be a manager. I have no doubt in my mind that finding ways to refuse returns is part of their business model for two reasons: one, every time I was able to show that the reason for refusing my return was not correct, he would come up with a new reason out of thin air and two, they make you sign a page long contract with lots of fine print about their return policy. (after youve paid of course) ultimately I did not get money back on the extra material and I am fine with that, but they will never see another dime from me.

Bad experience bad customer service

Internet said was open on Easter drove across town to find closed. Called today to see if order was in that was re placed on Monday. Stated it was, drove across town to pick up. Order not in, if was couldnt they find it, left after long wait!!!!!

Wont stand behind their product, paid top price for a low grade product. Warranty is a 1-800 # and they wont ever respond. Save your money and go across the street to Home Depot
