Dont Trust Marathon Development Group!Living in a luxury apartment building they own and they could care less about the residents that are paying top dollar for units. All they care about is leasing out resident space to restaurants, events and making the building into an event hall.Advice To Buddy - If you want to host events like reunions, birthday parties and graduations you should invest in an old VFW hall and leave the luxury high-rise apartments to the big boys.Stay Away!

I recently had a problem that was taken directly from leasing management back to Development company and resolved very fairly for the residents. I am a very happy resident and feel very valued. Maybe people that give bad reviews dont always give things time to work out.
