The customer service was horrible. Im the owner of Paterbuilt LLC. The woman working the front desk on 02/19/2018 at 10:15 am at the Jimmy Carter location was completely unwilling to help me find the flooring I was looking for. She seemed as if she didnt want to be inconvenienced from whatever she was doing on her iPad. What a joke. If you dont want to work, maybe you should just stay home.
