Our Prime Specialist Mackenzie May has been fantastic to work with. She gives us monthly updates via web conference and is very easy to communicate with if we need to discuss anything that comes up day to day. Dominions Prime Response Reputation Management tool is amazing. We started using it for our Chevy store when GM made us aware of it. I worked with Adam Beer for a few months going over the stats and I was so impressed I then decided to sign up the rest of our stores in our Auto Group. I was very impressed with how the product worked; its always hard to get customers to write a review after they get so much paperwork thrown at them during their delivery, and half the time our staff are so busy during that time of delivery that they forget to ask. This tool helps us get the reviews our sales and service staff deserve after all of their hard work they put in! Its so easy for the customer when they get the email, and incredibly easy for me to see it and respond right there in Prime Responses dashboard. Not only is the tool effective and easy to use, but Adam is so helpful and always there to take my calls and emails when I have questions. We go over everything on a regular basis and he always has tips for me to help make the most out of our subscription. I can say that we are very happy customers and thankful for Adam and Dominion!

Our dealership has been using Dominion for the past few years and I have also had experience with them from another dealer I worked for. My biggest complaint with any marketing, website, or reputation management company is how cookie cutter and generic their material is. Dominion truly sets the standard for creativity. They help monitor our effectiveness and make changes based on the market and past campaigns. I am extremely busy and our Marketing Specialist, Trinity, will even help put things together for me when I am spread thin which is a huge help and difference from companies I have dealt with in the past. In a meeting with other Toyota dealers where we compared and reviewed our websites, ours was head and shoulders above the rest of the class which is managed by Dominion as well. Auto scheduler system is horrible at best . It has no way of seeing hours scheduled and has to be constantly policed to avoid problems . Find it better to have clients email their service advisor directly for scheduling
