I found Mike’s by accident/serendipity when I had a tire blow out across the street. I pulled my vehicle into the parking lot and was immediately met by the kindest manager who helped me in the kindest possible way on a day that was very stressful even before my tire blew. He and his employees fixed me up quickly and efficiently. Since then I’ve purchased tires, which went great and have had an oil change which went great. They even sent me a $20 coupon through the mail ( bonus 😁). The service here is impeccable. I recommend!!

Being the first time having a vehicle of my own and being a female I was worried about finding a place to get my fixed that would take advantage of a female since I dont too much about cars or trying to find a place reasonable since I am on disability. I found this place with good reviews and decided to try it. People were right the prices good and they were friendly plus the guy sat down with me and explain what he found and what I needed to fix now and what I really didnt need to fix now and the reason why I needed to fix it and what it was that needed fix and what it does It was like Car 101 I learned a lot about my car even if I didnt really understand it all Thanks yall you are awesome I will be back

Most reasonably priced and quickest tire rotation I’ve had in 15 years!! The owner was super friendly and made conversation with me virtually the entire time I was there! He also gave me an extremely fair price on the tire rotation. One thing I will add is not only did he thank me for my Military service but also his technician made it a point to walk up to me and also thanked me for my service and business. My total wait time was 20 minutes if not less from the time I walked in to the time I was back on the road!! I’ll definitely be coming here again and I would highly recommend them to ALL of my family and friends A++

I found the tire I needed but the guy was a little put out because I showed up 30 minutes before they closed. Then he charged me extra after he quoted me a price.I had to pay it, I needed my tire fixed. It still was cheaper than everyone else. Please note that these are USED tires, not new.

A simple wheel alignment turned into finding some other issues and they were able to get it fixed super fast. He took the time to test drive my car and even take it to another shop for a second look. He didn’t even try to talk me into things I didn’t need. Great service and fair prices. Will be going back for any other issues that arise.

I went to mikes several times and have had no problem with them. Today I did, I went in to get a hole in my tire patched. They guy proceeded to tell me there were 5 holes and they couldnt patch it because that would leave them liable. Thats totally understandable! I asked what they had, he told me the only one they had was new and it was 110$ I asked again if he was extra sure and he said yes thats the only one. He then told me he could get one for about 85$ but it would be the next day. I said I couldnt do that seeing I live pretty far away and for my safety needed some thing that day. I then in front of the guy proceeded to call another place to get what I needed. Once I hung up because I found what I needed at another store he asked one of the employees to go check for the used tire I needed. The employee came back quickly and said we have FOUR.. He got embarrassed because I heard and I wasnt happy. Being a young woman I feel like they tried to screw me out of some money but my daddy taught me better than that. Also only had an hour for lunch, they knew that and couldnt get the tire on in time and said it would be a while because they couldnt get the old one off. they proceeded to ask me who put it on and I told them they did lol

Today our car broke down, and these people were there for our rescue! We got our car towed in around 1 p.m. The store closes at 2 p.m. on a Saturday. But these people were so NICE they stayed till 5 p.m. to help us get our car back and running. Talk about awesome customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fast and helpful

I dropped in without an appointment for help after I had issues with my engine oil level light. It turned out to be a pressure switch issue that was not entirely connected and took 5 minutes total for them to figure out. (I also lost my engine oil cap in the engine well and they fished that out too). Although, I offered, they refused to accept any payment. I value customer service and integrity and I will definitely be back.

I went here to just change out 1 tire. I ended up getting my AC repaired too! That was great! Ive lived by this place for 5 years and didnt know they work on everything! They were real friendly and they took the time to explain everything to me. If youre looking for any type of automotive work this is a must go to place!

I had tires that looked like someone had taken a razor blade and cut around the tires on each side of the raised letters. The service tech told me that its not that someone took a razor to the tire; it was the how the raised lettering went on the tire. He explained how it works and that it would not cause any issues. The tread was still in good shape. They did a free trip inspection and sent me on my way. I was ready to buy tires and they could have sold me that day. I appreciate the honesty and eased my mind for the drive to Wichita, KS.

I love Mikes tire and auto! They are always very friendly and eager to help with anything wrong on my cars, their mechanics are very knowledgeable and I have never had any problems with their shop, unlike at Firestone. Firestone always ripped me off for years, so glad I started coming to see Mike!

Had a low tire and 2 grandchildren in the car. I have Firestone tires. I was told he could check it in 30 minutes. It would have taken all of 2 minutes to check and add air. Will not be back!!

I had taken my car to another shop down the street and they couldnt figure out why it was overheating for two days so I brought it to Mikes and they had it figured out within 2 hours. Plus they didnt charge me diagnostic. Thanks for being competent!

I got my A/C fixed here with a 12 mo./12,000 mi warranty. 9 months and 9,000 later, my A/C went out in the middle of the summer. I returned and had them look at it, and they confirmed I needed a new unit and estimated the cost to be ~$1,500, which I had just paid 9 months prior. I informed them of my situation, and presented my receipt with the warranty information they had guaranteed to me. At first, the man seemed pleased and eager to help me out. I waited for another hour or so before they returned saying they couldnt give me the warranty, and that it would cost me $1,500. They offered no reason. As a broke college student, I suggest you go ANYWHERE else!!

While they are excellent at getting you what we need, a logical order and disclosure are not used here. For example. I needed a new hubcap. So they aligned my tires then gave me a hubcap. Then said you need another alignment. My tire blew out today. Not because of the hubcap, rather the dent in the rim that they didnt feel the need to mention or do a nothing about. I will not be using his services again and would not recommend them to anyone else for anything.

Like others have mentioned previously, these guys like to run up your bill. I went in for an oil change and a few hours later they asked me if I wanted a few other things done. Since it sounded somewhat routine, I agreed. However, they neglected to mention that it would take my bill from just over $30 to just over $300! Yet they offered about a 15 second justification (again, without mentioning the price). I will never again frequent this corrupt trash heap of a business.

Fixed my brakes the same day and didnt pressure me for additional useless services. Was professional and courteous the entire time.

Love this place. Theyve always been honest about what my car needs and never try to sell anything extra. Plus, they have an OU discount!And the review where they siad they didnt rotate the spare tire, ya Im pretty sure youre not supposed to include spare in the rotation...

They are thiefs. I took my car to repair because the check engine light came on. I carried the scan error codes that were given to me elsewhere. They insisted that they should perform their own scan and accept. The next day the manager calls me to give me the budget for a total of 780 usd. I accepted the value, considering that my car would be repaired. A few days later, when I picked it up, it was not more than 2 minutes that I turned on the car and the light of the check engine turned on again. I parked because I felt a lot of smell of oil left. I open the door and smoke comes out of the engine and a lot of oil. I go back to the store and they tell me that I have to leave it again. The next day I take it out and the check engine light goes on again. When I take it for the third time, and after it makes a scan again, the mechanic tells me that now the error is another and that it will cost 170 usd. I left the store with my car in worse conditions and without my money, they are thieves and swindlers.

They have done a consistently great job on all of my vehicles. Started bringing my Jetta here and they have been able to do everything it needs and dont charge an arm and a leg like these Euro shops.
