I noticed an expert tree company had been working in the area. Initially, I thought a neighbor had hired them to do some extra grooming around their yard. When I noticed them in the front of my house, I inquired about the business. Apparently, the city contracted this company to prune and trim overgrown tree branches that linger too close to the powerlines. This crew was extremely efficient and professional. So much so, I had to ask about the guy in the bucket. He was maneuvering that mechanical arm up and around those powerlines so diligently. Jeffrey Clark attention to detail has literally brighten my entire day! Those few branches that were trimmed drastically changed the view in my yard. Now more sun can come through to my rose bushes. Not only that, the entire street looks better after this crew has passed through. I can noticeably see a much clearer path for several blocks to the left and right of my house. If I could give this crew more than 5 stars, theyd surely have them.

These people were hired by Dominion Power to trim limbs from around the power lines. By 9:30am they screwed up and my neighborhood lost power. I was elated when they left..after the power company came and fixed their disaster. Unfortunately, the fools came back and now I’m watching in horror as the guy in the bucket is cutting limbs that they aren’t tying off and are just letting drop. So, not sure how this is gonna end, without power again, cars damaged, mailboxes destroyed. Holding my breath. The incompetence is astounding.

Extremely diligent and truly care about their work

Xylem came for the electric company to remove trees and limbs near wires. They did a great job and were incredibly considerate of our landscaping.

This Xylem tree worker is one of two people I saw in Walmart in Siler City NC who thinks masks don’t need to be worn during the pandemic when he goes out shopping. The old woman beside him was the other one I saw. Just seems rude. At least the woman didn’t wear a company shirt.

They are here right now. Completely trashing my front yard shade tree. During the summer it provides great shade. They are completely taking the top off it.

I love my job and im really good at it. Only fault i have is getting paid for the position instead of the merit. But thats about everywhere huh.?

These people tore up my yard, I called they came back and threw tree shavings to try and cover it up

They completely trimmed the top of the tree to where there would be no shade. The foreman was completely disrespectful and when we expressed our concern for the poor quality work done on the pine trees being trimmed so far back only on one side he said he did not care about the reprecussions of what could happen.

I would tip my hat to these guys for their hard work as well as the professional work & demeanor while talking with crew member and supervisor. The work they do isnt easy and Im sure makes for some long days.

Destroyed my fence in two places and refused to repair or replace damaged fence and metal post.

This is the WORSE and UNPERFESIONAL tree company I know. They came and and trimmed some trees around the electricity lines and left it all in the yard right by the house and didnt come for over a month! They even left a lot of branches in my garden. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Xylem working under contract to Dominion energy trimmed about 350 feet of pines. When I asked the foreman why not take dow the tree since they trimmed all the limbs but a few on the back side on a25..30 foot tree. He would not answer. So I called Xylem cust service wo said they would send someone out to discuss with me. That was 6 days ago.

They do good work

Evidently this company is subbed out by my utility provider. They came to cut the limbs along the stretch of Powerline that follow my property. My property is well maintained the grass cut and the limbs pruned. However that did not stop this company from cutting well within the easement phone and leaving large logs and limbs along my property path making it inaccessible to myself. None of this was picked up or disposed of

The city of hopewell used yall left yard a mess little sticks n small branches left in yard for me to clean up NOT HAPPY

.....all I know is these guys had a hand in restoring my power after a Cat 1 hurricane...It took 2 days to co-ordinate with the local power company (many other outages) but only less than 6 hrs at the site we all were back up and running!.I thank you guys for lending a hand down here in N.C!

Best company I have ever worked for in my 15 years of tree work

They knocked out power for over 2 hrs, when I called HQ, I was told Id get a return call..Im still waiting for a call that isnt coming 2 weeks later. Missed work bc I had no power or any way to shower.

They are horrible lying people, they smashed the banks down along my driveway, I called the office and a manager said they would have a local supervisor call me and fix my driveway, a month later and still no phone call and a driveway that is a mess. I gave them a month to make things right before posting this..
