Precision IT has been a game changer!! Ive been with the same organization for four years now, and for the past (nearly) year, I have enjoyed the IT support of Precision IT. The decision has radically changed the way (and the where) in which I work! The staff is always prompt and effective in addressing whatever issue I have, but even the issues I experience have dramatically decreased.Cannot speak highly enough of Dan Spray or his dedicated team. I am currently (literally at this very moment) sitting next to a beach in Florida, yet Im accomplishing a great amount of work. My stress levels will be so much lower heading back into the office next week since Im able to stay on top of things from this distance. That seemed worthy of a quick break to write this review. Kudos to Dan Spray and the entire Precision IT team. Final note: they are always in good moods and laughing/happy when I call. Im usually not, as Im stressed out and on deadlines, but talking with the staff at Precision IT always reroutes my day and makes me smile again. Look no further for your IT needs!

They saved my bacon. My repairman was up front and repaired my computer in a timely manner and it works so much better than it did before.

Horribly slow internet. Disconnects all the time. The kids cant do homework when they need to. Cant pay bills. They told us to upgrade and it will help, it is worse. You can call no one ever answers or calls back. If you do get through no one will come look at it. This has been going on for 2 years. Do not recommend.

Incredibly slow internet. Shotty at best. Taken 5 minutes to get to the point where I can even post this. They are plenty willing to hear your complaints, but actually fixing them is another thing. SLOW-SLOW-SLOW-SLOW-SLOW!

Amazing people and high speed internet.

Terrible Internet it is very slow they only allow you 3 mbps which is worth less in this day an age. It would be different if is a constant 3 mbps but it goes up an down so much. At average its only 1 mbps when only one person is on it at night. Its ussualy down half the time so you have to rest the router. I would not recommend them at all for a internet service.

Called them to come out and do a survey. Called them back two weeks later to see what was going on. Apparently, then only return calls when you are eligible to send them money. Weird customer service and business model.
