The whole process went smoothly. Everyone was cordial and made us feel comfortable. Im sure my family will call on them again when its my turn, as my family has done over themany years we have known about them.

My 18 year old son dying was and continues to be the most painful experience of my life. Primrose handled his viewing and service with class and dignity. I will never forget the way they took care of my family and everything that comes with this sort of unimaginable loss. Very lovely staff, professional and made my family feel welcome during our visitation but the ramp up front is terrible. How is this not against ADA? My grandmother and grandfather had such a hard time going up and down the ramp. There are several of them and I feel this should be addressed before someone gets hurt and takes you to court.

I used Primrose when my husband passed away in 2016, then recently when my son passed away & they were superb, very compassionate & accommodating! I recommend them to anyone who needs that kind of service!

I worked with Dustin Ellison yesterday to plan my funeral. He was such a tremendous help with everything. I decided to plan my funeral so my kids would not have the worry when the time comes ( I am planning on that being a long time from now!)

I came in to get my checking acct info updated and talking with Dustin, I told him about my granddaughter being upset about my plans for a direct cremation . Save everybody a lot of money and boohooing . Dustin said let look at options .And I came out with a burial plan and a nice plot and no one has to worry about a thing! He said he was going to work his but off for me and he did! Very happy and now I also have a fantastic lake I can fish! Lol

When our mother passed away, Funeral Director Scotti Nease was available to help us through our pain and loss. There was no hard sales, she worked within our budget and offered options. The Primrose team was exceptional in every phase of the service. Friends and family commented that it was a real celebration and you did not leave in total sadness. Primrose staff is compassionate, professional and caring.

I hate this place because when my younger brother in law committed suicide in 2006 at the age of 15, this place swooped in to be nice and kind to his devastated parents... Right up until 2-3 days after his funeral and burial. At that point they began demanding payment and were indifferent, even contemptuous about their situation and tough position when they couldnt pay all at once. Long story short, in my opinion, this place is all about making money and doesnt care a tuppence about your personal situation or tragedy. This is my one experience with them, but Ill never recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

The day that I went into primrose funeral home was to get in place a policy for my brother, I was so nervous, sad, and didnt know where to start well the staff at primrose walked me thru step by step primrose isnt just a funeral home, everyone that you meet and have interaction with treats you with respect and concern and they genuinely want to make the process as easy as they can,I will forever be eternally grateful for their kindness and understanding of your concerns, and I will recommend primrose to anyone who ask where is the best warm caring and loving environment to go when you are fixing to lose someone so close to your heart, so in closing I can never put into words how much they done for me thru this very sad passing of my brother.
