Don’t call for help won’t get any from the receptionist. She was beyond rude. Interrupting me when I was talking, outright REFUSED to pass the phone to a manager. It’s been a MONTH past when I should have received my car, insurance company wants me to press this with LAWYERS. All I wanted and needed was a manager and some help. If you want to wait months, not be communicated with, and talked down to by staff then please pick Service King in Norman!
I do not recommend Service King in Norman to anyone. In fact, if you are reading this review stay away at all cost. In late April 2021, Norman was hit with a tremendous hailstorm. My car estimated damage was over 7,000.00 in repairs. I did not take my car in immediately after the hailstorm because I had family and friends who had way worse hailstorm then I did. I did however decide in early June 2021 to take my car in for an estimate. I was told the earliest available date for repair would be August 10th. I waited the 2 months and got scheduled off of work (used PTO at my job) to take my car into the shop. Upon arriving at the shop I told the clerk that I was there to drop off my car for repairs. She ask what I was dropping off the car for I said to get some hail damage repaired. She immediately stated they werent doing any more hail damage repairs until Jan of 2022. I told her I scheduled the appointment 2 months prior and even had a text message from yesterday saying that it was indeed scheduled. SERVICE KING DID NOT CARE! They basically said sorry the earliest I could do is Jan 4th of 2022. I called the corporate office as soon as got home, they as well told me nothing could be done. REALLY? What happens when I come in Jan 2022....Will I be scheduled for another 5 month at that time? IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GO TO ANOTHER SHOP!
This company is only after your insurance money.They wouldn’t even give me a quote for how much it would be for them to fix my car.They said since there was an insurance claim (closed and already paid out) they would only use the quote from the insurance company. Sick of repair companies trying to take advantage of insurance payouts.My advice is tell them it was a hit and run and you don’t have insurance - maybe then they will give you an honest quote.
They had my truck for over 5 weeks when I was quoted 2 weeks. They put the wrong grill on it and the bumper had scratches. I was told the new bumper would be in, in about a week. 2-3 weeks later I called to get the status on it and they still didnt have it. A couple weeks later I called again and they said the grill was in and they had called me, which they hadnt). I finally got my truck back in to fix the things wrong and was told an hour... its been 6 hours later and still not ready.
Only commenting on drop-off and before because thats all Ive done so far.They got me in quickly, scheduling-wise, compared to everyone else I called. Same day!Everyone was so helpful when I was there. My rental fell through, so they were patient as I figured it out before giving them my keys and ordered me an Uber to get home. It could have been miserable, but their help made such a difference.
I liked that I could make an appointment to get an estimate for body work on my car. When I arrived, I didnt have to leave my car while they took pictures and gathered info. Would have rated a 5 but the promised estimate has not yet been received. Happy they wore a mask and were very pleasant.

Great customer service! We took our car in for a minor bumper repair and were given an estimate in less than 30 minutes. After doing some comparison pricing with other car repair shops we chose Service King. We had to wait a few days for the replacement bumper to come in but once it did we took our car in and the repair was made in one day. Chelsea along with the front desk receptionist were both Very nice and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely recommend Service King!
Good people, took really good care of me and my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend their shop. Staff was very informative, didnt promise anything they couldnt deliver. Was given a conservative date of completion and was pleasantly surprised when it was finished FIVE days sooner! Thank you for all your help!
I am very conflicted leaving a review. During covid-19 The shop had very poor time management along with mistakes. Getting my vehicle back was difficult. They worked very hard to correct the mistakes but the whole ordeal took a long time.

Our cars received massive damage from a hail storm.Service King repaired the damage, and restored them to new condition.They were upfrint with the price, worked with our insurance company, arranged a car during the time it took for repairs, and finished on time.Very happy with every person we dealt with there. They were friendly, courteous, and very professional.Would highly recommend Service King for vehicle repairs.

Service King left my car unlocked when they called me to pick it up late on a Friday afternoon. Saturday morning I arrived to find my car ransacked and EVERYTHING stolen. They have been horrible to work with and wont respond to emails or phone calls until days later. Still over a month and a half and not had anything reimbursed due to their negligence. Car repairs were not completed either and insurance company told me to take it to another company to complete the repairs. Terrible customer service.
Its taken me a while to post a review....but the owners of the 2011 Ford Edge that the semi truck took the front end off of....thank you for the awesome work you did to our vehicle. We appreciated the constant email updates to let us know how things were going. We appreciated the in-house Enterprise rental associate who was both courteous and professional. We appreciated the friendly customer service from service king staff and management ... even though we are pretty content to dress like common folk, lol, and we greatly appreciated the fact that it felt like we were driving a new vehicle with pretty near perfect alignment as far as I can tell. As long as you maintain those attributes, you got a customer here. Thanks Service King and may God bless your good works :)
Service King repaired my dads precious classic 1995 Chevy Impala SS and did an immaculate job! He is very particular about his vehicles and he could not say enough good things! Will always bring my vehicles to service king!
Communication is their best quality. I never had to wonder what stage of repair my car was at. The work they did was very good.
I had my car in with them recently to get repaired. Even though they were really backed up with tornado damaged cars they still got my car done relatively quickly compared to the other shops in region and when there was an issue with the insurance company not giving a one day extension to pay for an extra day for our rental car, Body Works even picked up the tab on that for us. Not to mention, the work they did on the car was terrific! Thanks Body Works! I will definitely be returning next time I need work done!
The entire team at Service King, Norman Ok were outstanding! Chelsea Ragland, did the assessment. Her attention to detail and knowledge made my repair process effortless. Mike the manager has a great crew! He obviously promotes a productive work ethic environment. I highly reccomend!

Things started great, they would call me with updates, then they stopped calling with updates. I called asking for a status, the gentleman said he would the lady working my repairs call me, she never did. They have also had my car several days past the day they promised it
Where is the zero star button? My car was in the shop for 27 days with Service King. I got it back a week ago and this morning a panel fell off the front underside where the damage was done and they refuse to correct it. They say it’s new damage. I have driven my car very little. I also watched a worker accidentally rip the rest of the panel off while backing it up in the drive.
Weve had a couple of car body repairs done here over the years. Always great results, always professional but friendly employees.

I had the unfortunate luck to back into a another car and well, it did not look like a lot of damage but it doesnt take much to reach a $500 deductible. There was a list of three places in Norman authorized by Farmers Insurance, and am I glad I picked Service King. They made things so easy for me and the individual I hit. She got a rental car from Enterprise, located right there on premise.Since I did not spring for the rental car option I asked them to try to get my car completed in 5 days. They preordered my parts - I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Friday. Metallic Gray with 9 coats of clear coat later I have come up with their slogan - Service King - Where the customer is the King!
Excellent customer service. Solid work, great follow-up. No one likes to deal with broken vehicles and deductibles, but they handled all the paperwork, kept me in the loop on where my car was in the process, and the on-site rental was so convienent!
There was a worker named Willie he was helpful and very respectful he made my day.

Who uses zip ties to fix a car? Disappointed that the repairs I had done here were actually not done, but just done like this. Now I wonder if the side airbag was done correctly.

I was in a wreck and I was recommended Service King by the other cars insurancer in hopes thats the repair would be quicker and smoother. Well.... that wasnt the case. I am not sure if it was because they were trying to save the other insurance money or it was just terrible service, but my car continues to have problem even after they said everything was fixed. I DO NOT recommend this place. It was a hassle! I had never had issues with my car, and it had been well taken care of despite it being 9 years old. I had to have a second and third opinion for parts because they would refuse to repair because she claimed my car was old and the damage was due to wear and tear, even though parts were not rusty but rather showed to be bent due to the wreck. Still didnt get all necessary parts repaired because they refused. With repair to the impact of the front of the car, my cars paint chipped within months, the hood would make noise when I would open it, the replaced lights flicker on/off within weeks, car alignment does not do anything because of the bent struts. I dont live in Norman, I can not be driving back and forth because of there unprofessionalism. I am still paying hundreds out of pocket due to them. I am truly disappointed, I will never take it to this place again, I am better off to take it to the dealership. Lesson learned!!!!
Space does not permit describing the horrible service I received here. Misaligned parts, faulty trim (twice), faulty paint (twice), faulty glass installation (twice). The only hint of professionalism I encountered was when estimates were provided. I was completely deceived. After MONTHS (and a third attempt) working through my insurance company to get these people to correct their repairs I was worn down by the effort and let the residual problems go.If I hadnt had a savvy insurance adjuster battling for me, I feel certain Id not have achieved a remotely acceptable result. At NO point--from the moment I first picked up my car--did I get the impression these people were trying to do the right thing.
Came in for a quote. Service was fast. Was in and out in less that 20min. If I use them for repairs, Ill update.

I gave them one star because theres not an option for no stars. The paint job on my vehicle looks like it was done in someones garage with a low-end spraygun. Would never recommend someoneto take their vehicle here. Stay away! Not including they didnt even know why my hood properly.

Two vehicles taken there.Jettas bumper cover not reinstalled correctly which made it bow out on the driver side wheel well seam.Where do I start with the GTI?1. Installed the rear bumper cover after the tail lights because it shipped in last. So there was a huge gap between the lights and the bumper cover. Repaired myself with the help of Fowler Volkswagen.2. Body work dust all over the back seat. I suppose they dont clean them afterwards. Cleaned that myself.3. Seat belt adjuster would not go up and the seat belt wouldnt retract after fastening. Reinstalled incorrectly and didnt line up the mechanism. Removed interior cover, realigned correctly and reinstalled myself.4. Interior hatchback cover missing from vehicle. They located it where they do the window work.Manager personally drove the cover to me after locating it and told me to call anytime for a free detailing on any of my vehicles. Hes yet to return my phone call...As I told him when I met him, Very poor service. Some things never change.Lesson learned.

They were original Bodyworks; they changed their name a little over a year ago.If you take your vehicle there good luck. To this day I am still finding issues with my vehicle where they did not properly repair it. They lack proper follow-through on repair process. Their garage is too congested and maybe the reason I discovered small hard to see dents after they serviced my vehicle.On two occasions they failed to re-install the clear nose and hood shield applied by the dealership when I bought my vehicle new; and even though I could prove that fact that the shields existed they refuse to own-up to their lack of follow-though.Be prepared to go through your vehicle repair with a fine-tooth-comb; to include the proper hardware such as nuts, washers, bolts and screws.They cannot be trusted to do the work right the first time. I will never go back to them for any repair work.
