They are absolutely the worst shipping company in history. They are gonna drive my small business to bankruptcy. They’ve had vital parts sitting in a container in Long Beach, CA for 11 weeks and they just told me it’s gonna be at least two more weeks before they even load it. It’s gonna be at their port for 3 months before it gets loaded. They won’t allow us to come pick it up and they won’t allow a diversion. They are absolutely ruining my company. Don’t ever ship anything with them.
People there are very sneaky and two faced! I was in training and they let me go and couldnt give me a reason! Dont work here! I was racially profiled and called a girl by the trainer at the company. Just dont work at this place.
They are terrible. Never use them. My container has sit at their Long Beach pier for 15 weeks. They won’t do anything. Their customer service is the absolute worst in the entire world.
They’ve severely injured my business. They don’t care about their customers. They won’t call or email you back. Never ship with them.
The staff is very good to work with on the Transportation side. You can do all the movement and become a core carrier, but once you do the move and try and get paid thats a different story. It takes a minimum of 60 days to over 6 months to get paid and they give you the run around. Any emails you send or try and call you go into a black hole. Everyone there to procurement will tell you payment has changed, but its the same mentality.I can be very objective and look at both sides. Again, operations and staff is great to work with as I have stated. The difficulty is receiving payment after movements are getting done. I just wish there wasnt such a disconnect and lengthy period of time to get settled. I understand the chain of command and respect that.I only do customer preferred movement because I have to, but i pray i get paid.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Horrible company to work for and every few months they layoff people to send jobs overseas and then hire ridiculous amounts of people, to do it all over again. There is no job security and management is incompetent. That companies motto is cost savings, so they will do anything and everything to not payout.
