730am. Lights off. No employee in sight and they are supposed to be open at 7am. This is how you run business by opening whenever you feel like it? I’d like a manager to respond please

Ive gone there twice. The machines are new and its clean! This particular location has a gem of an employee named Anisha. A very pleasant young lady who clearly loves ppl and does her job well. No one loves going to the laundromat. But, since I have to go, Ill be going to THIS location.

Never had a problem here, the people here help me set up my card so that I can use the machine, and I love that they keep the place clean.great place to do your laundry

The facility for the most part is fairly clean besides the trash outside, most machines are always available. However the staff for the evening shift of last night 6-17-2021 was a total mental health case. Ive never felt more uncomfortable to do laundry! The employee was loud, confrontational, unprofessional, rude and hates working there; she stated that out loud by the way. She cussed at and argued with a paying customer that spent about 80.00 to wash and was on his way out the door with his wife about a wet floor sign. My family and I have used this facility numerous times but as long as shes there never again!!

Staff were very friendly place was well kept. This is a very pleasant place to be. The ladies there were hard at work cleaning and maintain the laundrymat in addition to helping people out. I would recommend this laundry mat over a majority of other ones...and its family friendly.

Clean, friendly, lots of different sized machines based on price. Lady was very helpful to us. The card that you get was actually super helpful because I didnt want to get $40 in change. Clean tables, floor, just all around pretty great place to do wash.

I come here about every two weeks to do my laundry. The place its self is great, no problems there. But if you are disabled, there is one way in, the side door, and it seems that is also where the lazy people want to park. So more often than not you will find the handicap parking spot taken by a healthy laundry goer. Forget saying something, all you will hear is yea, sorry, some people just have no respect like I have heard so many times. And cops, well,you know they dont write tickets on those. So if you are like me, come early enough to sit across the lot and wait for them to leave or bring help to carry you stuff.

Pre covid this place was my favorite spot to do laundry. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Since covid and the complete staffing change it really seems like a nuisance to do laundry at this place. I had an issue a few weeks back where the dryer doors came open and all my money was wasted as it counted down the time. I had to pay extra that I didnt have because the attendant said she couldnt do anything about it because I overloaded the dryers yet I used the super sized ones specifically because I had quite a bit to dry. Was not very happy when other attendants in the past wouldve been willing to help.

I go every Sunday and on a couple of occasions ive had to visit another location because I sat an waited 20 minutes or more. Then the attendant watched us watch her clean after 7AM (opening time). Total disappointment

This place has gotten so expensive 😠😠😠. The washers have gone up to $4.90 on the triple load machines which is not too bad, but where they hit you in the head is the dryers. They are now .54 but wait heres the kicker they have turned the heat down so low that it will that it will take you another $2.00 to 3.00 to dry your cloths. Now thats why Im not going there anymore. I gave them another chance after the last time thinking it might have been a off day but no they are ripping the public off. I use to love this place, but now Im warning people to go else where unless you have a boat load of my money to spend on doing your laundry👎👎👎👎👎✋✋✋✋🚫🚫🚫❌❌❌👖🧦🧥👚👗🚫🚫🚫

One of the cleanest laundry mats I’ve ever been too. If you go during the weekdays it’s not to busy and very easy to find machines . The washers and dryers don’t take the money directly, you have to purchase a tab card where you load your money . They take debit or any types of major credit cards along with cash. Easy to find parking and super clean restrooms along with plenty of seating .

I usually dont visit laundry mat but this was clean.

Cleanest laundry mat around here. Big washers for less than a dollar a load. Dryers could use some work. Clothing comes out damp after a half an hour of drying. Plenty of places to sit. Weekends are super busy. Week days are the best time to get big washers and industrial dryers. Most of the attendants are friendly. Some could use a class in customer service.

Nice, clean, relatively quiet. Prices are about equivalent to other places in the area. They take major credit cards, which is fantastic and very helpful. Staff is reasonably friendly and helpful as long as you dont approach them with an attitude. Lots of machines but parking can be a little tight sometimes.

Very very clean and someone is always there, In-and-out.... Feel very comfortable in their, And if you feel like eating clean table area..

Love this place! I will never do my own laundry again! Lennora does an amazing job. She even soaks my t-shirts in OxyClean to get this bright white! Seriously, who has that dedication anymore. I love it! The best decision I ever made. Life Changing!

Probably the best laundry mat I have ever seen as far as cleanliness. High tech card only washer and dryer. No need for coins as long as you have a debit or credit card. With ATM inside, TV and game machine for entertainment.

I only come to wash land when something goes wrong with my washer in my apartment. And I loved it until last weekend I was there and another kid showed one of my boys that there was a dead roach in the gumball machine, which theyve eaten gumballs out of. So Im there now and Im at washer 34 and my son looks between the cracks of the platform that covers the wires and you can see a lot of roaches. They need to bomb the place because I dont want to bring home any roaches.

This place is great! I have done my laundry here a few times without issue. However this time I decided to use the drop off service and thats when they really amazed me. The service was above and beyond what I expected! After having a baby things around the house had gotten the better of me, 60+lbs of laundry to be exact! I brought it all in a little past noon not expecting it to be done until the next day. However to my surprise I was told it would be done by 7pm and it was! Not only did they wash, dry, and fold the laundry it was also sorted and many items were hung up! The attendant even brought some of my things out on a cart for me. I dont know what youre paying these ladys but they need a raise! I will definitely be back and I reccomend your drop off service!

Its Veterans Day and I see that on the website it says that opening hours may be affected? However, all the other Wash Lands are open right now at 8:52 am.... What makes this one so special? This is the closest one to me but I guess Im headed to a different one, not cool! Other than that Wash Land is all right, does the job for what I need... Which is clean clothes
