I have had a loaner copier in my office at work for 5 months. I have sent over 9 emails, 2 phone calls, 1 email to the president, spoke to a serviceman, in person, and sent one certified letter asking them to please come pick up this copier. They delivered our purchased copier, in February of 2021, but still have not picked this one up. I am so disappointed in this company and I am truly surprised they are still in business. They are free to contact me and discuss this anytime. SusanUpdate September 15, 2021Oklahoma Copier has still NOT come and picked up the loaner copier. I did speak and email with Mariah and Maddie both on August 18, 2021 regarding having someone come pick it up.

This company has been by far the best company I have ever worked for. We have the ability and the drive to save any business/entity money on their copiers and printers. This company truly puts their customers first and always gives back to the community.
