We inquired about their services, the appointment setting, and estimate process were well done and the gentleman who came out was fantastic. It was all good up to pricing time. There is no estimate or range given initially so I was rather clueless on what to expect there, but the service and warranty sounded top notch so I was willing to pay for that. The pricing was not only a bit higher than expected but they offer a hefty discount if you sign on the spot and it expires when they walk out the door. That just felt too manipulative, and in what world do they not expect a person to want to check other options, compare or at least speak about a decision to spend that much in private. It really turned me off, because we are selling our home soon, so it was something we needed time to think about after we received the pricing on the job.

I had a corner shower installed. It took over four months, for all of the materials to arrive. The wait time was not expected, when I put down a deposit to get the work completed. My neo shower is beautiful! The installer did a great job, but the project took two days, just to take out a shower, and replace it with another one. The original shower was a corner shower, also. Maybe if the installer started at 7:30 or 8:00a.m.he could have finished in one day, instead of arriving after 9:00a.m. each day.

Scott with Bathfitters did a remarkable job. He was professional and courteous. Our new tub/shower came out beautifully. We were very satisfied with Scott and the Bathfitters team. Great job!!

The person that came out to install the new shower worked from 10 to 7 that night. Had it all completed in a day. Good work too. Not slapped togeather

Mr. Diaz was a total professional! He explained everything he was doing step by step and asked if we had questions throughout. He cleaned up well also. This was a very positive experience!

⭐ update 12/3 @ 8:26am contacted BF.... transferred to ED Regional Manager. Informed of situation and he assured me I was canceled- and he would take care of situation that took place with phone call of Rep.⭐ The Rep truly made a bad impression of BF and I heard good things about this company.... Companies need to take heed when reviews or complaints are stated it leaves a stain on them!12/1 rep came out for presentation, took pics & measurements. I asked for cost/estimate and he continued with presentation and WHY BF is the best. I read over forms and asked questions he appeared to be bothered.Get cost, I sign forms and deposit given. Rep reminds me of 3 day cancellation, I say great. I decided to cancel & use them after remodeling of 1 out of 2 bathrooms. Wed 12/2 I call to cancel speak with Bobbie she states a manager will call in 2 days to confirm. At 424pm sales repcalls me and I return his call and he states you have questions, was told to call you No, just called to cancel and he appears to be bothered by stating Not fair I sat with you for 4hrs. This rep chose to stay there after I asked for cost/estimate. I had to inform the rep that I was disconnecting the call & hung up on him.I contacted BF and spoke with a manager named Ted and he claimed he would be sending email to manager of Greg. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I will be calling myself 12/3 today to inquire about my cancellation & behavior of the rep. All this just to cancel & use for later date after my remodeling of 1 out of 2 bathrooms.... UNPROFESSIONAL, BULLYING & TERRIBLE

Bath Fitters came by to advertise their products, I was interested because my bathroom needed remodeling. Their prices were affordable, so we had them to do the work. They were in and out in one day. I’m thoroughly enjoying my new bathroom. I highly recommend their services.

Salesperson did not exactly explain the process well. Preliminary appointment for measures did show up, had to call main office to receive call for reschedule. Took 6 weeks for install appointment. Then they sent one guy.... needless to say It did not get completed in ONE DAY. It took 10 hrs first day and 12 hrs the second in which he didn’t leave until after 8pm. My brother is disabled and was inconvenienced for 2 full days and unable to shower until the 3rd day.The installer, Darrell Daniels was great, professional, informative, respectful, and he did a great job. No complaints other then He should have had help.The overall product looked fine but The promises stated on their web site is misleading especially the time frame of installation. Prices are ridiculous but a lifetime warranty Sounded good.Process was too drawn out and no one should still be working on a job after 5:30pm. Into 2nd day of installation and This delay now hasBecame an inconvenience as My disabled Brother was unable to clean up prior to bed, because the bathroom was still being worked on. He normally retires at 7pm.Truly irritated with the customer service declarations the company did not live up to. Hopefully the product will facilitate redemption for your poor customer service and the drawn out experience.Was it worth it.... hmmmm.

They installed the shower in 1 day with courtesy and professionalism. Diaz performed the installation on the first bathtub replacement and this shower install. Outstanding worker and very courteous and professional human being!!! I’m very impressed everytime we meet. Bryan sold us both remodels, and he is a very caring, courteous, and professional human being. We would buy ice from Bryan in an ice storm. If you get Diaz and Bryan from Bath Fitters, you are very lucky, they will take care of you!!!! We love Bath Fitters, we recommend them to everyone!!!!

I made an appointment to have someone come out for an estimate to repair the wall of my shower where tiles were starting to fall off. The person who came out to my house was professional and polite. He took the measurements he needed, and then asked if me and my wife were both available at the time to go over the estimate and what work he would actually be doing, as well as some promotion that would only be valid at the time of offering. My wife was leaving for work at the time, so he agreed to come back another day.When he returned at a later date, he began his presentation. This included: trying to show us an article from some magazine about the average cost of a bathroom remodel, followed by attempts to convince us that his work would be well above average, endless anecdotes from previous jobs where he was redoing work for people who had cheaped out on their remodel, several random analogies attempting to convey the virtue of spending more on something that will last longer.When he asked me about my relatively new car in the driveway, in another transparent attempt to set up an analogy, I responded by asking him why he was asking me about my car, and that I thought he was there to give me an estimate. He said something about there being a process, and that they didnt just come by and drop an estimate like that, and then attempted to proceed with his presentation and analogy. Me and my wife just sat there in silence, shaking our heads and looking at each other incredulously. He asked if we wanted him to continue with the presentation, and I replied that we just wanted an estimate.He refused to give us the estimate, and insisted on remaining in the house while he called his office to let them know. His call to the office was a childish tantrum, thrown by someone trying to seem like theyre not throwing a childish tantrum, because they know they would get fired for throwing a childish tantrum. During the call he explained to the person on the other end that he told us theres a process/we dont just drop an estimate, although it was clear he was saying it in frustration directed at us. He was also saying it as if an estimate, and nothing else, isnt what everyone expects when they call someone for.....an estimate. He then, while still sitting on our couch, told the person he had called to put a note on our account to not bother us anymore. After that, he packed up his presentation materials, and left.

For safety reasons I elected to convert my bathtub to a shower with top-hung sliding glass doors and grab bars. I considered tile but eventually went with Bath-Fitter because of ease of maintenance. It was very expensive (more than a tile quote) but it looks very nice and I expect absolutely no problems with the shower for years to come. The installer was timely, knowledgable and professional. I have zero complaints about his work. I feel distinctly safer in this shower.

Bath fitter install a tub at my house, after 2 year tub broke. The come back and fix it . When they fix it they also broke another pipe and left it like that over a year my floor broke and I have to replace the hole floor and support . They came back fix the pipe and tell me is was just to help us . AND LEFT ME WE A BIG MESS AT MY HOSE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT HIS REPONSABILITY TO FIX WHAT THEY BROKE . IT WAS OUT OF WARRATY PARTS . I HAVE PICT BEFORE THEY WORK AND AFTER . HORRIBLE EXPIRENCE

We had our bathrooms remodeled. Front one was changed to a walk in shower. Hubby has Alzheimer’s and dementia and had trouble getting in. The showers beautiful. Needed to get use to the water as it wrapped around and wet the floor pretty good. Thank God I own lots of towels lol. Now we know lol. He love the short step up. So do I. So much safer for him. The worker that put it in was great. Also the done the first day. While talking he asked if we wanted to stay and finish it. Told him ok and it was done within a half hour. He did a fantastic job and we didn’t have to have him come out the next day. Had the other one done the next week. Had a liner put over our old one. Did a great job and was done in a day. That was fantastic. If we had more bath rooms we would have you all come back. Sorry but only 2. Now I get to pay for it all lol. Thank you for doing a fantastic job. Sherry and John Ebey.

I feel like it is a beautiful remodel when Bath Fitter comes in and takes care of everything. A bit pricier than I would care to pay but knowing that it’s going to be done right and it’s guaranteed for life makes it worth it

Bath Fitters of Norfolk Virginia is down right terrible .I didnt even get a chance to get my appointment to see what they had to offer because they never showed up on there scheduled time or even called. I had to call them and ask why they were not here, and they came up with an excuse saying my mothers name is listed on the house, and they tried to contact but to no avail. Which were all lies because I nor my Mother or Step Father got any calls. And all of us know, if you have a cell phone, you will be notified of a miss call.Remember customer service is always the difference in having a well business. And at the moment Bath Fitters service is down right awful. Please take to note, so other customers wont deal with the same issue again. And finally be honest with your customers as I am being honest with your company on this review, so others wont have to suffer. Thank you

We are very pleased with the work the bath tub looks amazing

I did an online request to see how they could improve my bathroom. Online it says no obligation, and I did not say later by phone that I would definitely buy anything. The person who was sent to my house was extremely rude and aggressive. He proceeded to stand in the tub hopping up and down to convince me that it needed replacing. He then said that I wasnt a good mother if I didnt pay attention to this urgent safety matter. He then quoted a price of $8000. Surprised I told him thanks for his time and that at that time I wasnt interested. He then became agitated and started screaming about me not caring for my family. He then asked me screaming Do you even have any money? I told him it was none of his business what is in my bank account. He then suggested that maybe the house really didnt belong to me. I then stood up and opened the front door and told him forcefully to get out. He then took his time to gather his things. He deove an older model dark blue Jeep and proceeded to acelerate fast in reverse as another car was coming. The other car braked and he sped down my road that is 25 mph. I reported him to the office and all they said was sorry and that they would send someone else to my house. No thanks.
