I called five other shops in town over somewhat of an emergency. One didnt answer their phone. One said they could get me in in 2-3 weeks. One said they could get me in in a week or so. One said they couldnt do the work and one (on a Thursday) said all of their shop employees left for the week....Jerrys got my truck in for a quick, same-day diagnosis, and ordered the part while I stood there. Yes, they were busy and it seemed like there were a million other things going on but they still made time for a customer in need. The part was there Monday morning and the truck was fixed by Monday afternoon. Five places didnt get paid. Jerrys got paid.Im not wasting my time calling five different places the next time. Im calling Jerrys.Five Stars all the way! Thanks again!

My fuel gauge malfunctioed today and left me stranded on my way home just outside of Norfolk with no fuel. The tech came out promptly and got me up and going even waited a few minutes to make sure I was on my way safely before turning around and heading back to Norfolk! He was very professional, friendly and seemed concerned that I was on my way safely. Cant recommend them enough!

Ive had to take my car here a couple of times and they have always done a quick and reasonably priced repair. As I no longer live here, its good to know where to go when I come visit family. Thanks!

We were traveling through town late in the work day when our check engine light started flashing and vehicle began to run roughly. Curt was kind enough to get us in after he had already sent most of his staff home for the day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and after replacing a spark plug we were back on the road. We are so grateful that Curt took the time to help us so late in the work day and we were able to avoid a major breakdown had we kept driving. Thank you so much for your kindness!!

Fast and friendly and helpful with great prices

I dropped off my ford taurus 2008 to this repair service beecause it was overheating. they replaced the radiator and charged over $450. next time I go to drive it the engine overheating the same. I take it back. now they say its head gasket and they wont repair it. so....they just changed a part that didnt need to be changed and took money and no sorry no I refund ur money....just see you 🤨😒😔

I had my system bled and fluids filled here for my clutch only for it to completely go out in less than an hour. I then had it towed back to Jerry’s to when they actually diagnose my problem to be a slave cylinder which is a $1350 replacement cost. I asked to see if I could get my money back for the literal hour of usage out of my car to be told no and that the tow back was free. Something my insurance already covers for free. Never coming back to this place.

Had a car towed in that quit running on my wife, when they got it in a 100 sensor was replaced to fix the problem but it did not fix the problem, so they called me like I had asked them too and they said that the car was going to need an additional 200 part (ignition module) to run right. So i told them to halt working on it and that i would go pick it up. When I picked it up I found a burnt ignition fuse was the culprit. A .75 cent fuse and I was able to drive out of their parking lot with no issues. I was charged 275 dollars (50 of which was the tow, completely understandable), was charged for the sensor it didnt need, charged for labor to install the sensor it didnt need and charged for diagnosis which was obviously incorrect. I went in this morning and spoke with them and told them that the fuse was the issue and that I had fixed it within 5 minutes of arriving. Was not offered a refund or even a reduced rate. Unfortunately will not be able to do buisness with them again. However the gas station portion of the buisness is fantastic!Thanks

Due to the poor quality of customer service over the phone, I chose to take my vehicle elsewhere. I would recommend that phone training be implemented so as not to lose any more potential clients.

I had a great experience with these guys. Im from 500+ miles away and was leisure driving in this part of the country for the first time.. My Celica broke down and decided to quit just before I got through town. Thank goodness I called the right place! I called at around 1:00. Wrecker showed up promptly and was super friendly. As I suspected, my alternator died, and they had me ready to go well before closing time. They offered me a ride to somewhere while I waited, and kept me apprised of progress while I waited in the lobby. I completed the long trek home today with no issues at all.
