I have nothing but good things to say about Let’s Party. Tatiana was great. Always happy personality. I felt like a kid in a candy store at their shop.I ordered a 40’ tent, 8 large tables and chairs, and linens. I even rented table decorations!They were here to set up on time, and came back the next day to tear down.Customer friendly. I will certainly use them again.

Ive used their service a couple of times now and have always been treated great. The place of business is well kept and theyre always friendly . Their prices are always very competitive for what you get. Love doing business with them!

Huge Shout Out to Lets Party Rental!!! Cody and his staff were excellent to work with and we will be using them again for future events. Bruegala demands a lot with logistics and Lets Party did an amazing job accommodating all of our needs. They had a huge inventory which made things super easy. Great hassle free service. Rented 10 chairs from them for a small dinner party. Was able to pickup Saturday morning and return any time one in Monday for $1.20 per chair. Chairs were perfect and what I needed for a few extra seating. Definitely will come back if I need some extra chairs for an other get together.

I was the best man in my friends wedding and these folks made it so easy and painless to decorate. They have tons of options (embroidered overlays are great) when it comes to decorating and very reasonably priced. They worked with me throughout the whole process and helped me decorate the whole venue transforming a bar into a wedding venue that was absolutely stunning.

We rented linens and chair covers for a wedding reception. They were very helpful and delivery and set-up were efficient and timely. They went out of their way to replace a table cloth that had a tear in it. When the room was completed, I was amazed at how fabulous it all looked. My wifes decorating touch had a lot to do with it, as well, but Lets Party did a great job with their part. It turned out better than any hotel wedding reception Ive ever been to. These folks know what they are doing and are very pleasant to work with.

I worked with Lets Party Rental for a graduation party I was having, and I was very pleased. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to accommodate me with everything I needed. They were great to work with and I will definitely use them again.

They are deceptive! They only delivered half as what we paid for...and left us with a dangerous dance floor and NO LIGHTING. After arriving 10 hours late we were promised the forgotten items the following morning only to be sent straight to voicemail the following day. The linens were stained. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I had a bad experience renting stuff.When i went to rent the drapes I clearly mentioned that i need it at 12foot height,In the invoice which i got as well it is mentioned as 12’, but on the day of delivery their guy did 8’ and went when i called them no one answer..i almost tried for 20times and someone answered the call and they kept arguing with me that i have ordered 8’ and when i told the invoice i got says 12’ they don’t listen and said that some one called and changed to 8’ ..if it was changed through a phone call why dont they send a new invoice.After i went to rental shop their manger told it was their mistake and the receptionist is new to job and she didnt print the correct invoice to the delivery man.All this tension before a big event.I paid for setup and take down, after all this mess they told they cannot deliver again as no one is available to redo it and i have to pick them and set them up.And they didnt return the delivery charge as well. Very bad service

RJ did an impeccable job he was very patient in our last minute request for cloth napkins. Without any hesitation he went beyond the call of duty to grant our request. Hands down this is by far the best customer service we experience here in Bloomington at the last minute. We will be back.....

We rented a tent, table, and chairs for our small, backyard wedding (about 30 people). All of the equipment was delivered the day of the wedding, well within our partys start time. Their team set up the tent without issue and picked it up the following Monday. They were professional, fast, neat, and easy to work with. They took care not to destroy our yard with the tent stakes - you cant even tell they were here! Well definitely consider them for our future hosting needs.

We rented a tent, tables, chairs and table covers for an outdoor wedding. From start to finish, we had a very positive and professional experience. I worked primarily with Cody setting up and adding to our rental contract and we even had a small hiccup at the end with our table covers that was made right and even better when the owner comped linens for our plastic covers. I would recommend Lets Party Rentals, they have a good selection, high quality and by far the best prices in town.

Good value for the price. I shopped around to a few other companies before choosing Lets Party Rental. Their prices and terms were much better than some other companies I talked to. We were generally pleased with the quality of the table settings and equipment, but there were a few glitches. The delivery drivers showed up 2 hours early so no one was there to accept the delivery. And some of the dishes were not completely clean -- we ended up hand-washing all the dishes since we were not sure they were truly clean. I would still use this company again.

Whenever I need certain rentals for my events I will call Lets Party Rentals in Bloomington to see if they have what I am looking for. Since the new owner has taken over, I have had the worst customer service communication with a young lady named Shanna and Ive been told she no longer works there. The owners have reached out to me to clarify and resolve the situation.

We didnt get what we ordered, the tent was wrong, the tables were wrong, the table cloths were wrong...nothing was right! When we explained it was not what we wanted we were told to stop complaining and deal with it. I will NEVER use this company again!

I rented chairs, linens, and candles that caused WOW to come out of peoples mouth when they came in the room. It was spectacular.

Do NOT use this service. His crew DAMAGED my personal property. I showed them the damage immediately while the crew was on site and several days later I receive a report that Cody (manager or business owner) is DENYING my claim after showing his crew the damage. Very unprofessional and disrespectful business operation!
