I experienced my first visit, and my first ever Thai Massage, the other day. Very friendly communication both when scheduling, and when I actually came for my massage. The massage was amazing! I loved the combination of compressions and stretching, and my. massage therapist was clearly very skilled at what he was doing. It was also a very calm, relaxing environment and I was able to unwind while also having my muscles worked on. Their entire facility seemed very clean (even more important during this age of Covid). I would highly recommend them, and will be back!

I cant say enough about this place - such a relaxing atmosphere, aura, and soulful place. Im a new convert to Thai massages here especially to help get my body fully aligned as a weightlifting athlete. I always leave this place feeling wonderfully relaxed and my body ready to move the way it is meant to move! Table massages are fantastic here too, but you seriously must try a Thai massage! 😉

Michael is amazing! I use massage therapy regularly to ease chronic pain and in searching for a new MT, I came across FLOW. Michael takes plenty of time to evaluate you at your first appointment and clear up any questions he has to better get to know you. He values your time and stacks appointments in a way that doesn’t leave you feeling rushed or overlapping time with another client. He is really in tune with my body and I had a lovely first session with him. Beforehand I was wary of using a male MT for the first time, but I immediately felt comfortable with him when I met him in person. His studio is so relaxing and from the moment I walked in, I could tell I would be in great hands. I hope to see him regularly for all my body work and to see what else FLOW can offer me!

Got the 60 minute table massage. Left feeling amazing. They were able to fit me in the same day and it was a great massage.

Called in last minute and got 2 appointments back to back for me and my boyfriend, amanda was our massage therapist and she did amazing! We feel super relaxed and definitely plan to go back!

First time getting any massage therapy. I was having issues with my neck and back from working in tight spaces. Cierra got me straightened out. I could breathe much better and my neck no longer felt tight. It was such a relaxing experience, that I nearly fell asleep. Setting the appointment and check in were both easy, prompt, and painless. Will be returning, especially if they begin doing yoga classes too.

I called to make an appointment, and they called me back within the hour - I was very pleased with their customer service, and booking an appointment was a breeze. I inquired about a specific massage technique that gives me lasting results, and the therapist knew all about it and was totally willing to listen to me and work with me, and the resulting massage was uh-MAZING. Rare trait that I really appreciated was how they were able to let me have as much or as little conversation as I was comfortable with. I will not be returning to ANY other massage place in the area as long as Flow is in business. Ive had massages all over the world, and my experience here was the best in every concievable way. Also free parking right behind the building.

I have been to many massage place and for some reason or another have left feeling unsatisfied. THIS place however i can not come up with one complaint. That staff was friendly and welcoming. The massage was by far the best i have ever had. It was different from anything i have ever felt. I honestly felt like the guy giving the massage was pulling my pain from my body. Simply amazing. I will be going back.

I was starting to lose hope in finding a good massage place in Norfolk after being unimpressed with all of the big name ones around town (Change City, Massage Luxe, and Massage Envy). Im so glad I came across this one! Its a bit pricey, but worth it! ($90 for a 90 min massage) The atmosphere is peaceful and set in beautiful yoga studio. The massage was very relaxing and yet still got rid of all of my muscle knots and the headache I walked in with! I got an appointment the same day I called and they are open until 7pm (which is later than some and works nice with my schedule). My therapist was respectful and reassuring. He didnt talk too much during the massage (I hate that.) He also seemed to love what he does and seemed knowledgable about which muscles were acting up. This place has everything Im looking for! I am very impressed and will be a frequent customer!!

This was my first massage with FLOW, and I have to say, I was blown away by the service I was provided. So much so that this is the third time posting this review!Cierra was absolutely incredible. She answered all of my questions, asked what areas I needed the most work on, and was warm and professional the entire time. The massage itself was amazing, and you can tell that Cierra puts her whole self into her process and cares about your wellness when youre on her table. I will be booking again soon and referring all of my friends!EDIT: With Cierra being gone, I can no longer recommend this business.

I just had my first Thai Massage ever. Wow! What a magnificently effective therapy! This technique is a great accompaniment to my regular yoga practice and Michael is an excellent practitioner - very in tune with how my body was responding to the treatment. Highly recommend!!
