After Breaking down in Norman Oklahoma & Using Our road side assistance This is the company they chose. The cool part is We’ve driven past their place for years and have done business with them.. Even better when this company calls you personally to ensure they are on the way, & calls back to say they have a truck to seat all three of us! Great Customer service!!

My teenage son was visiting his grandparents in Norman and accidentally parked in an assigned space next to the visitors parking. Quality towing was called to impound his vehicle. Im not blaming Quality for this, it was my sons mistake.I called Quality at 4:30pm to make sure they had received all my paperwork to release the car to him and they assured me that they had and the car was ready to be picked up. However, when he showed up at 4:45pm (deadline was 5:00) to pick up his vehicle they told him he needed to go to the tag office to get a current vehicle registration. He promptly left and picked up the registration but when he arrived back they charged him a $50 late fee on top of the $239 tow fee because it was now 5:05 pm. It may not be their fault that there is so much paperwork required to release a towed vehicle but to tell me the car was ready and then charge my son a $50 penalty after he had initially arrived early was really like pouring salt on a wound. Thats just not how you should treat people and I was very disappointed. *Be very careful not to get your car towed in Norman and make sure you have your current ins. card and registration in the vehicle; they are very tow-happy in Norman and the local and state rules to release the car are very burdensome*

HORRIBLE people they have running this- If you can avoid using please do! I would definitely not recommend because when you call to get info they literally give you the run around & are extremely rude on being able to accomplish getting a vehicle from them. Also, they immediately put a lien on vehicle sending a certified letter. Even though accident occurred within the same week.

Had to have my car towed today and Matt showed up quickly and was so kind. He took his time and was careful to avoid damage to my vehicle. We drove all the way to OKC to the service center I decided I was uncomfortable leaving my car in its condition. He helped me to then tow the car to my home and even tried to help me with the battery issue. He spent nearly three hours making sure everything was taken care of and I was grateful to have his gels and patience.

Absolutly the theivingest people ever...anything they can do to keep your car they will stonewall you to keep charges flowing their way..straight up dishonest car pirates!

If I could give no stars I would. This company really screwed over a young single mother who doesn’t have extra money. I realize that towing companies provide a valuable service but many like Quality legally prey on unsuspecting people. The fact that the city of Norman allows this practice of picking up vehicles with expired tags during Covid is terrible. Shame on you quality towing and shame on you city of Norman.

The guy that showed up was nice. They charged me the full amount for 7 miles when it was only 5 and I actually helped get the Vehicle on the trailer. But over all they did the job or we did lol

Unfortunately I needed their service three times in two weeks. Both of the drivers I had were extremely friendly and helpful. One vehicle was extra tall with locked wheels. No problem for these guys. Definitely would recommend and use again.

I was involved in a major accident and these guys picked up my truck. Everyone that I talked to was always helpful and informative through this process. Most importantly, everything that was in my truck at the time of the wreck was in my truck when I came to get it. No complaints and thank you for all your help.

I had to use their services twice in two days. In both cases their drivers were professional and friendly. Their drivers arrived within the time span told to me when I called. I will definitely use their services again if I should need them.

They towed my car after a misdemeanor arrest. It took me a$1400 tow bill and 5 weeks to raise bond. When I got all the forms that wererequested to me 2which cost about $30, they said they wanted $75 to allow me to get my stuff. My attorney copied the statute which says that they cannot keep you from your stuff. The owner walked in the room huffing and puffing and at 5:01 pm 1 min after they supposedly close they tried to ad a $35 after hours fee. They told me I have one week till auction at which the car will probably be less than the bill for impound which is $1400. These guys are a much more dishonest business than A1 or whoever they call themselves now on SW 24th in Norman.

We had a difficult tow job and I thought it was impossible. Quality tow said it could be done. Instead of calling AAA with my membership I call them first then they call AAA to get the backend done. The guy dispatched out (Matt) did a fantastic job and made the job look easy. We were amazed with his problem solving skills. The job was done in a timely manner which means we both met our deadlines. That guys a hard worker especially for coming out on a Sunday night! He was moving so fast I couldn’t see his name tag and had to ask him for it! Very friendly. We appreciate you! I’m a difficult person to make happy if that says anything!

This company was recommended by Fowler VW and was 5 miles away from where the car needed to be towed. Thinking it was recommended by the dealership it would be reasonable, hell no charged 160 to tow a car less than 5 miles away. The car was delivered as promised but at least 2 or 3 times what it should’ve cost. Beware and get a quote before hand.

They came and picked me up at river wind casino and took my truck to noble it was easy no hassle price was just right 15 min wait that was the only bad side but hey when you need a tow give them a call when in the area Keven was very helpful easy going and was great to help out. He was very professional and drop off my truck where I needed it.

I would give -5 stars if I could. These people completely take advantage of people who have never been in this situation. They kept conveniently leaving out information of things I needed to get my car back until it was past the pick up time and I was going to have to pay an additional amount to get MY vehicle back. I was in an accident, a driver had plowed into me as I was going through an intersection, she never stopped at the stop sign and was going about 50. I was so shook up and didnt know how the whole process works when your car is towed. Quality Towing was informative and Georgie was so helpful and kind. I know I must have asked her lots of questions and she didnt mind at all in answering them more than once. I had a great experience with Quality Towing Service.

Our vehicle was hit by debris flying off of a semi trailer and damaged our vehicle to the point it was inoperable. Quality came out quickly and picked up our vehicle to take to a local body shop. The young man that picked up our vehicle was clean, polite and very professional. He put our minds at ease in a frustrating & scary situation. I highly recommend Quality Towing. Read through a few other reviews... funny that the judge even said they were treating a person unfairly, yet all the tow company responded with was we are law-abiding... your ability to force someone to pay may be legal, but doesnt make it right. Ive had a similar experience with this tow company. They charge an outrageous cost to get your vehicle back, which isnt theirs i really dont understand paying someone for MY car). Does it really cost over $250 to take a car 3.5 miles? Thats just for the tow, sitting on the lot and providing everything short of DNA to prove you own the car is another bag. Oh, and how many prices do they tell you?! Its a couple things on the phone, then a couple more in their trailer. Then, they could not care less about you as a human. Attitudes are awful, condescending, and lack any connection to persons other than themselves. As you can see from their responses here. You would think a business is sophisticated, but this business tried to cuss me out while almost using pepper spray on me! they have no respect or dignity. all they care about is the money. After reading all of the horrible reviews, I was a little hesitant to try this towing company, but I decided to go ahead and give it a shot. First off, my car wasnt impounded like some of the other reviewers, so I didnt have a bad experience to start off with. I simply called them, asked to have my car towed from a body shop in Norman directly to my residence and they gave me absolutely no problems whatsoever. It took about an hour or so to have it all taken care of, but I had great customer service throughout the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable also! As long as youre not dealing with having your car impounded for doing something illegally (which is going to be pricey anywhere you go) then give Quality Towing a call!

I have used Quality Towing for several years, whenever I have been stranded with a flat tire, dead battery--whatever. Their drivers and dispatchers have always been professional, helpful, and thorough. Brandon helped me this a.m.--grateful to him and Quality.

An employee just followed my party out of the store and smacked me in the face after I tried to defuse an argument he had with the person I was with. I will be calling the police and filing a complaint. Absolutely unbelievable.

Truly a pathetic business model. They will do everything in their power to maximize charges to customers, even when customers contacted them for the tow! 2 things: I approached the driver while he was lifting my car, and he said that if I gave him my keys it would decrease the price somehow. When I made it to the agency, the lady at the counter laughed at me and called me a liar, in those words. Then they told me that because my father owns the car that I was in, he would have to be physically present at the tow agency to get the car back. Funny thing, father doesnt live in Oklahoma and that policy is obviously unreasonable for a college town. Not only did they make up a fake law to back up this asinine suggestion, but they also then increased the price again for an unknown reason.They are very unintelligent people, but unfortunately they have all of the power in the business they engage in. You will never have a more frustrating experience: it is like being conned by a gradedschooler, yet there is nothing you can do because they have your car.While I was waiting at the agency, another driver was in the business complaining about damage to the car, and I overheard the owner of the agency laughing at the poor kid saying something to the effect of, Who are they going to believe, a business owner or a kid with a DUI?As has been said by another reviewer, there is a special place in hell for tow truck drivers with state contracts, but I will go further. Im pretty sure the owner is actually the devil and his employees are his evil minions.

Unfortunately, AAA only uses this company in the Norman area and I will say the service was absolutely pathetic. Since the truck was running over the expected time we went to the house which is 2 miles away. The driver asked where we were and we told him we could be there in 5 min. Not only was the driver extremely rude, but he actually dropped the car off the truck and left. Extremely dissatisfied and youre better off either pushing your car home or using any other tow service!

You Corolla break down on the side of the highway or you lock your keys in the Honda? Call these guys. Alo when you need a cheap ride hit up the auction and get yourself a Corolla or Honda heck you may luck out and get a Chevy. 10/10 def recommend

It was a horrible experience they told me three different prices and also had to go into their yard and pull my own car out when it was pitch-black dark and on top of that flattened my tire...

The towing service is their general service. The auctions are superb just make sure you inspect the cars before the auction. You have one week to inspect the cars and thats the week prior to the auction.

If I could give less than one star I would. My vehicle was stolen and burned, all that I will be able to salvage is the engine. The fire department must have used them because I did not. A hold was placed on my truck the entire time it was at Quality towing by the fire marshal so they could take fingerprints and check it for their investigation. My truck was released 1-25-18 around 3pm and I spoke with them at the time of release and Quality towing is refusing to give my truck to me unless I pay the almost 300 dollars (289 or something), so unethical and wrong. The owner also yelled at me and said he wasn’t the one who stole my truck. I have contacted th district attorney and will be taking them to court. No one should use this company, they are unethical and dishonest. They are obviously contracted by the city so I know they will get their money but that isn’t enough. I am also contacting the BBB.Update: I went to court and they had a lawyer. The judge told them that they were treating me unfairly and basically victimizing me all over again. The judge said unfortunately the court I was in was for property recovery, if they were contesting my right to get said property back. I was told my only recourse was small claims court which I can’t afford. I also contacted them as they said to do in their response and when I did they were rude and would not let me talk to the owner. Their responses on here are not genuine and these ppl are scum bags. I am making it a priority to do everything in my power to make sure they victimize no one else.

Had vehicle towed through AAA. When the driver arrived, I informed him the brakes were disconnected on the vehicle and the emergency brake was only thing working.Loading and transport were fine. Everything was good up until we got to the mechanics. When he unloaded my car, I guess he forgot about the e-brake. Rolled my car right off into another vehicle at the mechanics.Jim came out and after I took multiple pictures, told me he would take care of the damages. Almost 2 weeks later and I cant seem to get anyone to return a phone call or anything from them. AAA holding payment until they pay for the damages on my car.

DO NOT deal with this business. They are unethical. Their employee John towed a vehicle to their impound lot as personal retaliation for a family argument (in his family). Now we have to pay $440 to get it out. When we called to talk to them about it, they said it wasnt their problem and that it will be an additional $20 per day that we leave it. I would never purposely have them dealing with any of my vehicles. Call any other service. DO NOT use this shady business.

They actually illegally towed my vehicle from a family members property with no proper reports or contacting local law enforcement as the law states and then illegally impounded the vehicle as well. Their driver saw me coming, refused to back up to let me pass before he started the job, blocked me in (dead end behind me- no other way out!) and told me Id have to wait until he finished. When I called the office, the owner yelled at me saying that he was doing a job in the heat and I can wait in my air conditioning! Well Im trying to do a job to, if I could get to it! Just over a month ago this company was the company that towed my parents vehicle after a wreck. They were very helpful & polite eachtime I had to speak with them or go by their facility.

This was a nightmare to deal with. We called ahead and made sure a check from our hometown body shop (we live out of town) and was told we could bring that and got quoted a price.Well we get here and come to find out they dont take checks from out of town body shops because theyve been burned before by body shops more than 30 minutes away so they cant take it.Then turns out the price was over $100 more than was quoted because the guy misread the dates and couldnt do the math right. They wouldnt work with us on the price in anyway and took no responsibility for any of the mistakes made.Hopefully I never have to use these guys again because clearly no one knows what theyre doing. People have just been sitting behind the counter ignoring is eating food, checking Facebook and everything. Awful experience.
