The only thing they need to change is their attitude. Everything else is on point.

Always got what i need...mostly when I need at rates that make sense and worth

We just rented 100 foot sewer machine that was kinked. We couldn’t use it to clear the sewer and had to drive back. We are back in less than two hours and they told us we still had to pay full price. They gave us a 15% discount but we totally got ripped off. Do not rent anything from this Home Depot. They don’t check equipment before they rent it to you and you will have to pay full price whether it works or not. I will never rent anything from this Home Depot ever again!

Rented a 1 man Auger was told it was a $56 rental turned into $75. they automatically charge you insurance and whatever else without explaining it.

Everyone was helpful! The tool repair guy was knowledgeable and works very hard to please his customer! They know there stuff! Prices are also good.
