DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME....I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! If I could I would select ZERO STARS...I called and spoke with the owner Eric about scheduling an appointment and he advised he would contact me to confirm my appointment the next day. I never received the call so I called him back to confirm and he set a Saturday appointment for refrigerator repair. I was informed they would be there between 10-12p on Saturday. No one showed up by 11:30a so I called spoke with Eric who explained his son was running behind he would call to see what’s going on and get back with me in a hour. Again no return call and no one showed up. I never write reviews, but I’m writing this with hopes it help another customer with their repair selection. This is very unprofessional especially since we did things on our end to prepare for the repairman arrival. Things do happened, but business men communicate that with their customer. I am very disappointed because I spoke with Eric so many times and he never gave me an unprofessional impression. I even called back Monday morning and he answered saying he will look into it and call me back...yep still no return call!!! This is horrible business and I wouldn’t waste my time...keep searching!!!

They are family oriented and have nice deals.

Rip off company don’t trust them will make u pay for visit then ask for money for parts just go to a greatly reviewed sites like sears
