Just had an interaction today with office management. They had my daughters vehicle towed. My daughter was guest of a tenant who had a sleep over. When I called the office to have them help us out with getting the vehicle out of the impound the MANAGER flat out refused to help us with the tow company that they have a contract with. Very rude. I would tell anyone who is looking at renting here think twice about it. They only care about there fees and dollars not what is right and fair. DO NOT RENT from them!!! They Dont deserve the one star.

Great place to live! It is clean, quiet, right next to Schnucks, Heartland, and just far enough to get away from college student noise. I’ve been here for a year and never felt unsafe either. Maintenance responds quickly to any problems that occur as well.

This was my second apartment Ive lived in and I loved it! The staff was incredibly helpful. Maintenance requests were always filled out immediately and the property manager was very available! The location is amazing and the buildings are small and quiet. I would absolutely recommend these apartments.

I have lived here almost a year, and its such a great location. Its right on the edge of town so its a pretty quiet neighborhood, but its not far from plenty to do. The movie theatre about a block away and great food can be delivered or is just a short drive away. My neighbors all all really friendly and i have never had a problem with any noise from them. If youre looking for a place to live i would recommend living here

I love my backyard with lots of trees and grass. Neighborhood is friendly. Good location to grocery store and bike path. Never had any issue with the staff- very friendly! Plus when I had a leaky faucet maintenance showed up the next day and fixed it. Also, I have 2 cats and a couple of my neighbors have dogs so Im not sure why people say it isnt pet friendly.

I have lived at Briarwood II Apartments for a little less than a year and I LOVE IT! The area is very nice and quiet. The management team is very friendly, informative and helpful. Briarwood has onsite maintenance which is great for any after hours emergencies. The property is regularly cleaned and my neighbors are all very friendly. I recommend Briarwood II to anyone. The rent price is very competive. Love this community and I plan on staying here for years to come!

The apartments and maintenance themselves are great as well as the office workers. But I cannot express enough how much of an inconvenience it is to do laundry here. First of all you have a card that you can ONLY refill with cash not change and can ONLY refill it before 5 on weekdays and its not open on weekends. Its one thing to charge 1.65 a load to wash but its another thing to not let the machines be change accessible. You absolutely cannot do laundry unless you get into the office with cash to fill your card before 5. Most people I know get off work at 5, not the best timing for your tenants I can tell you that much. If you do decide to move in plan on using the laundry place down the street because packing up all your stuff and heading down there is still going to be less money and less hassle then doing laundry where you pay to live, smh.

I have lived in Briarwood for only 1 year and i am ready to leave. It is litteraly turning into a bad area. There are large groups(about 20) of kids out at the park at all hours of the night. Making all kinds of noise, and they say because no one calls it in they cant do anything about it. A friend in one of the other buildings actually cought some kids having sex on the slide at the park. And i myself wont even go outside alone after dark because i dont feel safe. Someone has tried to break into my apartment many times. I just think its really sad i moved to this town and in what looks like a good neighborhood and could not have been more wrong about that. And a sex offender lives in one of the buildings accross from the park.

I mean its not the best place in the world
