We have had Schendel for several years. The best part about this company is our technician Randy, who takes a personal interest in making sure his clients are well cared for. He returns if there’s a problem and he doesn’t ever complain.

After trying a couple of other pest control services, we have been very happy with Schendel. Rodney is very respectful, professional and responsive to any requests. There has been no pushy upsells. We would highly recommend.

I have used Schendel Pest Service for bed bug treatment. They also have been servicing my home for termite treatments. The service techs have always been friendly and have shown respect to me and our home needs. The selling agent was polite and did a through inspection of my home and gave me the best options. Keep up the good work.

Took them 2 separate attempts to find a bed bug when I easily located multiple by just laying in my bed. No company does a 30 day warranty too so go look for a company that does 90 day warranty. Do not recommend.

This company will like to you and take your money!they never show up when they are supposed to, and not do what they say they will! I caught them in several lies! I told them to treat inside and out, this was the whole stipulation of them coming out, and was supposed to spray for spider and roach! They come in here gas and spray with a lot of goofy smashing and stomping (playing) then when I had to argue with the older guy he finally went out to spray the perimeter, he came back in and said he did it! I said to him that he was not outside long enough to get the supplies and walk around the house,which he didnt realize that my son was outside and saw him standing by his truck smoking a cigarette! They have milked me for 2 years now and they have made so many excuses!!! And I have climbed up the management and still has not done any good, I think that everyone involved in this situation should be FIRED!!! Use this company at your own risk!!! The manager Dennis and his salesman Nick will lie and say anything to get you signed up but once an issue arises they’re no where to be found. The service technician is awful and I’ve caught him smoking a cigarette outside my house doing nothing multiple times, do not use this company Norman area!!!

I cant imagine getting any better help with pest problems. I would rate them at 5 stars plus!
