From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family! All the gentlemen were able to answer all my questions with knowledge and expertise. Its was quick and relatively cheap. They told me exactly how much it would cost and warned me of any incoming payments. they were quick and were able to finish my car in less than 3 days.

I made an appointment and dropped my car off for 2 hours. I came back and it still wasn’t even in the shop. I had other things to do so I had to go and wasn’t able to even get the alignment I’ve been needing. They need to schedule properly so people don’t waste their time. Other than that, the guys working are super nice!

From booking the appointment to leaving with my vehicle the communication was professional and timely. Repair was accomplished timely and I was billed correctly. This business has earned me as a repeat customer when mechanical services are needed.

I set an appointment a week in advance. I brought it in at 10am and didn’t hear anything back so I called them at 5pm. They had not even looked at my car yet and had to keep it overnight. They told me it would be $855 to fix my small, back drivers side window. Then, when they sent the invoice at the end of the day, the price jumped to $932 and they couldn’t tell me why. He applied a coupon for me, but it was still over $800. I’m sure someplace else could do the same work for cheaper and on the same day of the appointment.

Overall a positive experience getting my car repaired at CBA. Car was fixed in no time and the cost of labor was fairly generous. They also provided me with a ride to and from the Enterprise Car Rental location, which I thought was very unique. Jeremy and Bryan are great guys, and id definitely bring my car back here in the future.

Really friendly and helpful people here. Definitely recommend this place; they’re up-front, honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. After getting shafted by another place for repairs inside my door, I took my car to CBA and they got me taken care of in just about 24 hours. They were also able to do a gasket repair in that time.

These guys were very helpful and empathetic knowing that I drove from Lawton, OK and went through 3 tolls for my dual sunroof not working and my windshield wipers turning on automatically in this dry heat. They informed me why the wipers were coming off and that my sunroof needed a new part which they would have to order but they informed me that the Ford dealership near me would accept my warranty so that I didnt have to drive over an hour again and they even replaced both key fob batteries for free. Most repair shops wouldnt want to lose their customers and wouldve never told me about the dealership near me(the dealership wasnt on my list of repair shops that my warranty gave me). After they showed me where to look on my warranty paperwork for the type of warranty I had I called the dealership and asked if it was covered and they said yes. Thanks again Christian brothers!

CBA was a welcoming environment from the first phone call! They worked me into the schedule rather quickly and when they finished the first fix I could still hear the crunching noise I was concerned about. I called and Jeremy rode with us and also heard the noise. He ordered the parts and made things right! I’m so grateful to have my car fixed, but also to have finally found a garage that I am comfortable taking my car to.

Having our vehicle serviced at Christian Brothers Automotive was a great experience! I had set up an appointment with another auto repair shop earlier that morning, but when I showed up they werent prepared and were going to make me wait for hours before starting. I called CBA and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Their customer service is at a whole different level: a clean lobby, text updates on the status of your car service, text reports and cost estimates on necessary and recommended services so that you can review and approve the work before they begin, and they even gave me a ride to my house and picked me up when my car was ready. Well definitely be using this shop again the next time we need a vehicle serviced. Highly recommended!

Consistent quality service from Christian Brothers! Jeremy and Kyle were fantastic and very helpful. Their customer service is top notch and any questions or concerns are always addressed immediately. We have used Christian Brothers for several years and have always been very satisfied!

Went in for a check engine light and they told me they would have it diagnosed within the hour. 3 hours later… I got a call that there was a misfire in one of the cylinders. $1,100 later and the following afternoon, I finally got my vehicle back only to have it misfire again a few days later. If you’re in a rush, I do not recommend. They were extremely slow and I wish I would have gone to the dealership where I at least could have had a rental car and expert service. Nobody wore a mask and they were rude when I picked up my vehicle.***EDIT***They reached out to me to offer to fix the misfire for free and also get me a rental car in the process. This was very professional and I greatly appreciate it. Also, there is no longer a mask mandate in Norman, so the mask thing is not relevant anymore.

I have been a fan and customer of Christian Brothers Automotive for over eight years and the Norman location by far is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Kyle is very rude and aggressive in his approach with customers. Integrity is everything to me!! Brian was not very knowledgeable and not once did a mechanic interject to assure I was getting accurate information about my vehicle. In past encounters with other CBAs, the person that did Brian’s job was very knowledgeable of the process and if there was something she/he did not know; the mechanic or owner always made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. Brian had the nerve to tell me they was checking the alternator because that’s what I told him what was wrong with my car, keep in mind he stated on one of many phone conversations that they had diagnosed my vehicle, so that diagnosis should have told them what was wrong. But instead Brian contacted me to let me know that I had to pay for 3 more diagnostic (@ $149.94 each)… did not make sense at all. My final straw was when Brian threatened me by saying if I didn’t to have my antifreeze leak repaired that they were not going to do anymore repairs on my vehicle and to pick it up. So I had it towed to my house on 9 June 2021.If you have a foreign vehicle, think twice, as I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this location. I have to admit my first visit was great, but the owner was in the office. … hint, hint, hint!! I would not have ever thought in my wildest dreams that I would be writing a negative review for CBA and I’m so sad because I they have been good to me and family for many years. Many Blessings!!

I love the fact that Their professional understanding willing to work with you and did not take advantage of me being a woman in not knowing anything about a car.. Also the options to work with me on prices and payment plans. And when I feel my car was not running right Whats I had picked up They had me to bring it right back and gave me a ride to work and take care of the Issue I ask about prices several time they told me the important thing was to get my car running.

I have used Christian Brothers in Tyler Texas before but never in Oklahoma, and I was not disappointed with either experience! Excellent customer service at the Norman location. You can tell that they care about their customers. I will definitely be going back because this is a company that I trust.

Jeremy was very nice and accommodating. Aside from the issue of them taking my guess on what was wrong with my vehicle and not doing a diagnosis prior to the repairs that I had to turn around and return and pay an additional $500... They performed the job accordingly and I am satisfied with how they worked with me through that issue by discounting what they could. So far my vehicle is running great and would definitely use them again for any of my mechanical needs. They could also use a larger parking lot, as when I picked up my keys initially, my vehicle was parked in the muddy, unpaved parking area. Just wasnt ideal as a customer to have to walk through mud and drive off road in order to get back to their driveway. Im sure this isnt based on the location managers themselves, just poor parking from when the place was built.

This is the second time iv used Christian Brothers to full service my vehicle. I have a new car and am very particular about it running at its best at all times, therefore I always have many questions when there. The men at CB always listen to me and respond to all my inquiries fully. Both times iv had my car serviced and inspected I have received it back as clean as when I drove in. That is important to me ! When Iv chosen to wait for my vehicle, the area for customers is so clean and comfortable, and doesnt at all smell like oil, grease, or gasoline like so many other shops have. Each time iv been to CB, there employees have worn masks and that made me feel safe to sit and wait for my car! A friendly, professional, fast and respectful place to take your car. I dropped a pickup off for a wheel alignment after new tires were installed. They called and said the alignment was fine and there would be no charge.They certainly could have done the unnecessary alignment, charged me for it, and I would have never been the wiser.If you want to trade with a honest company, go see them!They have earned my business.

This is my second vehicle with completely different repairs. This was my third time using them and I love them. Their prices are fair and the work is always good and no BS’ing. They do not try to upsell you anything at all. If they’re telling you that your vehicle needs it then just believe them. They are very honest with letting you know that the service is recommended or if it’s actually needed. I got lucky by trying them and being very happy. I’m new to OK and it’s not everyday that you find a good shop on the first try. Highly recommended.

I purchased a MB C300 in February from CarMax, bought the maxcare extended warranty. On 6-9-21 my sunroof is stuck open. Googled the issue, common enough, called CarMax to initiate a warranty claim. They paired me with Christian Brothers Automotive for the work. I was quoted a deductible of $450. 2 weeks later and they still have my car and have quoted me that the price will be almost $700! When I dropped the vehicle off on a Wednesday they told me the job would be done by that Friday. Called the following Monday and they haven’t even ordered the part that they need, as they are waiting for an adjuster to from my warranty company to come down and approve the work. Call Wednesday and they are waiting on the part. Call Friday and they say that they received the part Thursday and haven’t even started on the repair but that it will be done by Monday. Called Tuesday and now there is another component that is bad and will need to be ordered that I guess wasn’t found in the diagnostic that they completed apparently on the first Thursday and Friday that they had my car. I haven’t been called or updated at any point, I’ve had to call each time to get an update. All and all a frustrating experience. I would not recommend, had Carmax not paired me with them i would ask for my car back.

I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to fit me in a timely manner. They diagnosed the issue and completed the problem in good time for not having an appointment. I would definitely use them again if in that area.

A representative always answered the phone when I called and they were very accommodative to my needs. They allowed me to leave my car before and after it was worked on to fit my schedule. The staff was very friendly and on time!

A tad more expensive than other shops, but be rest assured that this place will take care of you. We will be using them again in the future for our automotive care needs! The actual service was pretty good when it comes to the people. Everyone was nice but I basically paid them $100 to tell me nothing. I still had to take it somewhere else to have someone tell me which cost me even more money. The people are very nice I just wish I had saved my money and taken it elsewhere to begin with.

Turns out they’re performing this service, often for free, in exchange for referrals and the opportunity to serve more people. It’s hard enough for businesses to survive these days in general, much less providing services at no cost. Came in with a loose tie rod on my front passenger side. They did that service at a wonderful price. I left and still had some shaking when I hit my brakes. Brought it back in to change out front pad and rotors. They got me right back in at a great price. Thanks fellas truck is running like a dream now!

This will be different than most reviews. I took my truck to Christian Brothers in Norman two months ago. The repair failed in a way that I thought was their responsibility. I was out of town and had to have it fixed at another shop. When I came back to Christian Brothers they made it right- they covered that bill plus refunded the original repair. They didnt hem and haw, they didnt try to string me along or intimidate me into dropping it. They deliberated with their mechanics, discussed it with me, and made it right. Im not sure they believed completely that the failure was on them but they still stood by their work. No shop will be perfect in what they send out, but what they do when it goes wrong says as much as anything. These guys proved to be trustworthy and I plan to give them another shot.

En route to California, and 8 hours from home, my transmission malfunctioned and I suffered a fluid loss after stopping in Norman, OK. Next morning I called Christian Brothers. They agreed to help me. I towed it in. CB checked it out. Got me road worthy very quickly and - amazingly - waived the diagnostic charge. Christian Brothers is excellent, trustworthy, and compassionate. I recommend them without reservation.

Wanted to charge me over 900$ to replace a water pump. 250$ for a water pump that is 120$ at any auto store. 100$ for a serpentine belt that is 50$ at autozone. Wanted to charge me 150$ for a radiator flush which is a 20 min job. And ~380$ for the labor which was a little high but I was ok with. They charged me 100$ to look at my vehicle when I told them I needed that water pump replaced. Only reason I went to them is I was two hours away from my tools. Ended up limping the truck back and taking the chance. Two stars because the guy I talked to at the front desk was nice.

I was skepticle at first, I read nothing but great reviews online. No one gets all great reviews. Made me think perhaps they wrote them. Well something told me to try them. I ask questions, kept an eye on things, you know, so they wouldnt pull as fast one. My worries were unfounded. They actually found the correct problem. Cheaper fix than the problem than what I had thought. They didnt use parts I didnt need and didnt charge me for some of the parts that I did need. To top that, they got it out a day or two sooner than expected.What else can I say? I think Christian isnt just a name at this shop.I hope I never have to go back though. Know what I mean? I had what I thought was a transmission leak. I took my car dropped it off. They spent a good amount of time trying to find the leak. They said they couldnt find anything. I let them know I was interested in doing a transmission flush. They stated that with the mileage I was at, if it were him, he wouldnt have it done. A mechanic shop that puts integrity and honesty above making money. So I decided to just come pick up the vehicle. When I got there he handed me the keys and I asked how much I owed. He said nothing. Mind you. They had spent a good amount of time checking and working on my vehicle and he wouldnt let me pay anything. If you need a mechanic for any reason, take it here. Honesty and integrity seem to be the foundation of their business model. I wont think twice about where to take any of my vehicles too when they need to have something done. I am rewriting my review after speaking extensively with some of the employees and the owner. I was not happy with the original price that I ended up paying for my repairs, specifically the price of a part and the labor to do both repairs.After speaking with the owner Curtis Henning, he walked me through everything they did to my vehicle and the time it took to perform the repairs. Curtis brought down the price a bit and offered me two oil changes on the house.I still spent more money than I would have liked to, which is the case with most repairs if you dont do them yourself.If you chose to go with Christian Brothers you will get professional customer service and expert repairs/maintenance, and in record time. In regards to price, just understand they are a business and they have to make a profit. They arent the cheapest but they also arent the most expensive. Curtis takes care of his employees and pays them according to the fantastic work they do and what they are worth.If you just speak to Curtis or the other employees, they are willing to do what it takes to make sure that you leave their shop happy and with confidence that your repairs were performed by experts.

Curtis Henning, the Franchise owner is a man of character. He hires people who are trustworthy. I have never felt like they are suggesting a service that I don’t need and will continue to have them work on our vehicles. Thanks team!!Update (2/14/21) - My wife had a problem with her GX460 transfer case...lots of labor and about $2k in repairs. However, Curtis called and suggested we take it to the dealership to see if they might cover it under a warranty. While the bumper to bumper had expired a while back, the dealership did cover the repair at no cost to us. Thank you Curtis, for operating with integrity, we were ready for you to fix it. Your kindness saved us a lot of money and our family was already and continues to be a fan of this shop!!

Brought my van in for work that another shop told me would take a a few days to repair. Christian Brothers was able to get it done the same day. They kept me informed of everything that was happening while they were working on it and was able to get everything working quickly. Will definitely go back here for future services.

I have used Christian Brothers several times for service on my 2004 Mustang. The first time, I had to be towed there after being stranded in the Warren parking lot when my A/C locked and burned the belt. I bought my own parts and they were able to do the labor for a very reasonable price. Since then Ive had them replace spark plugs and do suspension work as well. Theyre obviously more expensive than doing it yourself but sometimes its just not worth the time or the effort to find a place to lift your car. And if I were to choose any mechanic I would choose Christian Brothers since, in addition to doing good work on the car, all the mechanics are very friendly. I took advantage of their free shuttle service on my first visit and they dropped me off right at my class. I took my car in for a diagnostic and when they determined it wasnt something they could fix they discounted the diagnostic price rather than trying to rip me off. Theyre all friendly guys and remember my name and I would definitely consider CBA Norman to be the mechanic with the best customer service.
