My husband and I needed a tow dolly to tow a car behind our motor home. After making many phone calls I found Motion was the only place locally that had any in stock. Others said to expect 4-8 month wait. We headed down there and drove off with a trailer the same afternoon. Staff was excellent, from ladies working the counter to the men (Tim and T) who taught us how to use the dolly, as we had never towed before. I highly recommend, whole experience was positive and we left with everything we needed.

Went there to get a utility trailer that was listed on their website at $1799. When I got there I was told that it was the last one of that color and all of the other trailers of the same type but different color are $2099. I was considering still getting the trailer but they dont offer military discount. I went down the road to Northern tool and got a bigger trailer for $1630 after 10% military discount. Waste of time and sketchy advertising.

MTX is PHENOMENAL when it comes to client service. I spent weeks looking for a cargo trailer and couldn’t find one that didn’t require a 8-10 week order hold. MTX not only had a trailer, they pulled it from their inventory in good faith with a simple email request, had it ready for pickup upon my arrival from more than 100 miles away, and promptly provided me photos, VIN information so I could have it insured upon arrival, etc.. Lindsay B. is AMAZING! Even a few weeks after the fact I am still getting help from her with getting titling and registration squared away. What a great staff and awesome service - highly recommend!

Tried to fail my trailer for different tire brands not size just brands and then said the same thing about the 2nd trailer witch was all 4 the same brand.

So heres the skinny. If you do a dealer locator from the Big Tex website for the local dealer it takes you to MTW website which looks identical to the Big Tex website. We know that Big Tex was forced out of this location because Virginias MVDB does NOT allow manufacturers to retail its own product. An over-site on Big Texs part when they opened this location in 2016.When you look at the MTW website, you see only the choices of trailers at almost every other Big Tex dealership. Which among open trailers is only Big Tex product. Thats odd for a totally independent dealer. Add to that, the new owners retained the old occupant phone number and its clear this is merely a subsidiary of Big Tex, so they really didnt leave. That really would have been easy to change the phone number since ATW used several numbers for this same location.Despite years of claims that Big Tex was going to fix their quality, especially after Bain Capital purchased them, was merely talk. Thats only for the open Big Tex product and the few other products owned by ATW. The other side lines like private labeled Lark or the Pace products they sell, remain very weak at best. A high portion of all trailers received require work before they can be sold. Lark is among the worst for having to be reworked.This is still an ATW dealer just like other Big Tex locations. Dont let names fool you. Its done in several locations through out the US. Like Lucky B in Culpeper VA and Sundowner of Georgia in Covington GA.

So tell me why motion trailer worx keeps signage from a previous dealer 6 months later much less the same phone number when its obvious the reviews with Angelo were less than stellar. Surely you knew that keeping the same phone number would keep the same google reviews where getting a new phone number and name would give you an entirely new google page. Tell us again why your trailer page looks like it was cloned from BT.And your photo on google shows clearly CM truck beds out front that you got burned cause you didnt know how to install them. WTH.

Rich was amazing! He really took the time to explain every detail to us when we purchased a 16 ft dump trailer. Angelo sold it to us and was very wonderful to work with through the whole buying process. It makes all the difference when you have people at a company that care about the buyer. I had a great speedy transaction yesterday when purchasing my new trailer. I showed up around 1445 and I needed to leave no later than 1530. Everyone worked together to help me purchase my trailer and leave on time so I could go pick up my kids from school. I greatly appreciate the service.

Go in for a simple inspection and the guy Angelo, tries to tell me a list of things wrong with my trailer. Just to get more money. So I just paid for the failed inspection and will take it elsewhere to an actual repitable company.

Purchased trailer there a couple years ago. Big Tex is a great trailer. It’s been a beast for us. This dealer was also very informative honest and upfront about pricing and expectations.

Purchased a aluminum flat bed for my ford pickup back on December the 6th 2019. I was told 8 weeks before delivery. No worries expected that. After 7 weeks I called and got angelo. What a piece of work he was... made every excuse to just get me off the phone. Basically told me it was going to be a couple more weeks. So I wait. Then I contacted them via email to get a response saying they were under new ownership. Steve was nice- told me that he would get back to me about my order. But they didnt install flatbeds. No problem we can do it. Now its be .a additional 8 weeks. I have called- emailed with no response. All I want is what I ordered it or a refund. Unfortunately when you buy another buisness you get the good and the bad. Big tex was a shady dealership . Please dont follow in their footsteps. A response would be great to all my inquiries.

Angelo was very helpful to my son who was in need of buying a 24ft car hauling trailer. He also offered to go to the store on July 4th if necessary so my son can take delivery on the trailer. That is going the extra mile and this store and Angelo deserve the 5 stars.

We purchased a trailer in March from Angelo. The experience was great! We had to replace the A-Frame lift jack on our trailer. Angelo and Rich were very helpful and even helped remove the old jack (requiring and angle grinder). Will definitely go back if we need anything else.

We had such a wonderful experience here woth David! Went in looking for a trailer to customize and boy did they make that happen! He was very thorough with everything we needed and even did a run through with us to make sure all was okay with us before completing the work. GREAT turn around time!

At first, this trailer rental company seemed to be very helpful and accommodating. However, when it came time to return the trailer to Norfolk, the representative was very unreasonable for the situation. We were returning to Norfolk via the Eastern Shore, having already driven all night to make the deadline, and the Chesapeake Bridge-Tunnel was closed due to weather conditions. When asking them to stay past their closing time in order to safely return the trailer through a different route, the representative was unwilling to accept the trailer after his working hours, stating that he is not paid to do so, and repeating numerous times that it is in our lease agreement to return the trailer during working hours, which was physically impossible. This company is unwilling to adjust to factors outside of human control because they are not paid to do so.

Recommended a customer to them and had a flat bed installed. They had to remove a like new service body (value $ 7,500.00). Customer went to pick up their service body only to find it was not there. Somebody there had to of sold IT!!!!!!

Angelo is the man over at Big Tex!!!! I’ve had three awesome experiences working with the customer service at Big Tex. Big Tex also hooked me up with an amazing customized trailer that I received within a few days of ordering. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Big Tex trailer had every trailer for commercial use you could need (except tractor trailer) I also noticed they had service bodys and hot shot beds for towing gooseneck trailers they also have a service and full parts departments good place to buy a new trailer all in all.

Very fair prices, quick and courteous service. I would recommend them if you are looking a trailer.

Spoke to someone 2 weeks ago about buying a trailer. They were fairly pushy and told me to come down Saturday and theyd show me around. Made it down the following Saturday (yesterday). Drove 45 minutes to find a sign on the gate that read, Effective Immediately BigTex is closed on Saturdays. For any comments, concerns, or GRIPES call ####. Just a small lesson in customer service BigTex, if you have to assume your customers will have Gripes youre doing it wrong.Did some quick Google-foo and found out Trailers Plus is just down the road and open on Saturdays. One hour later I owned a brand new 6x12 enclosed trailer from Trailers Plus. I would have loved to look at your inventory and found out if you could give me a better deal. Im glad you put up your rude sign, it saved me the time of dealing with your staff that put the sign up. So ultimately, thank you for saving me some time in my trailer shopping experience.

The best prices I could find in 250 miles. Very thorough with hookup and safety info.

Wanted a model they didnt have. If you can get a straight answer, you find out it takes months to get one of theirs. Not the most helpful. In business you dont always have the luxury of waiting. Its dog eat dog and equipment means everything sometimes. Moving on to someone else.

Get a call from these guys trying to reach out to my company. Said I’m not interested in a trailer but I’ll bring my stuff over for inspection and minor repair. I drive there and inspector is out and the guy there didn’t even care to fix my fender or quote it said it would take over a month. Just a waste of time.
