Frank Twiddy the driver . Happened today 07/29/21 @8:30am Norfolk va interstate near Northampton exit dipping and dodging out of lanes and want to lie and stopping on breaks !!!! They need new drivers and they need to take fault at what they’re driver do out here on these roads

I have never had the misfortune to deal with a company with such poor customer service up to and including the owner Jenny. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I just wish I could have had the opportunity to read the other reviews before they towed my sons truck.

I would like to give a fair warning to anyone who comes here to keep an eye out for scamming and fraudulent activity. Very impolite service(especially the front desk lady), even when you show them respect. Way too expensive. I would recommend anywhere but this place in all honesty. They seem to enjoy holding your car for as long as possible and finding weird loopholes to stop you from picking it up (until they scam you for as much money as they can). Look elsewhere if you want respect, integrity, and somewhere with ethical people. If I could I would leave this place zero stars. Then, speaking to the manager was surprisingly MUCH worse. By the way this is the location at 2724 Sonic Drive, Virginia Beach, Va.

Needed a tow (which GEICO helped me out with) and this is my second time getting metro towing, and let me tell you, these guys are quick and easy to work with. I literally got a call from NOAH within minutes of talking to GEICO, and he gave me super quick ETA, on top of that, when he arrived, it was as simple as giving him the key and getting my daughter’s car seat out of the back and confirming my callback number. That’s literally it, smooth, quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Aweful company. Many, if not all, drivers are not properly licensed. And I worked a week for them for free because they refused to pay me. Because I quit after not being at all comfortable with their business practices. Even going so far as to lock the office to keep me from staying and attempting to collect my paycheck. The owner even went so far as to say it was my fault. Even though I followed all the procedures they gave me.

The dispatch center was very helpful in securing me a tow and was very professional over the phone. They didnt fib about arrival time of the tow truck driver and they also didnt fib about the rate. When the tow truck driver arrived, he was on time and also courteous. He loaded up my vehicle onto his without issues and even dropped me off within the dealership parking lot (I thought he would offload me in front on the street). Also, very good conversationalist so the ride wasnt boring. Will hire again if I need towing services! Recommended.

Prompt & incredible service! Id set a time for my car to be picked up to be delivered to a collision center for repair & the tow driver, who was very polite & caring, observantly noticed that Id picked the wrong location for delivery for the type of service that I needed.He patiently waited & helped me work out getting this corrected before the pickup.

Noah at Metro Towing saved us today. Im the office manager and dispatcher for a local company here in Virginia Beach. I got the call at 8am from one of my guys - hed blown a back tire on a flatbed fleet truck in the middle of I-264. I called 4 other companies who told me they either didnt have a tow truck big enough to handle my company truck, or that it would be hours before they could get to him. When I called Metro, Noah picked up on the second ring, and the office wasnt even open yet. He was professional, courteous, and there with my guy within 30 minutes. Amazing service, very fair price, and weve got a new tire on already and were back to production. Thank you!!! I hope I dont have to call you again, but I know youll be there if I ever need to.

I had an excellent experience with them. They were kind curtious and professional, even though I was extremely persistent calling them. They were cool calm and collected. Customer service at its best. They were also knowledgeable about everything . Thank you so much !!! :-)

They are a family owned business and do a great job, the secretary on jeffrey rd is amazing, hard working and pleasant ...so be kind, dont write mean things its not nice!!

Horrible Customer Service. I called to get clarity on things like where they do service, what type of service they offer just in case I wanted to refer them to someone one day I like to be resourceful and give someone as much info they need.I also asked do they charge my mileage or time and the lady instantly got upset and rude with me. I highly recommend taking her off customer service or firing her all together the phone is definitely not her strength if she cant handle a couple questions.FYI I did need my car towed but looks like Ill be taking money I would have spend with you guys else where and making sure anyone I know never uses your service.

They were super friendly and professional. The price was a lot cheaper than the other towing coupanies around them. I hope we wont need to get towed again but if we do we will use them. Even going to see if our apartment complex will switch to them for all the towing needs.

Excellent, friendly!I had my car towed home from an automotive shop using my insurances ESR assistance. It was all coordinated over the phone and the tow truck driver called to let me know the repair shop said I didnt pay them for the diagnostic service they performed on my car, but I told him I did and had a receipt. I know they probably deal with this kind of stuff on a daily basis so I felt bad that he had to call and check with me. In the end it was resolved and the repair shop acknowledged I paid.I am just extremely grateful that the whole process was painless and the driver was extremely friendly and patient. Thank you!

Jenny is the rudest person Ive ever spoken to. She hung up on me twice saying I was being condescending. Alex and Melissa are nice and tried to help. Jenny informed me they had no right because she is the boss. I am sorry they have a job that makes them bad guys at times but not every customer is undeserving of a little kindness. I will never use this company again.

Excellent customer service. Our RV broke down and we were stranded. They provided towing, overnight storage for the RV second day towing and assistance when we ran into issues with car rental. They went above and beyond to help us. Great people!

This is the worst company ever. They towed my car from my home because it was not a daily driven car. It has antique tags on it so it can not be driven daily by law. The owner is the worst she has a nasty attitude and very rude. I told her they towed and didnt even put a sticker on car she said they put one on a year ago. So I year later they towed it 365 days later. Really they r money hungry and by looking at them they dont keep there hygiene up no pride in there appearance or business.KARMA will happen it always does

I had a accident back in 2017 and iam still getting property tax bills for this car.I did everything i could do to get the car out of my name, and i called Metro Towing to get any written proof that they towed and scrapped my vehicle. However the lady said that they cant even give us a written statement saying that they scrapped a vehicle unless i pay 2,000 dollars.On a BROKEN vehicle. Oh yeah need to point out the woman i spoke with was rude.

Terrible! The driver, “Driver 6” was okay at first, but he then became very impatient when he failed on his part to inform me of important information. Then called my friend’s phone cursing at her and being very rude. When we got to the destination he became very hostile and began to curse at me as well, this of course irritated me because I paid this dude for a service that apparently he “specializes” in, where obviously theres possibility where small inconveniences could occur but instead of having self control he complained about doing his job!

If I could give LESS than one star, I would. They are rude and unhelpful. Told me to pick my car up on Saturday. They are closed on Saturday. No mention of the young lady who told me to pick it up Saturday AND they want to charge me for today AND Sunday. Contacted the BBB, but their rating is already garbage. This isnt over.

The woman at the front desk has a terrible attitude and the driver dropped my wife off shoeless at a gas station at 415 am to find a ride home

They dont enforce parking guidelines until there are enough cars violating, then without warning they hit the lot with multiple trucks to scoop the towing fees from unsuspecting patrons. Dirty business, dirty tactics. This particular instance was 2yrs in the making. They definitely have patience. Btw towed 2 miles away less than an hour later $145.00 fee to get vehicle back. Think Ill start a towing business.

I am submitting this review only because Ive had two negative experiences with this company, both in regards to them driving around my community without being called out and issuing warning notices on vehicles. My first experience they stuck big bright green warning stickers, (which leave hard to remove sticky stuff on your windows) on my two vehicles, about my vehicles registrations stickers being out of date, one was simply not out of date (was current) and the other I had simply forgot to apply the new sticker that were in my glove box on my licence plate. When I called to inform them, the woman I spoke with was extremely rude. Today 7/23/17 at 1:00pm, my second experience with them. It is a Sunday, they are closed, yet they had one of their tow trucks roaming around my community again. My neighbors were outside and saw them driving around checking on every vehicle. The car I use currently (my fathers) is backed into my driveway, only has one license plate thats located on the rear of the car. They actually had to stop at my driveway, get out and walk into my yard to look at the license plate (isnt that trespassing?), then they slapped a big green sticker on the window stating that the tags have expired. The tags are NOT expired. They were renewed in May 2017. I go to call them and theyre closed on Sundays. If they are closed on Sundays then why are they out driving around issuing warnings? Neighbors and I have seen them driving around our community on a regular basis. Is this how they bring in their revenue or what? Is it even legal to do what theyre doing, idk..but Im sure as heck going to call one of my friends at the sheriffs office to find out. Its annoying as heck and its even more annoying that I cant call them to inform them of their mistake bcuz their closed on Sundays! Ugh!! Just UGH!!

ONLY GAVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TOO!!!! Horrible buisness horrible customer service rude such a scam so mad that my apartment complex even contracted them! This place should be out of buisness towing cars in a grey area of what THEY consider to be illegal parking. Towing cars at 3 and 4am in the morning should be disgusted with them self and ashamed. Taking money from hard working people who get home and park correctly just so they can make $145 dollars even though its not over night. This place is money hungary.......they will tow your car just to tow it they place stickers on cars without a time limit and wrongfully towed my car they are cruel and heartless....they love taking rent money from people and dont communicate. Its their way or no way! They suck!!!!

Miserable is the best word to describe these people. Been living in green run for years & forget my parking pass one night & they tow me at 4am in the morning... Mind you I have work at 6 oclock. At first I thought my car got stolen I mean it was just gone. A couple hours later after I found someone too cover my shift & my panic attack faded, I ended up calling them after the grha gave me the number & my experience was anything but good. Rude ass lady on the phone, I mean she just really sounds like she hates her life. Well shockingly she sounds & acts the same in person. Didnt talk to any drivers bc the sneaky dicks just floated my ish away with no detection from me but if I could give 0 stars for the experience I would. Oh btw when you walk through the lot after they let you through the gate its a death trap. Slates of like countertop that arent in the ground completely lol someone please slip & break something & sue these pos.

The guy was very rude and was cussing at me because he had to take mefrom the out skirts of virginia beach and norfolk he got off in 20 mins its youre damn job. 4x2x8 tool box, fully loaded. Got dropped in the street and after much frustration, pushed it up driveway and was left in yard. Driver expected a permanently diaBled man to assist pushing it down a 25ft path to garage. Driver became rude and left

10/10/17 about 4:10pm driver in truck plate 4804..IF I EVER NEED A TOW COMPANY IT WONT BE THIS ONE. The driver was a horrible on residential and school area speed limit 35 (i know he was way faster than that i was doing 40). In horrible rain we had, he was in and out lanes riding on everyones bumper. Visibility was hard enough with the downpour of rain. Well he got behind me and i felt he was trying to push me off road all i saw at one point was the hood of the truck. . Unprofessional driver especially in the school zone 25 limit was flashing. Didnt phase him one bit. he switch lanes and preceed to do the same to another truck. He did this for the next few minutes until everyone got out his way.

Towed my mothers bmw the driver was very prompt and professional. Will use again and will highly recommend them

I went to pick my vehicle up and had a hard time doing so due to their unprofessional demeanor and rude, condescending attitude. I proceeded to call the manager to explain to her my unpleasant experience and to my surprise she was just as malevolent. Not once was did I give them reason to behave in this manner. I would never recommend their services.

Awesome service! They showed up extremely early than I expected then towed my car without even seeing me and made sure my car was at the correct location.

Landlord explicitly via text message authorized us to park in the rear parking lot that had a sign that said unauthorized vehicles towed at owners expense, then had the car towed. Essentially i was just scammed for 155 dollars. Corrupt Tow Company, Corrupt Landlord.

All the personnel involved were very rude, refused to offer any information on contacting them or timing, and made us wait for hours simply to hear back that they would help us and then had to wait about another hour to actually receive help.

Almost got ran over by one of their tow trucks on the highway he was wrecklessly driving speeding switching lanes like a mad man i called the phone number to complain and the manager Jenny was very rude dismissive said he has gps and didnt set off any speeding alarms so I ask what Is the speeding limit and she refused to say these people dont care about your safety very unprofessional

If I could give this place a zero I would . Car got towed in a parking lot with no signs stating no overnight parking after owner of shop told us we could park there for our trip . We call over and worker tells us go to shop and we do . She then tells us it’ll be 45 minutes until someone shows up . 2 hours later and 10 phone calls in NO ONE came . We don’t even live in the area we live 2 hours away . They were not helpful at all .
