The staff are all very courteous and responsive to my questions. They handled the work in a very efficient manner, and showed up promptly to address my water issue. Connor was very great to work with, answered all my questions and made sure I was informed of all the steps in the completion of the work.

We had some water in our basement recently from a flood in our area so we called Menold. When they came out, they did a very thorough inspection of everything, explaining it all along the way. They were SO patient in addressing all of our questions and concerns. It was clear they were very knowledgeable and truly did care about helping us, so it was relieving to know we were in great hands. Before they did anything (like pull off baseboards), they asked if it was ok to do first, which we appreciated. They then created a plan with fans and dehumidifiers, as well as the next steps beyond that. We also had them come out another time and cut out some drywall that had mold on it in the basement from a previous situation. They shop vacced up all the debris, and beyond the parts they had to cut out, you would never know they were there. This was such a wonderful, stress-free experience from start to finish with Menold!! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of the services they provide.

My dishwasher leaked all over my hardwood floor and into my crawl space. I contacted them and they scheduled to come out wi a half an hour. They were respectful of my home. They are polite and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Connor and Greg.

Menold Construction & Restoration did a fabulous job on my kitchen!! They were so professional, very informative and always did what they say they would do in restoring my kitchen in a timely manner! I would highly recommend!

Menolds worked with me when there was a payment issue between my insurance and bank. The crew that came to my home to complete the project was very nice, and even tried to get my dog to like them! I was having work done due to basement flooding from a storm, and they ended up fixing a few other aspects for me that werent part of the original claim.

They responded quickly to our emergency and worked as quickly as they could to help restore our house after having water damage. The carpenters that worked on our house were very knowledgeable and friendly. Whenever there was any unexpected repairs they works with us fairly to resolve the issues

We had a flood in one of our bathrooms, they came out shortly after we called and got right to work! We are so pleased with their professionalism and assistance. They explained everything in detail they were doing and were so nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future!

Sent $989 bill for a 1 hour tarp job . Invoice said 5,26 hours but was not even close to 1.5 hours . Then almost $200 for ‘emergency service call’ that had been called in 2 days prior to actual job . Manager was very rude . Just overall poor service and ripping people off. $989 bill for them to tarp the corner of my roof . Manager said they start charging from when they leave the office to job and back again. I do not recommend. And only reason they were called was through my insurance company, I could have had someone do the job for 1/4 of their bill.

Seriously, such a great company! They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. There are not to many companies out there anymore that value their customers the way Menold does!

I woke up to a foot of water in my basement. My insurance company recommended Menold and I called them immediately. Their dispatcher connected me to the local contact and in less than an hour they had come over, assessed the situation and had the pumps going to get the water out. They followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly and made sure I had everything taken care of. Every employee I encountered was kind, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a water leak in my home and I called Menolds first thing Monday Morning. I was told a project manager would call me back. When I didnt get a call back by 4 pm, I called again and was once again told a project manager would call back. A week later, still no call back. I will never use Menolds.

You want to use these guys, LOL!! They just make promises and dont follow through. Hire people that care about the work they do and their reputation in the community.

This looks too greedy! They sent a bill of $550 for a 15 minute weekend service on my roof. Never hire them... you will regret!

Not only a great place to work but they really do take care of their customers.
