Wish I could give 10 stars. Pump failed inside septic pump chamber. Jason and Steve came out within one hour to evaluate. Dug up tank and chamber covers. Pump truck was on site within one hour. Pumped out both tanks. Crew came to replace pump inside tank within an hour after pump out. Nasty job. Workers were very polite and professional. Company has all the equipment and workers needed to get the job done. I expected to not be using facilities in house for days. Pretty much had everything done same day alarms went off. Also upgraded fittings etc so future repairs are easier.And it was 90 degrees during the week of July 4th. Unbelievable. This company has hard workers, professional and they are smart.Thanks so much to the Hockman company.
