If you need to get a bail bondsman, these are the people!!! They are the nicest people, out of all the people in this business. They are fast and efficient. A lot of bail bondsman are men, and men can be gruff and not very understanding. The women here are nice and they’ll take the time to listen, but will not take any grief from anyone.

Very helpful, especially when my bad got rearrested and she didnt charge me the entire amount only the difference. Im most ecstatic that she actually owned up to and is making right her mistake of giving him the wrong court date which unfortunately resulted in a warrant. However ms Carol has stated shed bond him out tomorrow since the mistake was on her and and I think thats about as upstanding as it gets!! Ill follow up tomorrow to let you all know but I have a good feeling shes done right by us so far! Definitely see her if you need a bond!!

They were surprisingly (& extremely) very helpful upon my inquiring & eventually setting up the use of their service when a friend was in need.

Kim is really easy to work with. But their website app is a bit of a pain. And the fee amount changed between the person my friend spoke to and amount I was told. But all in all a smooth ordeal. I hope the occasion never arises again that I am in need of such services to help someone I know, but if it does I definatly know who to call BIG RED BAIL BONDS, lol.

I used them for myself 15 years ago but yesterday my nephew went to arraignment to turn his self in judge dropped by made him get a bondsman on another well trying to hurry I went with someone next to the court house big mistake paper work got messed up the Jail was telling me he had a warrant which I had a feeling something wasnt right so I called Connie because the bondsman I used was lazy and wouldnt check in to it but Connie dropped everything and checked it out and told there was a mess up on paper work so she made some calls which she didnt have to do since I didnt use her in the first place but thank you to big red and Connie my nephew was released about 3 hrs later thank you again for looking into it for me you will most definitely be my first choice for now on if I need a bondsman or even some advice thank you Big Red

Too much of a hassle to go in 1 lower have to go all the way the other end of the store to get what you want then go back to the other end to get out of the place on the covid-19 is over probably be good again
