My experience with Insight Global has been pretty good. Everyone is super nice and easy to talk to. Just make sure you ask specific questions before signing the contract so that you arent surprised after the fact. Communication can be a little better, but other than that the experience has been great.

For the life of me cant figure out how i came in to contact with insight global but I was on a hunt for a job at different locations so I was handing out emails phone number resumes etc but I am glad they kept in contact with me because when I was getting stressed out applying for different jobs I knew I could stop take a breather and was comfortable that INSIGHT had my back always calling me with updates and different jobs on standby. EVERYONE is very nice I love it there.All I know is if I didnt get hired soon (which I am already) I was definitely coming straight there for an INSIGHT GLOBAL job as an recruiter.Speaking of recruiters. Spencer Tossone is the best I could call on her any day any time with questions and best believe she was going to make sure I was taken good care of and still till this day 10/10.Lot of people have difficulties transitioning; so did I and it took some time not years but roughly 7 months give or take I am glad and thankful for patience. I highly recommend.

I would not recommend using this agency to find employment. Morgan, one of their recruiters, acted as though she was genuinely interested in placing me in a job she already had available. I gave her a resume and references and never heard from her again. I have called and emailed without hearing anything. I called their office and was told she would call back in 5-10 minutes. No one ever returned my call. I found out afterwards they have a reputation for this sort of thing and are known to extract references and information from applicants for their own use and not making any effort to assist the person in finding employment. Also, Morgan wanted me to come to her office to meet with her, which I did. She supposedly validated my parking, but when I went to leave the building, I had to pay for it myself. Thanks. Some people have no conscience about wasting other people’s time, and I would include this company in that category.

I gave my resume and references to one of your recruiter and never heard from her again. I have sent her messages and emails without hearing anything. She told me before I could contact her if I have questions but she never answer to any. Its been a month now but still nothing.
